Had a good two night stay. Hot tub had a short in the switch and the folks fixed it in about 15 minutes. Room was clean and food was decent for hotel breakfast. Will stay there again if I go back that way

Pool area heat was not working very well. This was the only hotel ive ever stayed at that the mattresses were very uncomfortable and caused all 4 of us to have trouble sleeping. Other than that it was a good cost effective place to stay overnight.

The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel smelled clean and was clean for the most part. A guest had walked with muddy boots throughout the hallway leaving muddy prints and clumps of mud. I guess I thought the staff should have been on top of that. Also if you want people to swim in your pool, it has to be warmer. We were very disappointed that it was so cold. Totally could not use it. But the hot tub was nice and the pool area was clean. Breakfast was really good too.

The only complaint I have is the limited hours the gym is available. I woke early with plans to workout on the treadmill. Only to be told I couldn’t access the gym facilities until 8;00 am. which would’ve pushed our plans to leave much later. We were told by a staff member that this is a common complaint of guests. That the hours are limited do to poor insulation of the gym walls maybe the gym should be relocated to ground level away from guest Rooms? . I was fairly disappointed when I couldn’t wait around to use the gym.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Plus the staff were very friendly. It’s a great place to stay in a town with many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be back!

I'm calling out all hotels that don't address disgusting shower heads. They need cleaning! Yes scale build up is difficult to address but needs to be done. Asking about safety - there is a poster on a telephone pole in parking lot asking is you've seen that missing person. So not sure about safety. Positives - breakfast was good without a wait. Provide fresh towels or room clean up but only upon request. Close to lots of things in Wooster.

The TV remote control didn't work, and it took two different men to fix it. The carpet was very dirty, and the bathroom was very outdated, and rust showed on the bottom around the doors. the hallway was very dark.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room) and they could not switch my room until the next day. Since switching was not convenient, I chose to stay in that room. The hallways are very dark. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but not the best I have experienced. The breakfast was ok. The pool area was nice. I feel like this hotel needs some upgrading.

Pros: Comfortable room, good location close to stores and restaurants, friendly staff Cons: When we got there, the rooms smelled of cigarettes and pot. It was so bad I felt that I could taste it. I had to go to walmart and buy several sprays (I recommend Ozium). When I got back and sprayed the room it completely changed the atmosphere. The room actually felt clean and comfortable. I don't think it would have mattered if we had asked for other rooms as the smell was caused by other guests smoking outside in front of the AC units. The staff did apologize when I brought up the smell. I let them know so I wouldn't be charged the additional $100.00 for any lingering cigarette smells.

Gross experience— entire hotel smelled like mildew, smoke, and urine. Pool and lobby were well-kept, but everything else was sub-par. Room reeked of mildew, old cigarettes (despite being a supposed non-smoking room). AC was loud as a jet engine and had to run it as it was 90F outside. Crappy direct TV. Bathroom was newer and very clean, so that was good. Bed was clean, but awful sway-center mattress that had no support and weird lumps here/there.

Room was clean. Bed was VERY firm (my wife prefers softer beds than I do) and it was good for me but a it "hard" for her. Good TV reception and coffee maker and refrigerator both worked. We did not have occasion to use the microwave. Pool was clean and cool, not cold, but not warm either. The only sign of anything below par was the bathroom door. It would close unless you pushed it (slightly out of alignment). But it DID close. Bathroom was a bit cramped - I had to side-wind to get past the toilet and close the door. Otherwise, the room was a really nice size. The bed had reading lamps that aimed the light at my wife's book so I could get to sleep while she stayed up reading. Breakfast was American, not Continental: Waffles, eggs, sausages, bacon, and the rest of the normal things. The eggs were a bit rubbery, but if you got them fresh as she brought them from the kitchen, they were good. The coffee was a lot better than most hotel coffees; still strong, but tasted good. Six laps around the outside of the motel on the driveway was exactly one mile. (In case you want to do some walking or jogging to stay in shape!

Most comfortable beds we've ever had in a hotel!! Both my husband and I travel a lot and we often wake up in pain. The beds at this hotel are very comfortable and the shower facilities are lovely also.

The female front desk welcome was WONDERFUL. It was a rainy Friday and she made me feel welcome and safe. She saw that I was walking with a limp and changed my room to the first floor. The lighting in the rooms were fine and the plugs for charging my phone was easy to find. The pool area was nice if you are traveling with children and they need to work off their energy! The morning breakfast is only served until 9am but starts early at 6:30am!

Second stay of our road trip and welcomed back into the hotel by the front desk clerk ( didn’t get his name). We had been allocated upper rooms but asked for ground floor so he upgraded us to double rooms for free as they were available. Beds just as good as before as was breakfast. Katie in the morning was again very cheerful and greeted us by our first names. Her guest interaction is superb and her bosses need to realise this if they don’t already. She went out of her way to help everyone, even if they didn’t realise they needed help for example a tray to take breakfast to the room. She spoke with everyone and I personally want to thank her for her help with another matter which thankfully now is resolved. Well done Quality Inn, pity about service at Hilton JFK.

Nice little hotel for a stop off price was reasonable room clean and looked fairly newly renovated there were food options nearby My oniy complaints although small .. the shower is really skinny so I kept hitting the grab bar with my elbow and the shower gel was by the sink .. not accessible to the shower which was weird. The hotel boats “ award winning breakfast’” I wasn’t real impressed with it at all but it is free so ..
