Asked someone to get the TV working and the guy at the deck said he would have someone come to my room. Turned out he sent someone 2 rooms down another guest or maybe he lives there and he came to my room and fixed the TV barefoot. Did not know about the 40.00 security deposit that had to be paid in cash

The rooms were clean and the property was quiet. I have a habit of checking in, going to the room to turn the air on and checking the bed and pillows for bed bugs before I bring anything in. Unlike a lot of the reviews - I did NOT find any bed bugs. I didn't find any bugs at all. They require a $40 cash deposit at check-in. The gentleman working there said I should have received an email telling me that. The email did not come in until 2 hours AFTER I checked out. However, he did work with me and let me slide with what little cash I had. I am so grateful for that.

Room was a room. It had been remodeled and always clean and comfortable. Only down side was A/C worked funky. I’d cooled, but took a while, then shut down until it was too warm again. Room charges a $40 CASH ONLY deposit so be prepared. You get it back, but be sure to have cash.

Way down in the bookong under policy it states that a $40 deposit will be required at check-in. At check-in which is done thru a window outside (no lobby) $40 cash was required. So not a nice or safe area. I tried repeatly to get my reservation canceled because I didnt like the situation. The manager refused. Expedia shouldn't even be listing this motel on their site. Its a run down old motel in the middle of a rebuild try. We ended up staying, but I didn't feel safe. The TV had limited channels, and the maintenence guy had to come in and make it work. The room was updated on the inside and the shower was nice. I would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra $12 and stay at a real motel.

Being able to get a new remote was a plus just not much water pressure in the whole room and a leaking refrigerator that cost half a nights rate an mold throughout the rooms not a recommendation im willing to give unless absolutely necessary.

I only had a short time to stay. I had to leave before getting my deposit returned. I went back through there a couple weeks later and they refused to return it even though they knew they hadn't. Said only way to get it back was in person during certain time the morning after. Not everyone works their schedule. Cheaper room equals cheaper customer service. I won't be back.

The area looks a bit ghetto but it's by the airport so there's not much more to expect. Room was clean and the bathroom shower looked very nice. Had real towels not just large hand towels. Easy quick check in. Only thing I would change is I have two small children and I got put in the very VERY back of the property on the second floor. I didn't care whether it was smoking or non-smoking because I don't smoke. Would have been helpful if I got a bottom floor

They're not very helpful there facility is noted remodeled and the only thing remodeled was they ripped out all the bathtub and force them all to be stand up showers it's gross disgusting unclean they close the pool an hour earlier and they're not willing to accommodate or anything at all to any person there highly unsatisfied

The staff was very unfriendly from the beginning. The room he gave us was infested with bed bugs. We could literally see them crawling away after we turned on the lights. I spoke with the front desk and he brushed off all of my concerns like he already knew. My partner and I did not stay at the hotel. I would leave negative stars if possible.
