Was convenient on our travels. Pool was great and it was right out side our room.

Price was great, pool is amazing

Very old building, ice maker did not work, only 1 elevator at far end of building, only 1 luggage cart for whole property, breakfast was a joke ( everything was cold), staff was nice when they where there. I got charged twice for the room on 2 different cards. Reserved w/ 1 card but paid w/ another when i got there and both were charged. Still trying to fix.

When we arrived at the hotel there were no outside lights. We did not feel safe, not knowing the neighborhood and the doors opening to the outside. Once we could not get a refund or move to another hotel, the lights eventually turned on. Lots of smoking outside the rooms that drift into your room through the outside air conditioner vents. Was not very clean and overall very disappointing

overall was nice. they do not disclose upon booking anything about a $100 deposit tho. you do get it back but would’ve been nice to know about before hand. other than that it was decent. elevator was terrifying looking tho.

We wanted to stay outside of the Nashville area and chose to stay here. It was perfect for what we were looking for. We really only were there to bathe and sleep. I liked having our own door outside. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I was extremely impressed with the pool. It was perfect and well maintained. Customer service was great. The only complaint is that by the time I got down to breakfast (an hour before it ended) there wasn't much left and they were out of coffee. (There is a coffee pot and coffee in your room thankfully). I would stay here again. It's in a nice suburban area within 20 or 25 minutes to Nashville.

Bird faces everywhere overall property in very poor condition as well as cleanliness you couldn’t touch a hand rail without bird fesses!

Literal roaches in the bathroom; obvious grime in the room that never got cleaned from previous occupants; and our door had been previously kicked in it seems so it BARELY locked

Dirty room, bad odor, toilet would not flush. Limited television options, we were told we would have to pay $100 deposit in case we smoked in our non-smoking room. However, when we checked in the room smelt like a smoking room. Terrible security as the door would not close or lock properly. Luckily, we only had to stay there because repairs were being done on our home. I feel bad for anyone to come from out of town and stumble across this hotel.

It was a little overpriced for what it was. Not very clean- we would sometimes see hair in different places, there was mold in the shower, strange stains on the lamp, dead bugs, and at least a couple cigarette burns on the blanket.

Check-in legitimately took 20 minutes for a booked and prepaid room. The room itself was disgusting. Stains on the carpet, towels, sheets, and pillowcases. In addition, everything was dusty and covered in a sticky film, especially the desk and bathroom sink. Multiple hairs from different people were found in the bed and shower respectively. On the first floor, you could hear everyone walking by, talking on the phone, and filling up at the nearby gas station. You could also smell everyone smoking outside the room. We felt very unsafe and very dirty due to the state of the room. They had us make a $100 deposit incase we smoked in a non-smoking room as if the smell of the room could get any worse. We have yet to get that deposit back. I cannot believe a place like this can even pass any health/safety code and will never return.

Shower curtain moldy. Paint pealing on bathroom door. Stains and splatters (food?) on walls. Air conditioner unit extremely loud. Toilet broken. Would not flush.

There are paint blotches everywhere. There is mold everywhere, walls, ceilings bath tub. Long black hair everywhere. Many places the ceiling is cracked and peeling and has water damage. The air unit is dirty and disgusting. Everything metal has rust all over it. The refrigerator finish is peeling off and is covered in rust. Here I sitting on the phone for over an hour waiting dor someone to answer to get a refund! Seriously!?!? Never again. This place is trash

Rooms stunk carpet ripped holes in wall just dirty sheets had stains

My room was gross. Every towel had hair in it like it has just been used and just folded to dry. It smelled “moldy” and bathroom walls and tiles were dingy and displaced in some areas. Don’t recommend this place.

Bed was broken. Room was disgusting with tar marks sliding down the walls and rusted appliances. Hair all over the bed. Handprint on the bed frame that didn't even get wiped off. Would've asked for a different room but with how packed it was, I didn't even attempt it nor risk having our deposit not given back. Who knows what another room would've looked like. Dog poop on the sidewalks to the rooms. Would never stay here again.

Room smelled like mold and was not very clean. Walkways were gross. Don't believe the good reviews. Just know, you get what you pay for.

Needs better heating. Maintenance came out heat improved but not great. Also needs better lighting. Lights dim and no lights over the bed. Dark room. Will NOT stay another night here

A lot better than I had expected! The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was incredible, had such a relaxing shower! Room was clean and staff was kind.

The room (106) was as you would expect from a 2-star hotel. Clean but needed work. There was a hole in the ceiling above the bathroom sink from the sink in the room above leaking. It was an active leak that was near the coffee pot. Needless to say, I did not get to use the in-room coffee service. The room also needed paint. The wifi was good. It was nice to stay for a few days and keep up with email and such without having to stare at a cell phone screen. For the price overall I cannot complain about the place as it was $60.00 a night and that was a weekend. I did not use the continental breakfast that was offered or the pool. I only used the room to sleep as I had full days planned all three days I was in Goodlettsville.

Clean property with friendly staff. Mattress could be replaced since it has significant indent and it’s sagging.

Our room was clean and comfortable. In spite of being close to I65, it was quiet and pleasant.

nice area. conditions of rooms below average and cleanliness. could use facelift(aka crooked mis-aligned toilet seat, wall chips, cleanliness). walls slightly thin.

WiFi was very weak, especially in the evening. Shower water would go from hot to cold at random. Walked across carpet in white socks and carpet was extremely dirty.

The room was little. The ceiling and walls were peeling.

