It is a smoking hotel even when you book non smoking the halls reek. Pool needs cleaned

They advertise they have breakfast. It resulted in 3 sugared cereals, white bread and butter. They actually ran out of milk on a Saturday morning with an hour left for breakfast even though the hotel was full. The swimming pool is the size of a postage stamp. The whole hotel had a very odd smell. Rooms are small but clean. Towels were very thin.

The property was dirty and run down. The pool was funky. Font stay there.

A little noisy from the hiway and air coming in around Heater/AC but wasn’t cold in room. Nice and cozy. Definitely recommend this for value. Also indoor pool was out of service

Inexpensive to wash and dry clothes. Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff.

The hotel was not what was depicted. There was loud music playing all night. The window wouldn't lock so anyone could get in as room was on ground floor. The pool was closed. Looks like they are in the middle of redoing things smelled of fresh paint. People are living in the hotel. The bathroom repairs were not done correctly things not mounted right. I was afraid that the shower door was going to fall off when showering. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to add photos but was unable to.

The owner holds the financial reigns very tightly at this location. On the pretense of keeping rates low for its customers, there was no glass or cup of any kind in the room. I had to go down to the desk to ask them for a cup, which was a styrofoam cup in the dining area. "Oh yes, we have a pool," said the guy at the desk.The "pool" area was so old and the whole area put me off. It looked like it hadn't been used since the 1970's. Not a hint of chlorine smell which most pools have. The one washcloth in the room was thin, but useable. Hope other travelers staying there don't mind the truck traffic running at all hours.

Is not like the photos. Beds are awful. Pool wasnt available, bed was uncomfortable, the tv was so old it had lines in the screen like someone bashed it in, i wouldnt stay here if it was free. Smelled terrible. Disgusting hotel. Also the elevator sounded like a lawn mower, after we used it once in was out of order. Nasty filthy. Never again. Dont let the photos fool you

This property said that it has truck/rv parking but it is one space and not posted that it’s for large vehicles only.

When we walked in the hotel smelled what I think was weed my husband said incense. The young guy behind the counter did seem high a well. The floors look like have not been vacuumed in weeks. When we got to the room the air conditioner was moldy we never turned it on because we were scared to with the mold. The window was broken fixed with package tape. We could hear the highway traffic all night long. The shower had hair all in it. The only reason why we didn't leave was because we were traveling all day. And we were tired. When I told the lady at check out she didn't even seem to care about the hair so I never even told her anything else because I didn't think there was a need to. So whom ever put the ratings that this was a good hotel etc whatever, it might have been in the past maybe BUT it truly wasn't now. I'm also not one to put poor ratings on things. But unfortunately I think someone need to truly do something bout this place. Coming from a person that travels all the time. look like they have not

We drove over three hours and arrived very late at night, only to find our first room with dirty footprints on the sheets. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and while the staff member did move us to another room, the second room had a very foul odor and there were bugs in the bathroom.I returned to the front desk and told the agent that it seemed like the hotel had serious cleanliness issues and that we might just check out. He apologized and asked if we wanted to look at another room. We checked a third room, but when we walked in, the toilet was overflowing and dirty towels were all over the floor. He apologized again and said that room was under maintenance.We were then shown a fourth room, but it also had the same strong odor. At that point, we decided it was best to leave the hotel. We had only been there for about an hour when we left at midnight and drove 30 minutes to another hotel.The next morning, I was told that we’d be refunded for Saturday night, but they’d have to “review the cameras” before refunding Friday night even though we didn’t actually stay. I was promised a call back that day, but no one ever called. I followed up again Sunday morning and was told someone would get back to me right away that was over four hours ago and still no response.The photos online are very misleading the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s in poor condition, smells terrible, and clearly has major cleanliness issues. All I want is my money back!!!

Extremely run-down property. Bed was clean or we would have left. Floors throughout seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Not even a plastic cup for water in the room

Dirty bed cover,no clock,no pen or pad,tv nothing but static. Bathroom door kept getting stuck on the floor. Poor internet connectivity. Poor shower head.a/c not working properly.

It was dirty and ran down. Breakfast consisted of bread and cereal.

When we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with a strong aroma of marijuanna. It was clear the worker was smoking it in the check in area (smoke free hotel). The room was not clean, dead bug in the bathroom, stuff in sink and on toilet, mold in shower.

I would not stay here again. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I knew I made a mistake. The outside looks awful, with dirty windows and crumbling curbs, I knew what was in store when we walked in and I was not wrong. It smelled weird, there were weird stains and messes in our hallway, it smelled like weed, and everything just looked kind of dirty. Our room was not much better. It didn’t look like they vacuumed at all. The alarm clock made a weird buzzing noise constantly, I had to unplug it which caused me to look behind the nightstand which was a mistake. Our curtain didn’t work so it was stuck closed. The window was literally open when we got into our room. Nothing looked wiped down and there were weird stains on the wall that could have easily been cleaned but it’s clear housekeeping is incredibly lazy. The toilet was old and chilled. The shower had dirty non-slip tape on the floor which was gross, but surprisingly the water pressure and temperature were good! The beds and pillows were comfortable but given the overall feel of the room and hotel, you just didn’t feel clean. Also, there was no iron and ironing board in the room and when I went down to request them, they handed me a dirty, stained ironing board. And the hair dryer didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend.

