The staff was very helpful. The hotel website said they had an airport shuttle, and when i called the hotel to confirm, the person who answered said they did. They don't, which was super annoying. The websites also said they have a business center, and they do, but neither the computers or the printers are in working order. The staff stepped in and offered to print it, but their connectivity didn't have internet connection, so a guest who heard this got me online with their Hotspot. The rooms were fine, and the price was right enough. The location was very convenient. We might stay there again. If we do, it'll be because of the staff.

Breakfast was fresh

Could be cleaner, and updated (older carpets, fixtures etc). But staff was amazing: friendly, helpful, warm welcome, etc

We were only there for one night - the room was clean and efficient. The remote control was not working, but they were able to bring us one quickly. I did not notice until AFTER I was in the shower, that the shampoo and conditioner bottles provided were empty, so I did have to wash my hair with soap - but otherwise everything was great. I did let the front desk know that the canisters were empty before checking out so that they could address them before the next guests. Overall, would stay there again - everyone was very friendly.
