Clean property, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Also appreciated the flat screen tvs with Roku in upstairs bedroom and in living room. Wish there was a powder room for downstairs guests, but we knew going in it only had 1 bathroom. Otherwise, everything was just what we expected. Also, the hosts maintained excellent communication about our stay!

Everything was awesome. One slight thing was the main TV remove was lagging and hard to use for a roku. The Master bathroom remote - backplate wont click in. So it always came off. 1st world problems. Otherwise- it was just what we needed to get to where we wished to be. The neighborhood was wonderful. Though it was sandwiched between a couple of Neighborhoods. I wouldn't want my daughters to walk in alone at night.Daytime would be if-y If your driving or Uber'ing, it's fine. It was a wonderful place to make the Con at and uber back and forth, between Americas Mart and the Hyatt convention centers.

Family from across the country gathered in Atlanta for a birthday celebration and this place was perfect for 5 adults, one baby and pups! Centrally located to many Atlanta activities - it was great to get to the symphony, botanical gardens, world congress center etc. in a matter of minutes. The townhouse was beautiful inside - the den area was huge and cozy with super comfy couches - a great place to hang out. The entire space appeared recently updated. There was a completely fenced in area in the back which was greatly appreciated with the dogs. Shannon (host) was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if ever back in the Atlanta area.

We stayed here for a school break. I really enjoyed the size and amount of beds offered. Having 2 full bathrooms was a must for us. The parking was adequate. We all felt the couch needed to be replaced immediately. There are two areas with no support left and the leather was cracked and missing in several areas. The bath towels were extremely thin and small. Too small to wrap around an adult male.The washer and dryer were fantastic. The area is close to many tourist spots in Atlanta. And very near a metro station. There were many people standing and loitering on quite a few street corners though we never felt unsafe. I tried to engage the alarm system for peace of mind but I was unable to operate it and never received a response when I enquired with the owner via VRBO messaging. The kitchen is fully stocked though we did little more than make tea and reheat leftover food. We enjoyed our weekend.

The check-in process went very smoothly. Any questions I had before hand were answered quickly. The condo was very clean and newly renovated. The only reason I didn't give it five stars has to do with it being listed as handicap accessible. There are no stairs to enter the condo so that part is accessible. But the shower is upstairs. The downstairs bathroom is a tub with no hand bars. Also, the shower head is not handheld. If you are not concerned with accessibility, this is a great place to stay.

This property was exactly what we needed. It was comfortably spacious for all five of us and was clean, comfortable, and was very quiet. The host also checke in numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed (and delivered a few additional towels we requested in a timely fashion). The West End MARTA station is only a short, easy walk away and made our getting around Atlanta so simple. Although it's a diverse neighborhood, we felt completely safe, even walking back from the MARTA Station late one night after attending a Braves game. We would definitely stay here again!

I came to Atlanta for work, but brought my family with me. Property was as described in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the conference I was attending and near many of the usual tourist things. House was very clean. Only thing I noticed was that our WiFi connection at times was spotty or slow, but other than that, it was as advertised.

The neighborhood was not what I was expecting based on the listing. We did not feel particularly safe going out in the evening, as the one night we did we approached by multiple people asking for money.

This property was exactly what we needed. It was comfortably spacious for all five of us and was clean, comfortable, and was very quiet. The host also checke in numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed (and delivered a few additional towels we requested in a timely fashion). The West End MARTA station is only a short, easy walk away and made our getting around Atlanta so simple. Although it's a diverse neighborhood, we felt completely safe, even walking back from the MARTA Station late one night after attending a Braves game. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean, well maintained, well equipped, comfy bedrooms, with a gorgeous master shower. Perfect for my family of 4, lots of room for everyone - my son took the 1st floor bedroom, wife and I took the upstairs master, and daughter had the two bed bedroom to herself. My only minor downside would be that while the immediate neighborhood was quiet and nice, a few streets over, it got a little rough. Only would concern me if I expected to be walking places at night.

Had a great stay! Really close to a lot of downtown attractions. Lots of room for all 4 of us to spread out and tvs for everyone. Clean and really enjoyed the house!

Inside of the property was nice, clean, and had lots of perks. The kitchen had supplies you might need to cook. The towels and linens were provided. The location is close to downtown which is convenient. It is advertised that you could walk to several places nearby, and I would definitely not feel safe doing that. The property manager was available and attentive.

We had a great weekend attending a music festival. The home was just as described. The location was fantastic. One block from the MARTA. 10 minute ride and we were downtown. The host was easy to work with. I highly recommend this place for your next Atlanta stay. We will be back.

The property is located in a very quite neighborhood close to Olympic Park and the Aquarium. The ease of getting in and out of the city while not having to deal with parking charges was a welcome change to hotel life. I look forward to staying when the weather is better to enjoy the BBQ. We also enjoyed the local food and drink, Boxcar is a mile away.

We really enjoyed the stay. The inside of the house is very nice and accommodating for larger parties. The surrounding area looks a little rough on the outside but always felt safe. Would not recommend the public transportation with small children. Will stay again, perfect location for almost every attraction in ATL.

Great place, great location and great hosts! We needed a location close to downtown and steps from the MARTA for our World Cup trip. This property delivered in every way. Online pictures are accurate, nicely decorated, and very clean. More importantly, beds are very comfortable! Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this property for travelers wanting to be in an urban setting with easy access to downtown!
