What I did not like about the property was the bathrooms needed to be updated the water kept running in the tub after we turned it off, the drain would not close down or open back up properly so the water stood in the tub while showering, and you had to hold the drain to let the water out. Worst of all, the elevators had issues. My sister. brother-in-law, and nephew were stuck in the elevator for over 45 minutes and they had to call the fire department to get them out which then caused us to be late to the venue and that cost even more issues throughout the day. It was very frustrating and my brother in law is claustrophobic. Yes, the staff was nice and helpful, however, we were told they could not assist us with disvounts from the inconveniences because I did not book directly with the hotel and went through a third party booking agent.

Nice hotel It was clean and had great amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast. Only issues I had was the ice machine was sometimes out of ice and the low flow toilets. Shower pressure could have been better Other than that great cozy little place. I would definitely stay again :)!

Toilet in room did not work well at all. Had to fix it up ourselves a few times (wouldn\'t flush fully and water wouldn\'t fill up the basin). We would have to take the top off the toilet and make sure it was filling up with water to flush. Elevator didn\'t work too well. "Fitness center" was fair at best. Three machines, one of which didn\'t work. No weights. Front desk staff was very nice but the establishment itself needs a renovation and a little more TLC.

Both elevators broke while we where there and unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor with a lot of luggage

I would not recommend this hotel unless the location is all that matters to you. The photos are 100% misleading. As great as the city view is from the top floor, the elevators are terrifying and 6 months past due on inspections. The hallways have mismatched paint and gross carpet. The ice machine spits out ice that has something in it.....bugs? Mold? Some small floating specs where left over after the ice melted every time I used it and I did not realize until it was too late, yuck. Although the mattress was very comfortable, the bedding is cheap and scratchy, and the best part is the box spring of platform was clearly broken, rolling us into a valley in the middle of the bed. The bathroom sink drained VERY slowly and the toilet didn't flush well. Watching cable TV 90s movies were extra nostalgic on the horrible audio quality, small TV. The pool is an illusion.... it's there but it is not well kept, next to a freeway, with rotting patio furniture. The service was ok but did not act like they cared, depending who was at the desk, but most of the time they were facetiming on their phones and not even at the front desk. I had serious regret about booking this place and would not book it again. I was so relieved to checkout and leave.

The only thing I would say is there is a outdoor pool but it is across the parking lot I don't swim but for those do want a hotel with a pool.They have breakfast very nice make waffles, scrambled eggs sausage bagels English muffins omelet cereal juice.

Front desk not friendly, house keepers nice and friendly except the one has headphones on, bfast is good, my bathroom clogged as in almost water coming out in the bathtub outlets are all loose and not working. I understand most of the equipment is very old specially ice machines only one on the 5th floor was working

The staff was great and friendly. The facility and rooms are antiquated and the upholstered furniture was dirty and nt fot to be in any room. Elevators were the same way...

The carpets were very dirty, there were spots on the sheets and the room had a strange smell. I checked out before my first night’s stay ended

I found a stain and a couple of strands of hair on the sheets on the bed in my room, the carpet in the hallways and common areas were very dirty and stained, the elevator safety sticker expired in 9/2021, the facility overall looked unkept and very different than the picture on the website. I checked out after 1 day and did not stay for the 2 days I initially reserved.

Mold and cockroaches throughout our room. Filthiest floors and walls. Toilet paper around each sprinkler. Dust so thick in bathroom vent that it would turn on. Trash overflowing in all common-area trash cans, with trash piled on the floor in the dining area. This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in.

Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition. The room was unclean, and the overall environment felt unsanitary. I would not recommend staying here. The room was poorly maintained and unhygienic. It did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The accommodations were far below expectations. The room was filthy/nasty—dirty feel, bugs, the works This hotel appeared to be normal, yet after check in and entering the elevator, the elevator seemed old, rickety and unclean. There was a sign in the elevator that read something to the effect of, "no food from the breakfast area in rooms under no circumstances" which immediately led me to believe that they have an infestation problem. Yes! I was correct. The hallway leading to the room was dingy, moist, and felt dirty, then as soon as we opened the room door, the room was the same and just made us feel even more uncomfortable and that nothing was sanitary. The dresser had what looked like burn marks in it, and then ROACHES! Two roaches ran from under the bed across the floor and under the dresser. That was all it took, and we were NOT staying there. I was not placing myself, my family and my belongings at risk of being infested with roaches and unsanitary conditions. This hotel was NOT sanitary and was not suitable for overnight guests. This hotel refused to refund my money, because it was a prepaid hotel from hotels.com, yet I will continue to try to seek some recoupment for SUCH unsanitary conditions!

