This hotel was the worst experience I had in a long time, first the lady working at the front desk had the worst attitude, second the hotel was dirty and not well kept. Breakfast was not the best, I have stayed at other hotels that have continental breakfast and it’s more than just waffles and cereal. Tables were dirty and trash can was overflowing throughout the morning. The lady that cleaned our room was very polite. However, the rooms were very outdated and the phone didn’t even work. I normally don’t even spend time rating my stays but this one I did because we felt discriminated since we got there, the front desk lady mention to us 4 times that she wouldn’t have a room before 2pm. To which we had said that we understood and could wait since we called to request the shuttle from RDU. She continue to instruct not mention that we knew that was a non smoking room so we should not be smoking, and then she said and make sure you don’t damage the room. To which I answered because, I don’t think you say that to every customer that goes to the front desk. I asked her did we look like we were going to do any of those things. I later over heard her with another transaction and she didn’t say any of those statements. I called today because we checked out on Monday the 11th which is a week today and my deposit is not in my account. When I said my name and was going to explain she whispered “oh my God” and when I asked what she said, she said she was talking to another person.
