Our room smelt horrible of smoke. Had to change rooms, front desk clerk couldn’t open the door to the second room so had to go up a floor to a different room. The tub in our room was patched and the toilet seat was broke. The pool area was all rusted, the floor was coming up. I was told I’d get a credit and never did

Upon arrival there was notice on door that water was undrinkable unless boiled. I thought the response should have been bottle water to guests, but they only provided water from a cooler. I did not have a water pitcher, or pot to boil, or stove, or glass appropriate to use in microwave, and at that ice would also be contaminated. For the expense of the room for 1 night at $274.00, it would not have hurt them too much for expense of providing drinkable water. Even discount tire provides free water.

There was a beeping sound that lasted several minutes every couple hours- even at night. The pool was closed when we stayed but I wish it would’ve been disclosed because I purposely booked somewhere with a pool.

Very disappointed- hotel needs a major renovation. Exercise room only 2 machines… a not working elliptical and a treadmill which appears 20 years old. Shower in our room only worked with super hot weak spray; couldn’t adjust. Free breakfast very limited choices. Strong chlorine smell outside pool entrance and door wouldn’t open. Paid a premium price for a weekend night stay. Definitely won’t stay here again when we come down to Taylor University.

Room was not clean, elevator was dirty and smelled like smoke. Parking lot was a disaster, but they are repaving it. Something must have happened on the second floor in the hallway because it smelled weird and there were huge drying fans all over. The bed itself was clean and comfortable, but the floor, chair, and toilet were not.

This facility is mediocre at best. At check-in there were no carts in the lobby to load our luggage onto. We had 2 rooms - 1 was fine but the other clearly had not been cleaned. Were moved to a second room immediately. This room had frayed carpet at the door and my grandson and I both stepped on the threshold which had exposed nails on the tackstrip from the frayed carpet. Mattress was hard. Went down to breakfast and the coffee pot was empty and no one around to ask for a refill (apparently this was around time for shift change at the front desk (who doubled as kitchen staff) but no one was in either place. The men's restroom by the pool was out of order by the pool, so had to watch the door as he went into the womens. Not impressed

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at! We were there two nights and appreciated the clean (not musty) scent of the room. Very tidy in room and public spaces, like the hallways and foyer area. Suitable breakfast with hot food of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. Also milk, OJ, yoghurt, cereal, toast available. Again very clean and bright breakfast area. Bed was comfy, and I appreciated that cooling unit could be set at constant fan for the white noise at night. Front desk quickly gave me extra pillows when I asked for them. Pool was nicely taken care of, again CLEAN area. Not too hot in the pool enclosure area. We are definitely going to stay here from now on when we are in the area! Highly recommend this hotel!

The lady at the front desknwas verg kind, other than that, cleanliness was definitely and issue: several clumps of black hair on the bathroom floor, tub didn't hold water, the bed was uncomfortable- you could feel the bedsprings. Hardly slept because we heard the neighbor talking and watching tv the entire night. We will not return

Hotel appeared clean however when we entered our room, the bathroom needed attention. I cleaned the toilet and picked up the dog kibble that was on the floor. The bed was good but the pillows were very flat and not comfortable at all. The sheets were clean and the rest of the room was ok. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was fairly nice. Our room was not clean. It is a pet friendly hotel and our bathroom door was covered in dog hair and balls of fur all over the bathroom. The tub was dirty. There was trash and pieces of food by the bed. The coffe/tea maker was in the bathroom along with the container for ice. The coffee maker was filthy and sticky. The cups had something brown on the packaging.

There was a wet towel in our room when we arrived. :( There was dirt all over the floor in the breakfast area - and there were several staff members lounging in the chairs in the lobby; someone could have been tidying up. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. I definitely OVERPAID!

Air conditioning was very load. Only two lamps in entire room and was missing bulbs. Blinds did not keep the light out at night and the shower was warm but we could not get it hotter

The noise from the highway is very loud and the air conditioner is even louder. Coupled with a hard bed and thick lumpy pillows…a good night’s sleep was not possible. Check n was easy and the woman working was great but the bathroom is very dated and though clean, still looked dirty.

Front desk/staff was very helpful. Had the presidential suite for 4 nights. The room was decent, but the jacuzzi tub did not work properly. Also had to request multiple extra blankets, because the ones on the beds were paper thin. Pillows were terrible. Overall not a bad stay, just cost a LOT of money for what we had.

Would have been very noisy without air running, and toilet seat was wobbly and should have been addressed before we arrived. But for the most part it was very good.

The stay accomplished it's purpose but I wouldn't return to this hotel. There was breakfast but barely, not the typical spread you would expect from BW. Customer service was not welcoming or generally attentive. The rooms showed lots of damage that has gone unrepaired and generally run down. It wasn't a comfortable stay.

This was my favorite place to stay on a long trip with dogs. Property is a bit dated but was exceptionally clean. Lots of lovely grass to walk pups tired of the car. And amazing Brit restaurant (Payne's) within walking distance. I would return just to be able to go back to the restaurant!

Because of extreme road construction, it was a maze like experience getting to the hotel. Many many rural roads and turns. Coming from Columbus, Oh. it was very annoying that there were no highway roads with a more direct approach.

Breakfast was pretty limited. Fruit options: Two apples & two bananas. Eggs, sausage & biscuits (which weren't bad) no bagels, muffins were tiny pre-wrapped bite sized things. Waffle machine died 2nd day. Coffee was, hot but that's about it.