Im not stay in this plase me and my wife check chat room before go sleep and i shocked is so dirty and we found bad bugs. So we stay in this room for about 10 minutes after we come in.

Breakfast variety was good. Cleaning could use some work as I found someone else’s sock underneath the ac unit.

I decided not to stay there after I saw the condition of the rooms. Stains on the sheet, smoking smell, dirty room, filth under the bed, food stuff on the walls, frayed mattress. I told “Hero” the front desk person about these negative conditions and that I could not imagine staying there. I left 5 min after I entered the room. Manager was not available. I want a full refund!

Rooms were gross and smelled horrible. Save yourself the money.

Our first room smelled like mold and had mildew growing on the nightstand. We were moved to another room where we found roaches. We left the hotel at 1am because we felt disgusted.

This is a rather old hotel/motel with a very friendly staff. They seem to be doing the best they can with what they have. The carpet is old and bleach stained. My bedding was dirty so I threw it in the hallway. There was mold in the bathroom, and a cockroach crawled out from under the toaster at breakfast. Eugene, the Manager agreed to "adjust," the $600+ cost for our sister trip. They refunded one of three days. I should be grateful for that, but expected a little more since I never got a new bedspread after throwing all the dirty in the hall. Like I said they were friendly and apologized. The other thing is no restaurants deliver there. You can use Uber Eats, Domino's Pizza, or the restaurant next store.

The room had a smell to it. We later found out that the ac unit had a crack in it. I think the water leaking from it onto the carpet caused the smell. The floor behind the bed had a white substance we didn’t know what it was. The beds were the best thing about the room they were so comfortable. The staff was really nice and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

Extremely disappointed with this country inn and suites location. The ceiling was leaking on the floor I stayed on, there was an awful smell present in both elevators during my stay, the mattress on the bed is way beyond it’s prime, and the hotel itself was dingy and somewhat gloomy.

The beds are rock hard. Room was average.

Overall room need updated ceiling shows patching from color of paint. Wallpaper curling up in areas. Elevator doesn’t match floor level, some floors 4” difference

I chose the room that had a jetted tub. But they did not have one. The bathroom sink had a slow drain and the room smelled moldy.

Our stay was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was geat. The only negative would be the street noise coming through the room AC Unit. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Convenient location, spacious room, comfortable bed. Water pressure bad, maid service spotty, broken toilet seat.

The staff was great. The room lighting need to be updated. There wasn’t any USB port in the room at all. My check out was great.

Had issues with room key everyday.

The front desk service was rude for no reason, then asking for extra towels they handed us toilet paper, when saying no we needed extra towels they asked why would we. Will not be booking here again

Nice for the price that you pay and the people were very nice and helpful.

The staff is very friendly. They're more than willing to help. The manager is at the hotel day and night. The breakfast is very varied, including eggs in various forms, hot and cold cereal, juices, water, and coffee. For the price, it exceeded my expectations; it's a very comfortable and modest place. My room has a refrigerator and microwave. The lighting isn't the best, but it's not a major problem. Follow me for more detailed reviews like these.

This is not a good place to stay. The hotel clerk who checked us in was the most unfriendly person in customer relations we have encountered in while. She should not be dealing with the public. She is apparently unable to speak with more than one word at a time. The place is dirty and is not kept up. Getting an extra blanket required us to jump through hoops. We had trouble even getting toilet paper. We DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff was pleasant. They need new elevators & new carpets. They don't do housekeeping. You have to ask for it. It was ok.

This was close to the Mercedes Benz stadium which is what I wanted, but it a let down. No one was at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. The hotel felt old. In our bathroom, the toilet paper holder is RIGHT on top of the toilet. Even my child couldn't sit on the toilet properly because there is nowhere to put your leg. How do people not think of this when they install those things? Breakfast was okay. The perk was I didn't have to pay for parking and had a free breakfast. That alone saved us $100.

