This is a lovely property with (frankly) an amazingly beautiful PARKING LOT! I was in awe of the beautiful Ponderosa Pines left standing majestically throughout the lot! The property itself has many amenities (pools, hot tub, s’mores fire, private beaches) that made our stay unique and memorable. Thankfully the front desk staffer put us on the 12th floor with beautiful views and relatively quiet surroundings for the number of small families around. There were several places to buy snacks, buy souvenirs or gifts, and eat any meal of the day.

We have stayed at this property many times! It is in such a beautiful location. Disappointed that they are undergoing a renovation and replacing The Lone Eagle Grill with another upscale restaurant! Pros: Excellent check-in, room was very clean and spacious, pool was warm and welcoming. Cons: Cutthroat’s food was so-so, coffee at Cafe was awful! We didn’t go the beach either, but were offer free shuttle service to neighboring beaches. Hyatt beach is closed because of restaurant renovations! We will return as long as room rates are reasonable! Great property!

I like the mountain view.i like the 65 in tv but only local and a few channels.dont like no microwave,not working coffee maker very outdated coffeemaker from the 90's i believe and im afraid it might cause a fire if plug in because i tried and the whole outlet went off there's a reset button to reactivate the plugs for my phones but afraid to plug the old coffeemaker.the floor and bathroom looks old and dirty even the linens with a stain.overall not recommended for a repeat will stay in a different hotel next time.

The entire property is well-maintained and clean. There was a creek that ran behind the property that we enjoyed looking at and listening to. While not related to the property, all of the staff were professional and friendly. Special shout out to Lindsey who warmly checked us in and always remembered our names and Natasha who took care of us after a minor issue with the AC. We had a wonderful stay!

Pool was very busy and no staff to monitor the area and tidy up after many families with drink and food was a free for all. Have stayed many times with my own children and no problems. The pool was full of grass and pine needles due to kids putting snow from ground in pool. So there for not very clean. We had a security issue with our door. On return to room the room door was not closed by house keeping and able to open by any one. Call security and room checked. Luckily nothing was missing however very unerved. Strip from door removed to help remove t close not very technical and quick fix which may stay like that for next resident. We do love the location and the casino on site. The pool and hot tubs are usually out favourite part. Room is nice but now getting tired due a refurb and miss the club lounge we were given a bottle of champagne on check in and this was a lovely gesture !

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location couldn’t have been better. Great amenities and an amazing breakfast made for a perfect experience. Dinner on the LakeSide with the private beach was the highlight of our stay, excellent food and ambiance. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A lovely facility. VERY dog friendly, so there was some pee in the ONE elevator which was working. LONG lines for the elevator, and once it stopped on the 8th floor. ALSO, because we booked via Expedia, other than a nice cheese plate for walking down 8 floors on a recently healed broken leg, NO accommodation was made for us, other than dropping the substantial resort fee. We have enjoyed this property a number of times. The grounds and surrounding scenery are beautiful. The room was wonderful and perfectly clean.It was a birthday celebration for us. Plan to spend money on extras such as a high "resort fee" and possibly "self-serve parking." Provisions is a great breakfast option compared to the over-priced cafe. Outstanding coffee, service and small bites to get you going. Easy and welcoming check in! Choice of a beverage to welcome us. Got to our room a little early. Lone Eagle Grille is a wonderful treat with dinner at sunset! Again really expensive. We are sorry it will be closed for renovation. Our opinion is that it is perfect as is. For a special occasion this is a wonderful choice.

This hotel is in a beautiful area. It is walking distance to the lake where you are on a private beach. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. There is a shuttle to Diamond Peak and you can rent your equipment right at the hotel. Our room was comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was a microwave. There is a refrigerator. If you like to gamble the casino is attached but hotel is smoke free. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency in Incline Village! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. We came from a terrible experience at another hotel in South Lake Tahoe, and without even knowing that, the Hyatt team completely turned our trip around. Check-in was smooth and warm. A special shoutout to Natasha at the front desk—her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel so cared for. From room upgrades, to late check out, to birthday treats for me and my dog sent to the room, etc. All done without us even asking or hinting for it. The staff across the board went above and beyond, often doing thoughtful things without being asked. For example, valet made sure our car was fully charged every time we picked it up—without us requesting it. The property is stunning and incredibly dog-friendly. There are spacious areas for dogs to play, and it’s conveniently located next to a dog park. My dog was just as pampered as we were! Hyatt transformed what started as a disappointing birthday getaway into a truly memorable one. The level of service here is in a different league—especially compared to The Landing, where we felt unwelcome and overlooked despite paying premium prices. The Landing treated us like we should be thanking them for allowing us to stay there. We’ll absolutely be back. If you’re coming to Lake Tahoe—especially with a pet—this is the place to stay.

The Hyatt doesn't provide customer service in person any longer. They want you to text or scan a QR code. Additionally, in the main hotel there is no food service 24 hrs. You can buy something pre package from their "Provisions" store, but that's it. No room service. I guess that's the key word "service ". Does not exist.

We weren't aware that the beach and everything around it (restaurant) were going to be shut down due to renovations until AFTER we booked. We decided to give it a try anyways. We came during Spring Break and were disappointed they did not have more activities. They had pine cone decorating, a snow shoe hike, and archery. That was it. Our teens were completely bored. The bunk bed room was a GREAT size. Highly recommend the upgrade. The pillows weren't great, though. Bring your own. Restaurants that were open weren't great either. Cutthroats Saloon was convenient, but just ok food. Breakfast sandwich from Tahoe Provisions was terrible. Casino was clean and nice. Had a typical casino smell though. The resort has potential to be great, it just fell short. Disappointed.
