Good value apart from the fact that the ‘kitchen’ was not equipped with cookware and plates and cutlery - we were expected to purchase these which was a bit of a shock.

The rooms were smelly. The kitchette didn’t even have cups forget about other utensils although this is supposed to be an extended stay. No towels either. The front office closes at 10 pm and no coffee machine or breakfast. Worst place ever

Decent size room but they didn't have linens for sleeper sofa then tried to charge me extra for those linens. No dishes in the kitchen. They only had 2 towels in the room that was reserved for 4 adults, and when I went to get more (because they won't bring anything to your room) they said they have been out of towels for over a week. I won't be staying at this property in the future. So if you want a place to sleep take just 1 shower and not eat, this is your place. No vending machines or any kind of food sold here and it is not staffed 24/7. No one there over night if you need anything. Not to sound all bad, they do have a tv and toilet paper in their rooms.

Dirty, old hotel... Definitely a last resort option. The room had a kitchen but you had to pay extra for any dishes. The staff was very nice but I am very glad we only stayed 1 night.

I reserved the room two weeks in advance for 2 Dbl Beds for 2 nights. Check in time is 3 which is fine. Arrived 4:30 room not ready. It took the clerk over twenty-five minutes to verify my stay and give me a key for later. Told her keep the room under my credit card and that I would pay upon leaving. NO, my card was charged in advance! Had to leave and come back much later to a room where the bathroom ceiling was poorly patched and leaking water. No hand soap in the room, no shampoo, no garbage pails etc. No coffee in the room or lobby. No breakfast. Absolutely, no housekeeping, Beds not made no fresh towels. Went outside to my vehicle and residents of the establishment were drinking outside (which is fine) but then they were urinating in bush. We would have booked elsewhere but no other vacancy available for the next night. Expedia, you should be ashamed to have this hotel under your organization. A refund would be expected. I warn all, do not book this hotel. Better to sleep in your car or pitch a tent.

This was U Of M Parents Weekend so this price was already ridiculous at $296 per night. This place is truely not a hotel but a temporary apartment. There are no amenities like a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, wifi etc. The condition of the rooms are very worn out. The first room they gave us the room was just filthy, broken lamp, dirt on the walls, dirty sheets, bathroom that didn't look like it had been cleaned. The second room was hardly better. Food was leftover in the cupboards, towels with holes in them. The hallways smelled like someone was both smoking cigarettes and pot. We booked 2 nights and only stayed one. We paid for both nights but knew we couldn't get reimbursed for the 2nd night because we decided to leave after 4 pm and just didn't want to have that fight. Really disappointed that we were taken advantage of but it is supply and demand and I learned my lesson about doing better research. Hopefully someone will read my review and won't make the same mistake I did.

Always waiting on someone to show up at the front desk, some of the room was upgraded but I'm 45 and the fridge and range were easily as old as me. Never seen a range that old, fridge made weird noises all night long. Cheap tub surround with mildew on all seams. Elevator out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. Nothing tremendously bad but overall this place is well below average.

I would not stay again. I tried canceling, but would not give refund since booked via expedia. The bathroom shower curtains smelled. They need to throw those away and replace with new ones at this point. Whole building was dirty. They NEED to clean or hire more cleaning staff to do a deep cleanse of the entire hotel. I did not trust the bed sheets either. Towels were stained. Just bad experience and would NEVER stay here again.

The hotel is very old and dirty. Although there were many amenities, include microwave, full size fridge, even stove, the room and the bed were dirty. The towels had stains and a bad smell. No hair dryer in the room, which was totally unacceptable. If you don't mind paying twenty or thirty dollars more, choose another hotel nearby.

The room needed alot of work. Door was de-laminated, flooring was dirty, walls were dirty, shower caulk covered up mold. Decided to not use the shower because of this. No blankets for the pull out bed. Counertops were stained and dirty. 2 towels for a room that sleeps 5. Cabinets were in bad shape and dirty. Would not recommend this property

We only stayed for one night and for that I am grateful because this place was DIRTY. The lady at check in raved at how we were getting a room that was just thoroughly cleaned and the room was nasty. Plus I was charged extra at check in because they had no standard rooms available and we had to take a deluxe, no problem. However, the “deluxe” room had a double bed instead of a queen. The window was missing one of the two curtains so we had to tuck a sheet into the window as you could see right into our room. The towels were dirty and filled with hair, the carpet was stained and overall was just gross, pretty disappointing considering I was charged extra for a deluxe room and then another $60 for my pups.