I arrived 25 min early asked for an early check in which has never been an issue and any of my previous Country inn stays at other locations. I was told $50 with a nasty attitude in her tone. I opted to wait wasn’t paying for just 25 min. I then went back to the counter at 2 min till 3 pm as she called me back to the counter I then asked for a room on the 1st floor she told me none were available. Then after she gives me a room on the 3rd floor I here a couple asking the other guy checking g them in if their was anything available on the 1st level he told them yes there are then I looked at her and asked for a corporate number she told me she didn’t have it. Then as you can see in the pics they give you rooms they don’t even check this room had ceiling pieces dropping everytime a door opened or closed and when brought to her attention again with an attitude she says so what are you trying to change your room still nothing available on the 1st floor I told her don’t worry when I return I’ll take pics and locate a corporate number myself when I returned it was cleaned up even though I had already taken my pics. The morning I was leaving there was a guy at the counter asked him for the corporate number and he gave it to me but was hesitant in giving me her name when I asked for it after describing her I told him he could give me her name or his then he says it’s Micey then I left. I will never stay here again !👎👎👎👎

Great staff! Lots of guests checking in for conference nearby and the staff handled things great! Eugene was awesome, friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was great! We has a big group and we were treated great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Our room was comfortable, and the staff was courteous. Since we were there for an event at the Center Parc Stadium, this hotel is super convenient and a great place to stay.

Staff is excellent...very friendly and helpful. Location isn't the greatest... it is easy access on and off interstate, but there isn't much around in terms of food and shopping. It meet our needs for a stop over while traveling to final destination.

Place is a short drive from major spots on Atlanta. Area is quiet at night. Good price. Free breakfast was nice. Place needs major face lift. For being owned by the Radisson, I’m surprised how run down it looks.

The hotel was easy to get to and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. All of the staff was friendly. I would stay again.

This property is close to many things, and is very walkable to those places. Very scenic. Great room as well with nice amenities.

This hotel is mediocre, I’ve stayed at lots of hotels never felt like I had to write a review. The price is what made me stay here and the close proximity to Atlanta downtown. The area is very questionable. We witnessed a fight in the parking lot. I did have to change rooms after the first night. I believe the hotel can get better but needs a complete interior update and better security on the outside.

Had a really good stay. The building is in the old side but that was the only downside. It’s enjoyable quiet even though it’s right off of the main highway. It’s also located about 10 minutes from downtown so there is always something to do. I would stay here again!!

Good stay for the price rough neighborhood but friendly service good breakfast I would stay again

The concierge was so friendly at check-in. The hotel served its purpose for a place to change and rest for a 1 night stay, as it was quiet. The area is up & coming and i think that fresh paint and some carpet cleaning could provide a cleaner asthetic. The area has some great places to eat in walking distance ... but only during the day or at night with a group.

Proximity to downtown is a plus. Hotel was clean. Atlanta is a beautiful city.

The hotel needs improvements, upgrade! Also more dining! Wasnt real dirty, but upgrade the hotel now. The breakfast was excellent!

I am due a refund for checking out early, as well as a property damage upfront fee. I have called and gotten the runaround. The hotel needs a total upgrade, a paint job, new carpet, improved lighting. The breakfast was below par, the grits and oatmeal was not edible. The coffee was the best part of the complimentary breakfast.

We were in town for a concert and didn't wanna pay an arm and a leg for a place to lay our heads at night. So I took a chance and booked a room here. I am so glad I did. It was easy to find, parking lot was well lit. The lady at the front desk was super kind and quick with the check in. The room was clean and quite large. I travel a lot and after COVID, hotel breakfast has been a huge thumbs down but not here. They had a full hot breakfast, with a large variety of options. The biscuits and gravy were really good (I'm pretty particular with my biscuits and gravy) and the coffee was hot and always being refilled. The lady tending to breakfast was also very friendly and chipper for being up early on a Sunday!. I would definitely stay here again

Reeked of pot in the hallways, elevator inspections seven months expired, tasteless breakfast, loud highway noises. Staff was good and bed was comfortable, though the rooms are about 30 years out of date.

Hotel is good enough, close enough to the concert downtown where I was going. Free parking was a huge plus. Nothing fancy at all, but I got the room under 100 a night, so can’t beat that deal. If you are on a budget and are able to get the room under 100, and you want to stay close to downtown and get free parking and aren’t so picky, then I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was average as well. Lots of options but nothing super delicious or special. But I’m not complaining, just stating facts. Coffee was great.
