The room was clean however there was no coffee pot in the room you have to ask for it at the front desk which I didn’t find out until almost checkout I would also assume that you had to provide your own coffee so that was disappointing. The plug in the bathroom where the blow dryer was plugged in didn’t work. I would not really call what they had to offer a breakfast it was blueberry muffins and some package oatmeal. The good parts was it was close to the venue I was at and the temp in the room felt amazing .

The staff as helpful ! The overall hotel needs updates in the rooms . My room was clean however the furniture and other aspects of the room was super worn or outdated .

This is an old hotel. Many of the rooms have damaged furniture, old rugs, poor to no amenities. No USB outlets (bring your own adapters). TV service very limited. Poor room layout (TV and furniture must be moved around to view from couch or bed). Kitchen is not equipped - not even with glasses or silverware (requires an extra fee). WiFi is poor (upgraded requires an extra fee). Only soap bars and a tiny bottle of shampoo is supplied (bring your own stuff).

The room was spotless and very comfortable.
