Room was very clean and comfy. Staff members were all friendly. Breakfast options were great. Hot tub and gym were nice. Pool seemed to look a little dirty or maybe discolored brown on the bottom, but kids enjoyed it anyway.

The hotel was vey nice, quiet, clean, the pool and hot tub was nice, but wasn’t working the 2nd night, shut down for maintenance, a little disappointed since I always pick somewhere with a pool and hot tub. The breakfast area was very nice and food was good

This hotel was quiet and very well maintained entering and exiting hotel was safe easy to get to and from parking lot. Staff was welcoming and maintained at desk able to answer all questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. The unexpected surprise was a small creek behind hotel well fenced off but found picnic table for quiet enjoyment. Rooms very spacious and clean not carpeted very nice flooring. Room we stayed in had two double beds with sofa sleeper only wish there was a tv dedicated to children area. No complaints for bed comfort for getting good sleep. Room temperature maintained complete comfort. Lots of lighting everywhere not a dark room. Nice size bathroom clean with plenty of provided towels. Very nice indoor pool area. Breakfast area was roomy for in and out traffic without being crowded. Food choices accommodationed adults and children. Steakhouse restaurant directly in front hotel very safe short walk to get to and back. Definitely would choose this hotel again when in area and needed.

Fitness center was not available. Room was fine but you hear everything that is the hallway while you are in room, even if people are just talking in a normal voice. The eating area was nice and well kept. Room was clean too

The hotel was clean and comfortable! Breakfast provided checked all the boxes for our whole family. The lady in the restaurant was so friendly and accommodating and had the patience of a saint when dealing with children! Aside from the elevator breaking on our second day, the hotel was wonderful especially at the price point. Will definitely stay here again on our travels and would highly rrecommend.

Brought my elderly pup on this trip and all the employees at Cumberland were so welcoming to her!! The rooms were immaculate, the breakfasts were great. I am coming back here for sure the next time we visit our friend

Our sheets clearly weren’t changed. They smelled and had stains on them as well as lots of hair. The room was mildew smelling as well. Bummer because the reviews looked good

I was a bit disappointed in the pool area. It was not clean. The floor in our room was dirty as well. The gentleman at the desk was not very personable either. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. They had a lot of options.

I liked my window facing the woods. The bed was comfortable. The lounge area looks beautiful. The room was clean, but I didn't give 5 stars because the Beth room has some hair on the floor, which could have been vacuumed a bit better, and the fridge was making a funny noise (I didn't make any complaint to the reception about it; it wasn't a big deal). However, those are little details and didn't spoil our stay. For my kids, everything was perfect. If I return to this area, I will stay at this hotel again.

Refrigerator not working properly. For goodness sakes, Keep the refrigerators running! By the time you check in, there is no time to cool it down. When traveling cross country people need to store things as soon as they check in.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the photos and reviews were good and the price was fair. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, check-in easy, friendly, and fast. Facilities were modern and clean and the room was great, spacious, cool, clean, and modern. It's my new favorite hotel in the area!!

I have stayed here before. Good location. Restaurant in the front of the hotel definite plus. Only complaint is the A/C dripped water on the carpet making it wet and the mattress on the bed needed replaced…

It was as expected. Except that the furniture in the room was not comfortable. The couch cushions were hard as rocks and the throw pillows would, if thrown at an intruder, stop them immediately. The “safety” grab bar was placed awkwardly for getting into the tub and of absolutely no use once in the tub/shower. The bed was lumpy an both of us woke up stiff and achy. My husband can sleep on literally anything and get a good night’s sleep—not this trip.

My family and I were treated very nicely at the hotel. My only issue is the tv did not work for our entire stay. The desk could not figure it out. I did bring my laptop, however so we werent completely without entertainment. We were thinking of extending our stay, but this was why we opted to not do it. I would still book with them again despite this issue.

We had a good stay on Nov. 10. The two gentlemen at check in were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good with a clean area. Area is safe with walking distance restaurants (fast food/ 1 sit down). Easy access off the freeway and a plus, check out at noon. We will would stay again if traveling through the area. Only con ~ thin walls. We were waken up by a small child throwing a tantrum.

I loved the hotel and Michelle at the front desk was especially wonderful - she went above and beyond! She helped me look for my glasses I midplaced and offered a lot of information about Cumberland! She is a treasure.

the property and room conditions were as expected with budget stays. Good place to stay off of the highway Enroute. Front desk/Night audit attendants need to be retrained. Zero hospitality. Zero passion. No one greets you or makes you feel welcome. They all just stare at you…the older lady who services the breakfast is amazing though! She should retrain the front office. I hope our next stay here will change our rating.

Our stay was excellent! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The house keeping staff were extremely nice and so accommodating. Autumn at the front desk was wonderful!! She made sure that our stay was excellent! Lisa also does a great job with breakfast and is so sweet! I rate 10 out of 10!!

Customer service is #1 owen greeted, and checked me in .owen is Very welcoming making sure i had everything needed for my stay..Michelle and Fred as well. They make ya feel like family. Rooms are amazing. The room is perfect, beds are comfortable and makes this a home away from home feeling. Very clean.. Breakfast each morning is hot ,fresh and so tasty.lots of choices..they ladies taking care of breakfast are very nice.keep area clean and stocked. I also enjoyed hot tub and pool.very nice and well kept.

Quiet, loved the stream behind the hotel and the woods . Spacious room with high ceilings, friendly easy check in, good parking. Had tea for breakfast but the eggs and cheese were not good. Good restaurants close by..the mountains are beautiful. We would stay there again.

This trip was for my birthday given to me by my boyfriend. We planned ahead and were even able to check in a tad but early. The facility smelled so fresh, the front desk official was helpful and check in was brief. Our room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Check out was even better because we were able to leave at noon. There were plenty of places to eat and shop around us. We will be back! This hotel is less than 10 mins from the Polar Express ride/train station.

Stayed in a king room with hot tub- everything was pristine. Perfectly clean- bright white surfaces that were spotless and black light test passed perfectly. The only disappointment was the breakfast. I wanted cereal - 3 options and the milk was spoiled/curdled. Stick with the eggs and sausage or pastries!!! Overall a wonderful, quiet, and clean hotel.

Our stay was great! Room was clean & comfy, microwave didn’t work, I’m sure they would have fixed it but it was late & honestly didn’t feel like fooling with it. Breakfast was good, very friendly staff, Patti- Breakfast Bar attendant was amazing and attentive, she constantly checked on others, refilled food, cleaned up messes. She even had Christmas coloring sheets/crayons for the littles.

Stayed one night on a trip to Ocean City. Very clean, cold room, warm blankets, dark, quiet. Breakfast the next morning provided various options and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. One lady in particular (wore glasses, short curly hair) walked around checking on guests while they had breakfast and even cleaned their tables for them.
