Friendly and attentive staff. Room was quiet and clean, however, the room was really small. After checking in late afternoon, we went out for the evening. We returned around 10:00 to find the only available parking was a dimly lit area behind the motel. A little more lighting in the “overflow” parking area would have been nice.

When we arrived we learned that the elevator was out of service. We were on the 3rd floor and had items we could not leave in our car for fear of theft. The ceiling in the lobby was stained and leaking. Carpet in room felt damp. Bathroom had rust in tub. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was decent. Would not stay again

Elevator was not working, as per the front desk guy it has been more than a week it is not working. We have been given room in 3rd floor, had to take all the luggage by stairs.

Parking lot it's too dark. And dont have lateral doors only on back and front. The wind grom out side, was coming in through the ac unit. Very noise and disturbing.

Staff was grsat since we got in late at night and had 7 rooms to check in. We were able to leave a vehicle with trailer while we were out on bikes for a few hours. Once we got back and got loaded up staff was nice enough to come out a take a group picture for us. Only complaint was the elevator wasnt working and all of our rooms were on the 3rd floor. Would def stay there again though!

To be honest. They neee to do alotttt of updating. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. It smelled really funky(prob from old carpet) the room was tiny. It has a lot of old fixtures, bed was very uncomfortable. It just kinda seemed ghetto.

Had to leave three hours after checking in. Various types of bugs all over the floor and countertops when I turn the light on. Absolutely disgusting. I will be demanding my money back and confirming that my discussed of this property is properly noted. Trash all over the parking lot and overflowing at receptacles probably why so many bugs.

First impression was good. Unfortunately our carpet was wet (from condensation from the sir conditioner??) and i didnt notice until barefoot and ready for bed. We were moved to another room, but very inconvenient. Other than that it had a good breakfast and small but nice gym.

It's an average hotel. It had good biscuits and gravy but orange juice that tasted old. Loved the tub with several grab bars for steadying and the hand-held shower sprayer that could be adjusted not only for temperature but also for pressure. The major thing to us is mattress quality. I asked at checkout if any rooms had new mattresses, anticipating a future stay. I was told our room (#111) had a newer mattress. Oh, my. It felt like we were sleeping on coils with a mattress topper. When we go back to Joplin we won't be returning to this motel.

We stopped overnight on our way home from a long trip. Check out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The room was a bit on the smaller side but was fine for an overnight stay. A/C was cold and the bed was extremely comfortable. We actually slept a little longer than planned the bed was so comfortable. Hotel is located in a convenient area to multiple stores and restaurants. We would stay again on our next trip through.

You get what you pay for. Really friendly staff like super friendly!! If you love biscuits and gravy then you’ll LOVE the breakfast because that’s what’s served everyday 🙃 Rooms were clean beds were HARD but overall not bad for a last min trip

Generally good but the “free” internet was a big hassle kept logging out and it offer free internet if I signed up with choice hotels but I tried that 3 times and it did not go through - kept saying “failed” so I had to watch a Joann Fabrics commercial at least 12 times while I was there for 2 days And my husbands apple laptop was being treated as an Xbox or game console so he had to go to front desk twice - once for an automated tech support and finally a gentleman at the front desk was able to help him fix Have always had good experience with Quality Inns around the country but this experience was not great for a business traveler

The Front Desk staff were very helpful. They went beyond by receiving and enacting instructions for an impending Amazon deliver. Everything was received without any incident. They were helpful with informing about the repairs going on. I hope those are completed soon as they did pose an inconvenience to logistics of coming and going with ease. It appears part of their parking lot is blacktop but property needs to repaint the parking lot lines because it's a mess with people parking everywehere. I would stay here again if I visit again.

Desk agent was very friendly, had read our special request, and was prepared with a choice of rooms. This is rare, and very appreciated. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Would have preferred queen rather than double beds, but we were fine. Breakfast was excellent and well serviced.

This area of densely packed motels, fast food, and gas stations is difficult to navigate, and even with Google Maps we had a hard time finding the entrance. But the motel itself is excellent.

This property was perfect for our 1-night stay as we drove through the area. It was close to lots of restaurants, quiet and the front parking was well lit. The comfortable bed was appreciated as was the friendly staff. Also, good breakfast. It was a little confusing to find since there were no street signs for many area roads. The back parking area could use a little more lighting and a couple of the hand sanitation stations were not operable.

The only positive note from my stay is that the beds were comfortable. There were holes in the wall. The shower head was spraying water everywhere and leaking all over the wall. There was quite a bit of water damage around the bathroom. The breakfast didn’t have many options.
