Great stay the hotel is clean, quiet and everyone was very nice. parking was easy in the parking check in and out was very easy. you have a Mcdonalds, gas station and arbys literally crossing the parking lot. right by many stores like walmart, target, petsmart, menards,staples, amongs many others. starve Rock is like 10 min away.

Room noisy and rumbling. Apparently I was directly above the pool pump house. Free vibrating bed intermittently all night. 😂 Breakfast- I was happy that they had protein options prepared. They were not hot, but they had microwaves available, so I got my eggs instead of cereal or waffles. Thank you!

I've now stayed at the Quality Inn in Peru twice and both times have had my various requests responded to promptly and cordially: esp/ for a 1st-floor room. The room is well attended, and the pool is clean and enjoyable. Great stopping point between Chicago and the Quad Cities. HIghly recommended.

The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. The location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. The roon was clean and well maintained. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was the basic hotel offerings with plenty of seating. They even offered chocolate chips for the waffles

The staff person we interacted with was excellent, beyond helpful. So nice. We understand they are in the middle of construction, but, the room had an unclean smell and there were dusty potato chips on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. Disappointing.

Do NOT expect much from this place. Its old and worn but it worked for us to stop and sleep for 6 hours. The staff was very nice though. We didn't shower as the shower wasnt cleaned. There was hair all over the bottom and sides of the tub. The sink was gross too. We got food from the olive garden across the street....DONT DO IT...so gross. But, it provided us a place to just sleep and go

Stayed only one night but that was enough. The room was terrible the floor was uneven and the tub/shower was stained the carpet under the desk was wet not sure if refrigerator was leaking or what was going on when we checked in there was a button on the desk to push which I did not see but could see someone on the back folding towels and he looked at me 3 different times and never came out finally saw the button and out he came I would not recommend this to anyone

It was an ok stay. The floors need a good cleaning. The staff are kind and really helpful so that is a huge plus. It's also really close to a bunch of stores and restaurants.

We were eventually moved again, but from a king-size bed to a double, which was a noticeable downgrade. Overall, the service was kind, but the experience was frustrating.

I stayed at this hotel 6 yrs ago, may have had a facelift, but very clean, quiet rooms, good breakfast!! Very friendly staff! Highly recommend!! $106 a night, great deal!

I was in town for a few days for a youth sports tournament. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was very nice and comfortable. You can tell they spent a lot of money renovating the rooms and the lobby. They did a nice job.

Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but not necessarily the best either. People in the rooms above me could be heard stomping around for much of the night. The bathroom floors felt like they were staring to fall apart. The rooms, and even the hotel in general, could use a little updating. Somehow I accidentally booked a room where smoking was provided when I actually wanted a non-smoking room, and the clerk working that night ended up fixing that issue for me (totally on me). So I’ll give him credit for that.

Choose this hotel for pet friendly option. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and shower had good pressure and hot water. We were close to an outside door on the ground floor which is great when traveling with our little dog. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star is there is a previous hotel next door that is evidently being used as a long term stay/apartment type place. It did not give off the best vibe. Although we didn’t have any issues, just not the type of place I’d prefer next door.

The saving grace for this hotel was the helpful staff at check in. Aside from that, it’s dated and worn out (and smelly). Breakfast was a disappointment. Had an accessible room, but aside from the roll-in shower, there was no place to maneuver a wheelchair…crowded and cramped room.

Smoking room was given, but I do not smoke and I have asthma as well so this was very unpleasant. Wouldn’t move me to a different room or give options even after contacting Expedia which is what I booked through, claimed they didn’t have any other rooms left when Expedia reached out to them. So be aware if you book through expedia and you need something fixed the hotels won\'t do it due to "contract" and the booking being with expedia.

I highly recommend Quality Inn in Peru. The staff are especially attentive and friendly. The breakfast, including eggs, sausage, and waffles, as well as cereal and yogurt was strengthening. The pool is relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. I've stayed twice now and will definitely return.

A great hotel. We arrived early and was allowed to check in early. When they realized that we had a handicapped room they came out to our car to help unload. I have oxygen tanks and the help was greatly appreciated. They Evan helped my husband push the luggage cart to our room. The bed was so comfortable and pillows were perfect. Very clean room. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express, as a rule, because their beds are so comfy. There was one next door but it was double the price, so i chose this place instead. The bed was just as comfy. The staff was friendly. I own a cleaning business, and i approve of their level of clean. Note though the free breakfast has no eggs or meat but the waffles were great!

It wasn't a bad deal, but they advertise hot breakfast, but that just means waffles. If you advertise hot breakfast, it should include eggs, meat, and starch. If I would have known, I would have gotten a room somewhere else.