I waited in line to check in for around a 1/2 hour. There was only 1 worker and he was very slow. He even left the front desk to chase after a lady who had left her credit card there...even with me and 2 other customers behind me waiting. We told him she'd be back to get it...and then she did. But she didn't come for that, one of her keys didn't work, so the guy left again...very unprofessional. Also, the elevator was very hard to find, along with the ice machines. We never did find the elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Rooms were clean, but the manager knocked on our door at 8:00 am wanting dirty towels and checking on toilet paper. We were on vacation and 8:00 am was way too early for a knock on our door.

They asked me for a deposit of 100 dollars and they did not return it to me, it did not appear in my account, nothing is terrible, I do not recommend it and they even got angry

Every time I say this hotel I have an enjoyable visit. I come to Nashville a lot and I always stay there. I've never had a bad stay. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. The location is really great as well.

Receptionist was not friendly at all , plus the door was closed and i had to wait for more then 10 minutes outside for the lady to come from the resroom.i was assigned a non smoker room , when i walked in it was like someone had smoked there minutes before, bed sheets had cigarette holes and red stains , sofa was disgusting. I went back and asked for another room. The second room was not that bad , it was 2 am already and i just needed to sleep. I wake up at 8 am to see bugs crawling on the wall next to my bed. I went to the office and requested a refund for the other 4 nights that i was booked for. They told me to contact expidia to cancel the booking. The lady told me that after they inpect the room if no bugs was found they wouldn't return my money, but she didn't know that i got pictures and videos. I Regret not reading the reviews before. STAY AWAY

Passive aggressive the staff clearly have no respect for the guest and I stayed here 9 days. Apparently it is a problem to book through a third party website and they penalize you with an early check in fee every day if you choose to extend your stay by one more day unless you over pay by booking it directly through thebhotel which is more than double the online prices even if you dont change rooms they still charge you as though you were never there to begin with and then on my 9th day while I was in Nashville looking for an Apartment they decided that I needed to Be disturbed by knocking on my door while the sign was clearly up. Do Not Disturb looking for me to pay another $12. For an early Check in fee even though I had been in the same room for 9 days in a row. No customer service, no respect, just despicable. Ive spent a fotune here in 9 days absolutely unacceptable. Treatment to charge guest when in reality me not requesting a new room and not having them even clean the suite i did that myself even borrowed the vacum to clean up prevous guests mess saving them money they still felt entitled to more cash for a fake early checkin fee being that I booked online, it actually required them to do nothing. The only reason I even had to go to the office is because of the fee so there was no added effort for the staff and i was in my suite four days at that point i guess they wanted me to Check out every additional day and sit in the lobby for 4 hours to avoid said fees

After paying online i needed to cover the deposit. I was traveling with grandson that just had surgery. The clerk wouldnt give room and allow me to bring back the deposit. I waited for a friend stuck in traffic 2 hrs before laying my grandson down.

Staying here was pretty great. It wasn’t that bad at all. The microwaves could be better but other than that still a pretty good location I liked how there was a Kroger just right outside your door with many other restaurants. This hotel was in a good location. :)

It was convenient to the expressway and the room was great for the price

Nice for the price of stay in a good location close to plenty of food choices, right behind a waffle house. It's a motel set up so there is that, and with the inexpensive for Nashville area price it is what it is. Close to the interstate too, so about 15 min to downtown Nashville depending on traffic.

Anytime I’m driving through Nashville I stay at this location because it’s right on the interstate and there’s good restaurants and a Kroger shopping mall right across the street.

It was a nice stay. This was my second visit as I had previously stayed there back in June. I didn't spend much time in the room either time as I had things to attend to in Nashville. Clean & Comfortable stay & a nice place to get a good nights sleep. Parking was great, as I was able to park just outside my room door & it was easy to carry my bag straight into the room. Only tried the Continental Breakfast one time. Limited options- Only waffle maker, toaster, cereal. No proteins ( bacon, sausage). So the next day I went to the Shoney's Breakfast Bar.

The breakfast was very limited. Juice machine was broken. There was cereal, a few slices of bread and I believe some waffle batter. We ended up going to the McDonald's across the street for breakfast. Totally not worth what we paid for the room.

Staff was amazing and the whole property was very clean, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was the building needs updating, and the breakfast was la king compared to other Baymont hotels I’ve recently stayed in. 4/5 though- good value for the price and nice people

We were here for a long weekend. One of the main things I will give them credit for is being willing to allow my husband's medical supplies to be shipped and delivered a day before our stay. This was a huge benefit for us and we are grateful. The hotel is clearly a bit run down with peeling paint, broken items, but the attempt to keep it clean was evident. Staff were all friendly and the area was good. Many places to get gas, groceries and food nearby. Easy access to the interstate was also a plus. We only made it to the free breakfast once and it was very limited but coffee, juice, a couple of cereals, a waffle maker and some hot pocket like breakfast options were available to microwave, better than nothing. Would it be my 1st choice to stay again? Not necessarily but it worked for our needs this time.

The overall stay was ok. However was nothing like the website said. Looked like a hotel where people live. Breakfast was terrible. No hot water. No shampoo or conditioner. The only good thing was the bed

We were pleasantly surprised at the good quality of the room fixtures - bed and shower. Breakfast was all you could ask for from a hotel.

The room was “tired and outdated”. Very dingy and gross and sticky. Kept our shoes on at all times. Mickey mouse coffee maker and breakfast was meager and left a lot to be desired.

The stay was okay. It's just an older building but for the price I can't complain too much. Breakfast wasn't that appealing but that could just be me.