First time at an extended stay but this one needs updating. The staff are wonderful and I appreciated their cheerful assistance. The shower curtain is too short and doesn’t go into the tub so water goes everywhere when you shower. This would be ok if you were given enough towels. The drain plunger on the sink and towel rack above the toilet are broken and need repair. All of the towels and sheets, pillows and other linens need replacement replacing. We probably could have asked for another pillow - next time. Loved the full refrigerator but didn’t expect that dishes weren’t provided or extra towels without additional fees. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. Not a terribly place but also not great.

When I got to the hotel after my room was booked, NO ONE was at the front desk. It was closed and locked up. I haven’t got my refund back yet.

I had a reservation. Upon arrival they did not have a room for me and moved me to a hotel in Novi. I asked them to cancel. They charged me for the room at another city that they moved me to. Horrible customer service. Take a reservation and keep the reservation. Do not move me to a hotel 30 minutes away. This is bad business and criminal for charging me for service i did not receive. Small claims court is in the future.

Saving grace for this place was the staff was helpful and very friendly. Otherwise… extremely dated. No hair dryer or shampoo. As it was extended stay I would have expected basic plates, cups, silverware. Nope. Generally terrible, not in good condition.

When we arrived it took forever for someone to show up to the desk to help me. Then they had no record of our reservation, even though I clearly had the confirmation in front of me. They sent me to a sister hotel down the street, and insisted my reservation was there instead. It was not. We ended up having to find another place to stay late at night. Also there were a lot of men hanging out in the parking lot just lurking. Then I was still charged and had to navigate a refund.

- Entire hotel floor was sticky and damp. - Room was not sound proofed. Could hear other neighbors flushing toilets and closing cupboards and walking loudly above. - Room had a smell that required me using the fan the whole time. - Bathroom door didn’t close easily. - Water spout in shower was broken so water came out of the spigot and shower head at the same time. - Police presence was at the facility during checkout which further confirmed that I won’t be staying again. - The one big positive is the GM of the property. She went above and beyond with ensuring I was taken care of as much as possible during the stay. - Staff was friendly, but property was very subpar.

I reserved the room two weeks in advance for 2 Dbl Beds for 2 nights. Check in time is 3 which is fine. Arrived 4:30 room not ready. It took the clerk over twenty-five minutes to verify my stay and give me a key for later. Told her keep the room under my credit card and that I would pay upon leaving. NO, my card was charged in advance! Had to leave and come back much later to a room where the bathroom ceiling was poorly patched and leaking water. No hand soap in the room, no shampoo, no garbage pails etc. No coffee in the room or lobby. No breakfast. Absolutely, no housekeeping, Beds not made no fresh towels. Went outside to my vehicle and residents of the establishment were drinking outside (which is fine) but then they were urinating in bush. I warn all, do not book this hotel. Better to sleep in your car or pitch a tent.

Good value apart from the fact that the ‘kitchen’ was not equipped with cookware and plates and cutlery - we were expected to purchase these which was a bit of a shock.

The rooms were smelly. The kitchette didn’t even have cups forget about other utensils although this is supposed to be an extended stay. No towels either. The front office closes at 10 pm and no coffee machine or breakfast. Worst place ever

Decent size room but they didn't have linens for sleeper sofa then tried to charge me extra for those linens. No dishes in the kitchen. They only had 2 towels in the room that was reserved for 4 adults, and when I went to get more (because they won't bring anything to your room) they said they have been out of towels for over a week. I won't be staying at this property in the future. So if you want a place to sleep take just 1 shower and not eat, this is your place. No vending machines or any kind of food sold here and it is not staffed 24/7. No one there over night if you need anything. Not to sound all bad, they do have a tv and toilet paper in their rooms.

Dirty, old hotel... Definitely a last resort option. The room had a kitchen but you had to pay extra for any dishes. The staff was very nice but I am very glad we only stayed 1 night.

This was U Of M Parents Weekend so this price was already ridiculous at $296 per night. This place is truely not a hotel but a temporary apartment. There are no amenities like a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, wifi etc. The condition of the rooms are very worn out. The first room they gave us the room was just filthy, broken lamp, dirt on the walls, dirty sheets, bathroom that didn't look like it had been cleaned. The second room was hardly better. Food was leftover in the cupboards, towels with holes in them. The hallways smelled like someone was both smoking cigarettes and pot. We booked 2 nights and only stayed one. We paid for both nights but knew we couldn't get reimbursed for the 2nd night because we decided to leave after 4 pm and just didn't want to have that fight. Really disappointed that we were taken advantage of but it is supply and demand and I learned my lesson about doing better research. Hopefully someone will read my review and won't make the same mistake I did.

I expected the property to be similar to other Extended Stay hotels. There were no utencils in the kitchen, the storage ches was broken, and the pullout bed and sheets were unclean. The staff was helpful in letting switch room.

Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here.

The lobby, hallways and stairway was filthy. Hallway looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks.