Cheap and convenient location but the ac in our room was broken. Not a huge deal this time of year but not ideal

They gave us a bad conditional room; a broken window covered with tape; a bug was on the shade, and the bed frame or headboard was very nasty. The shower was too lukewarm. That room was poor. Need to do better cleaning and check accordingly before your guests if you want them to be happy and satisfied.

No cups in room, no coffee maker. Only one night stand. Wall switch didn't work for light beside bed. Outlet only on 1 side of bed. Room smelled. Only 1 wash cloth. Sink barely drained.

First room had AC blasting which would have been nice except for the mold growing in all the condensation. AC had loud rattle as well. Second room was better, quieter. Bathroom was a little dirty, especially in area you can't clean unless you go all the way in and close the door. Otherwise got a decent night's sleep and moved along.

Room was fine, shower head a little dated. Walls are made of paper, can hear other room's tvs, and the people in the room above me sounded like there were going to fall through. Good cheap room to sleep if you're only staying for a night.

Older hotel met our needs but beds are small.

This hotel was clean and convenient to everywhere i needed to go. It was spacious and had a mini fridge. The only issue i had is that the nozzle on the shower wouldnt move to a different setting so it sprayed funny.

This hotel is old and run down. I doubt the carpeting in the stairways has been vacuumed any time recently. Shower was awful; at least there was hot water. I prayed the sheets were really clean. It is very close to highway and very noisy. Would never stay here again.

For the price it was cool. The staff was exceptional. They were nice to my kids. I’d stay there again.

The lobby smelled of Marijuana every time we walked down there. When one of our party commented on it, the attendant said, 'ya we like to have fun'. There was only one person working at all times so when a light needed replaced, they had to just move me to another room. When i went to check out and talk to the desk clerk there was a sign that said it was closed for 30 mins. (This was at 10:45...right before check out) The place is run down and old.

I stay here very frequently. I work down the road and Days Inn is the first place I turn to for a warm bed when needed. The staff is always prompt and friendly and if you ever need anything, they'll have it for you as soon as the can. Oh, and my favorite thing is the pillows. They're some of the best ones for the price you pay.

The lobby was dirty, carpets needed vacumed. The door to the room we stayed in had gaps all around it. Light sbove sink didnt work. It advertised breakfast. There was no breakfast. The lady at the counter when we checked out this morning was rude. I had to adk for a receipt. Only good thing about our stay wad the coffee. We will never stay there again !!!

My friend and I came to the area for a football game and she has a service dog. I told the guy at the desk upon check in that we had a service dog multiple times and he said there was a $100 refundable fee for that. It’s a service dog! We were tired and just wanted to check in so I paid it. 3 weeks later and I still have not been refunded this fee. Called twice and now the incident is under investigation so I can get my damn money back. I could hear all the loud trucks go by as the room faced the interstate so it was very noisy all night long.

They didn't have my reservation even though I had my confirmation number, The telephone didn't work and the electric on the nightstand didn't work very well.

I arrived pretty late in the evening to check-in and was given my room key. I went up to the room and opened the door and there was somebody already in the room sleeping in the bed. I quickly shut the door and went downstairs and was given a different room. A little weird.. but ok, whatever. This room was fine and I had no issues until the morning when I went for breakfast. It was a real basic spread with coffee and cereal and a few other items. I go to make a bowl of cereal and the milk poured out of the jug all clumpy and curdled. So I told the guy at the desk who brought out a new gallon of milk. I make a new bowl and pour the milk again.. and again it’s curdled. The guy at the counter was not around so I decided to get breakfast somewhere else.

The bedding was filthy and the room had clearly been used prior to my arrival; and not cleaned. Shower was wet and disgusting! The hotel only agreed to give me a refund ( which I have not seen yet ) if I promised to check out the same evening I checked in. VERY disappointing; since I checked in for a biz trip at approx 7:45pm and then had to check out two hours later when I turned down the sheets to get ready for bed. Front desk staff EXTREMELY rude.... Buyer beware

Check in was great. The bed was great. Check out I interupted the lady who was in the back room eating as I wanted to give her the key cards and as she was chewing and brushing her hands together says " just put them on the counter". That was poor customer service

It's a 15-minute drive from Arrowhead Stadium. It was convenient and quiet even though it's along the highway.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room had all standard amenities. They were not very clean though. The air conditioner had some kind of food melted in the vents and there were ants all around. The beds were nicely made and comfortable, but one bed’s top cover had black hands prints. For one night it was fine but would not stay more than that. The only convince is that it is right next to the interstate.

Breakfast was only sliced bread and 3 or 4 cereals in dispensers. Gallon of milk 1/2 full in the cooler. This was the same all 3 days of our stay. Do better or don’t advertise breakfast at all. Only 2 towels in the room is sad. Overall for the price it wasn’t terrible. You get what you pay for.

This was a spartan experience. Breakfast consisted of juice, coffee (no creamer), white bread for toast, and cold cereal. Old hotel, poorly updated and poorly kept.

When leaving to travel again, we were going to have breakfast. The breakfast consisted of the pre-made egg in the fridge and Bread for toast. No yogart no cereal. Very disappointing

Only stay here because it's convenient for before or after a Chiefs game. They used to have in room coffee maker amd cups.
