Nothing. Bathroom was dirty, only 3 luggage carts for the whole facility and no one at front desk.

Liked that it was close to the beach, no issues checking in. Did not like...bathroom floor was dirty, stove and refrigerator both need to be updated. Both were rusty and stove's door had peeling and glass was dirty. Need more luggage carts.

Clean and quiet. Nice view over the marina. Convenient to all that you need or want to do but quietly off the beaten path.

Overall, I rate my stay a 3.5. The facility is very outdated. The refrigerator in my room had rust on the exterior and interior of it, which made it very difficult for me to use. The chairs in the living room area didn't look clean, I'm not sure if it was because they were so worn and outdated or they were also too dingy in color. I never even sat in that space. There was one lamp in that same area that was extremely rusted/burnt, I am not sure. I didn't it was sore to the eyes, so I didn't even do a close up to confirm. I wasn't comfortable at all in my room, the look wasn't appealing at all. The chairs and table on the balcony were very dirty and inexpensive, and not sturdy. I spent less time as possible on the property and my room for the duration of my vacation.

I loved this property waking up to the waterway was dreamy. The condo was roomy and clean. I loved my weekend getaway on the waterway. Seeing the boats go by was awesome!

We stayed 4 nights. Bathrooms were big and very clean. Beds were comfortable with clean linens. View of the marina was nice too. Location was great. Would stay again.

As prior locals when we come home to visit family we always love staying in this location. We already know that we will be staying somewhere clean and close to family.

The unit was very cute and perfect for a couple on vacation. The facilities management was our issue. First, we couldn't access the building because the code we were sent wasn't the correct code. Fortunately, another couple staying in the building let us in. Then we entered our room only to be knocked breathless from the smoke smell. We had no choice but to leave the patio doors open while running the AC to try and clear some of the smell out. It was horrible!!! Next, we didn't have the packet in our room with the parking pass or the free movie rental. When we called the number to ask for it and to inquire about getting some air fresher for the room and we were told they'd bring it right over and nobody ever showed up. The floors were absolutely filthy. Our feet were black all the time. We had to keep washcloths by the bed just to clean our feet before getting settled in. We found a mop but not a bucket or any other cleaning supplies. We did find a ticket for a free movie rental on the front desk, along with a blank parking pass, so we used those. However, the DVD player in the living room didn't work. We tried the bedroom and the remote batteries were dead so we changed them out from the remote in the living room and were finally able to watch a movie. Last, several years were taken from us when a photo fell off the wall in the middle of the night and the frame broke apart. It had already been taped together at least once before. Not our best vacation stay.

It was comfortable after I cleaned the condo my way. It wasn’t that clean smelled old and the wash clothes had bugs on them glad I brought my own towels and wash clothes. No tissue was in the bathrooms so I had my own. Couldn’t get into the room upon arrival the room code was wrong. Brain was a great help to me. He made show I had my passes and where to park and the correct door combination.

Good location, loved the view. Nice restaurant walking distance. We enjoyed our stay, will visit again!

Felt safe in room with coded entrance to room and entrance into building. Was clean but dated. Couch was a bit stained and dirty. Otherwise view of marina was great. We were pleased.

Our room 610 needs a new mattress, no frying pans, no cutting board

There was not any property staff. I had help from another person staying there on how to get the people on the phone to get our room. It took us two hours to get it. The people that live on property were bossy and told us the rules. There was nothing telling us the rules of the property. I definitely will not stay there again. Was very disappointed. Would not recommend this property.

Had a terrible time checking in because they couldn't find my reservation thru Hotel.com. Finally got that settled and got in. Neighbor next door was fighting with someone yelling and cursing. Finally quieted down. Otherwise, was good except for this. Was close to go visit my family & take my great grandchildren out to eat and shopping for Christmas. Perfect location. Was very clean and had all I needed to make meals and enjoy my stay.

No one at check in and thankfully the maintenance man helped us. Hotels.com was of absolutely no help. Resort is nice otherwise

Strange not to have any staff on hand. We did see one man at night.

Property was pretty much as described. Access was easy, it was kind of small for a 1 month stay so would find something a little bigger on our next trip. Gave it a 5 because we got exactly what was described.
