What I appreciate the most about this property is that they have a small store in the lobby, which has just about everything you probably forgot to bring with you. Toiletries, assorted sodas&water, even chips are available for purchase. And after my travel, I needed a pick-me-up(a Pepsi&some Pringles). What I didn’t appreciate was the bathroom could use a little updating. 8 out of 10.

Hotel was convenient to the Parkway. Staff did not seem to understand when I said I almost fell in the shower/tub because there was no bathmats. I asked them to bring one and I only found an extra towel. You can tell it previously had one since the tub was discolored.

Confirmed at check in that I wanted a smoking room, was put in a room clearly labeled "non-smoking" and told to "just smoke out the window". "Deluxe room" was smaller than square footage advertized (and photos on site were clearly of a different, larger room). And breakfast was not available, according to signage, "due to COVID", meaning it likely has not been available for years despite still being on the website. Window blinds missing pull chains and rods. Bathroom sink counter sagging badly enough items would roll off.

Mini fridge was block of ice .... unuseable ... NO SMOKE DETECTOR .. which was a surprise since this place Had a Fire last yr ... frame of bed had metal supports sticking out ... hazzard issue ... 1 large bed & Not 2 as in picture ... NO BREAKFAST available .. Never ever take a room near lobby / tooo noisey ..

We arrived at 2am and the room wasn’t ready, we have to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ‘cleaned”, there wasn’t any kind of blankets, the sheets were a mess, the floor was dirty and sticky,

We got in close to midnight and was tired. Walls are thin, I heard the person next door TV. Woke up around 315am from cigarette smoke. Called the front desk from the room and my cell phone, no answer. I walked to the front desk he offers to spray something im a bottle to get rid of the smoke smell. It didn't help. Housekeeping was cleaning the room next door at 4am, the door kept slamming, loud music playing, just an overall uncomfortable stay.

someone else\'s key card worked in my room. went to management and they told me "they arent responsible for what happens after the card is handed off." didnt offer a refund and them and police dismissed us.

I never even got to stay there I was told they did not have my reservation nor did they have a room available. But my money sure was taken! Which I’m confused about because how did it get processed when I NEVER got to even check in!!! I literally had to drive over a hour more to even find a place to stay. So horrible exp with the hotel as well as hotels. Com and nobody can seem to help me with this!!
