Candlewood Suites Indianapolis Airport by IHG

Front staff were pleasant but room smelled bad, floor was sticky, soap in the shower was empty and there were no bath towels. Soured me for this hotel chain for sure. We were just there for 6 hours and we were glad to leave.

Staff was amazing. Only issue I had was I was having to take a cold shower for 3 days I was there and didn’t offer half of my money or anything back, but I had to pay full price. Will never book here again.. And on top of that went to go swim and the pool area was full of maintenance equipment. So I feel I should’ve got something back.

The hotel was clean and good for business purposes but the staff were absolutely not helpful. Especially the front desk. The person was not at the desk for at least 15 minutes and was hanging out outside watching us walk in. No urgency what so ever. I have stayed here once before and only stayed since it was very close to the airport. I will chose something else next time and sacrifice the drive over hospitality.

Room was clean. The only complaint the heat would not stay on

We had a short stay so we didn’t use the amenities however the whole hotel smelled very musty (moldy) to the point our clothing and jackets still smelled like it when we got home. Not just our room but the entire hotel.
