The staff was friendly. However, it is under construction, but the pool area is rather small and very very wet. You can not walk in there without your feet getting wet as it seemed the water wasn't draining and the pool was outdated. Also, wanted to order pizza and was told we could not order outside food due to they have a bistro. We ordered anyways, but took to our room instead of sitting in the lobby with a party of around 25.

Everyone was very nice, the hotel was under construction but they still had the coffee/bar open. Several things were just off: The gym's water was empty, the gym was VERY small, the key cards had to be scanned 2-3 times for entry to the room, etc. Just needs updating (seems like they maybe are?) and some attention.

Property was nice. It was clean, smelled good, and I enjoyed the swan towel- it was a nice touch. Not sure why they charge a daily parking fee. I was very upset that this wasn’t mentioned before/during booking and was extremely caught off guard with this due to the very large parking lot, private lot for the hotel. There was no street parking or shared area parking…. Just a huge lot around the hotel. There was NO need to charge parking fees. And when talking to the clerk at check in, his snarky response was “sorry, I don’t make the rules you just need to pay it” We also paid for our room in full prior to arrival. Nothing was mentioned about extra hotel fees on my original receipt or emails for booking. Again, this caught me off Guard and I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel at all with all of the “extra fees” added in. When my husband handed him the card for these extra fees he looked at it and immediately pointed to me and very hastily said “is this your card” uhm no, looking at it you can clearly see it was the same name as the guy checking in as you are also holding his ID. Not a huge problem, but the attitude was not needed and put a very bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. Other than the very crappy customer service, the hotel itself was nice. I probably will never stay at this location again due to the customer service and hidden fees.

Soft mattress, generous bedding and pillows, gigantic tv, and the bathroom amenities included a flip down shower bench and two shower nozzles. Double the towels I’ve seen anywhere else. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and plenty of hangers. Fridge was on the small side, microwave. Nice fitness facility , and accessible swimming pool. Truly black-out curtains! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Super friendly staff, check in was smooth. Hotel is well used but well maintained and clean.The room had everything I expected. Would definitely stay here again. The only minor issue we had was the hot tub was out of service.

I stayed here under the guise of the room having a hot tub in the room, which wasn't the case for any rooms in the hotel. Their hot tub is a community hot tub that looks to be from early 90s and was so run down looking, very disappointed. I attempted to contact the front desk twice through the room phone but received no answer after letting run 30 times so I eventually even tried calling using my cell phone but to my surprise there still wasn't an answer ever to the front desk. I eventually had to walk down to the front desk on two separate occasions because I could never reach the front desk by calling in anyway, sadly. There were two elevators side-by-side but while I stayed there the one elevator was broken. I just wasn't happy overall for the amount that I paid for the night. It could've been expected at a cheap, dive hotel, but not a $200 per night room at the Marriott. I'll be looking for different accomodations for my next visit, for sure.

Thank goodness "Lebaron" (Marriott staff) eased our disappointment in Marriott with his kindness and sweet nature!!! We coordinated our family and friends to stay at the Courtyard Marriott in West Chester,Ohio for 4 nights for a family event. Much to our surprise, complimentary lobby coffee was not provided! We were most disappointed to be required to pay $5.00 for coffee after we had already paid $259.00 per night for our rooms! Apparently, complimentary coffee is only provided with free breakfast at the "Fairfield" and "Residence" Marriott! Additionally, our room had peeling paint and mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Step it up, Marriott!

We had a late check-in and the parking lot was packed full but we did manage to find a spot behind the hotel. We did have to wait a minute for the attendant to check us in, but then again, it was late. The hotel was very clean, inside and outside. Seems to be newly renovated, and we heard NO noise from the outside, halls or other rooms. I don’t think free breakfast was included, and if it was we missed it because I didn’t see it advertised anywhere. Overall, 10/10- I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The room was nice but there were things that were falling apart. The grout in the bathroom kept breaking up. One of the drawers was broken. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very convenient to the exit.

As soon as we got to the hotel, the boy who checked us in was really nice. When we got to the room the AC was not working so I went downstairs and he put us in a better room. All the staff was really nice and asking us if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I am handicap and didn’t request an accessible room as I was only staying one night. My room had so many accessibility features I was pleasantly surprised. The pool AND hot in also have a lift crane. I have never seen that in a hotel. The room was clean, staff was nice. I definitely recommend staying here, especially for my fellow handicapped.

Our check-in was fine until we discovered the TV in the room didn't work properly. We were told no maintenance was available (this was about 4:30 p.m.), so we had to pick up everything and move to another room. The person who checked us in was fine, but there was another clerk who was rather snide and not nearly as friendly. Someone spilled something on the lobby floor (dry, not wet) that was still on the floor when we returned to the hotel hours later. None of the soda vending machines worked, but the clerk put a sign on "Not Working" sign on them. And not that the staff can control it, but there were kids yelling, squealing, and running up and down the third-floor hallway on Saturday morning. Very disruptive and annoying.

Checked in for a basketball tournament- with kids. Reserved a king room and sofa bed and was told they only had a room with a king bed. My kids slept on the floor. Which is not ideal for athletes who are set to play games. Received no compensation for not receiving what I reserved. Staff seemed very unconcerned and said "you can cancel, but everything is sold out around here".

Upon check in the front desk charged my credit card 5 times in the amount of $600 each time for incidentals on a reservation that was pre paid in full. Multiple conversations with 3 front desk workers asking for help to resolve as well as a request for manager to contact me and an email to the general manager went unanswered. Completely unacceptable

What an underwhelming experience for a room that was not cheap. Front desk check in was blasé. Like, here’s your key, period. We were looking around for the elevator—it was laughable. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. (Who does that?) The “restaurant” is a glorified bodega, and good luck finding a person working it. Our room was clean, and the location worked for us, so it was fine, but that’s it. Would never stay here again. Will avoid Courtyard by Marriott.

Very disappointing did not even know they were remodeling went up to the front desk and had to face a whole wall of drapes, dirty curtains, nasty dust everywhere that should have been put into the Expedia description. Also with all that mess going on why didn’t you at least offer complementary coffee had to pay nine dollars and you’re a little counter for a bagel with no butter and a cup of coffee with low-fat milk for cream unbelievable I will never stay there again.
