The bathroom light would go out for no reason. The switch was on the outside of the door. Imagine going to the bathroom or taking a shower and you are in total darkness!! That happened often! Never again. Also no elevator!

Room was clean but stairs and exterior hall it so. Lots of people smoking at pool… which also opened late. Staff was friendly and kind and obviously are trying to improve it. The bad stuff was more on the other guests.

Had a suite with 2 full bathrooms included. Both tubs were dirty. One of the toilet paper hardware was in the floor the whole stay. Had a mini frig that wasnt even plugged up and nowhere to plug it in myself. Several strips and chunks of carpet missing. Friendly staff. But one employee at the desk very, very slow. Nowhere to park 1st night. Nice accommodations just needed to be more clean and in need of repairs

This rooms price was comparable to the other hotels in the area, but the level of cleanliness was far below the value I felt when I booked this room. Upon entering the room we discovered that in order to lock the door you had to work hard at lifting the door just right. Once inside the room there were patches of carpet missing in several places throughout the room. The carpet was unsecured between the room and the tile. The room smelled like a previous occupant had been smoking inside the room. There was human hair all over the sheets in both beds. The mattress of the bed closest to the bathroom was broken. In order to get the toilet to flush you had to hold the handle down for more than 30 seconds. The real icing on the cake was what appeared to be human poop on a couple places on the bathroom walls. I wish we had booked any other hotel in the region.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Stained towels, dirty shower, stained comforter with weird bits of god knows what on it. The room was hot, humid, and smelled musty. I didn’t want to even step on the floor in my bare feet. We stayed for 30 minutes before we left and just drove the rest of the way home at 9 at night. I felt itchy just standing in the room.

Filthy,stunk like cigarettes and mildew. The carpet felt damp to walk on and our feet got pitch black from walking on the carpet. The hair dryer did not work. I have never given a review because I’ve always been happy. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning. We did not even stay the second night.

This was the most nasty, disgusting place I’ve ever stayed! The room smelled horrible of mold, the sheets were dirty, the bath tub was filthy, the curtains had what looked like tiny burn holes all over them, and the staff is rude! Please do not stay at this hotel.

Bed Bugs!!!! Beware!!! The front desk was completely unhelpful and the 4 persons at the front desk could not refund our room charges, but they did manage to triple charge the room. Rudeness followed by total incompetence or just plain fraud. I trusted Hotel.com to vet the hotels and they let us down and as for Wyndham you should be ashamed to have your name associated with this debacle and farce of a hotel. If we were not forced to leave for health reasons ( bedbugs) we would not be aware of the gross neglect of the staff by allow the homeless or wondering thug outside our room. Of course if health is not important why would safety be? One star is generous!

Not so great. I have stayed at Baymont’s before and they were decent for being a budget friendly option. We were passing thru and had intended to stay 2 nights. We arrived at about 11:30 pm and were exhausted. The check in seemed a bit haphazard and took about 30 minutes. There was quite a bit of activity in the parking lot (people wandering, not pulling up and going to their rooms) this was a bit unnerving. I was traveling with my family so they gave us joined rooms which was great, however the Tv in the “bedroom” didn’t work and the TV in the joined room had been completely removed. It wasn’t dirty but it did look like a half assed remodel job. If it weren’t for the shady folks wandering around all hours of the night, I might have stayed the second night but instead, we left the following morning and went to stay somewhere else.

This property is older with a old, musty smell in the rooms. The toilet tilted to the right when you sat on it, like the floor was soft under it. The shower curtain is on a curved rod that curved upward, so there was not way the curtain stayed up on either side. It just fell down the rod to the middle. The walls/woodwork need some cleaning. We will not stay there again.

The night manager was very nice, the guy at the breakfast was friendly and the gal when checking out was also very nice. The room was clean. But this place is in a bit of a sketchy area. The walls are paper thin. We heard people talking all around us outside and in the rooms next to us. Street noise happens all night. The electricity in the room only worked in half the room. We arrived well after dark and the switch by the door didn’t work. I had to cross the dark room and maneuver around the bed to a wall lamp to finally get light. And the bed had a huge dip in the center.

Clean and safe for an overnight while traveling. However, something is wrong with the mattresses. One had a sinkhole about where your behind is. The other had a huge valley about 4 feet long and a few inches deep on one side. Exactly where a person would lay. So two of our four had very uncomfortable nights. I'm not sure why these mattresses haven't been replaced.

The negatives. They have attempted to upgrade but. Poorly done. The bathtub was stained and caulk around tub and floor poorly installed up the side of tub. Big gaps under door. The hair dryer didn’t work. No attention to detail for overall maintenance of the building. Positives. The king bad was comfortable and the room was quiet.

When I checked in the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. When I made the reservation I didn’t realize there was no elevator so I asked if I could be on the first floor because I was traveling with my 91 year old Mother and it would be difficult for her to climb the stairs. They accommodated me without issue. The next morning I went to the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel and there was a woman running the buffet that watched me put a couple of mini muffins on a plate along with a cup of juice to take back to the room for my Mom and she said I couldn’t take anything back to the room. I explained about my mom and she said she didn’t care it was a policy and it was on the sign over on the wall. I will never stay there again and won’t stay at a Baymont again either.

Though I had called a few days early be a use I made an error in the size we needed and was assured it would be no problem to obtain double bed once we arrived. Than rudest man tended to us and basically called me a liar, because I made reservation through the hotel.com app. And that they were required to acknowledge the clients request not necessarily accommodate. When I shied in the telephone number I called to make the change. He then tells, “now I believe you called”. He stated he was full and arranged and got me a room. The room smelled like it had not been used in a while, paint peeling of wall, and the lamp es falling off wall as if some had had a fight and tv was non operational. We called for the tv. The maintenance realized it was busted. Miraculously, the room next door available. Night and day comparison to the room next door. Not worth the price we paid by far and that man with the square glasses, need not work in customer service. An apology was never recieved for his rude assumption.

Made a reservation and had to cancel about an hour after making reservation. Would not answer the phone for Expedia, so I Went up to the front desk and the manager here not only yelled and argued with me while talking over me, but called me a racist and pointed out to me that he was a different skin color than I and wasn’t even from this country. I’m appalled at the management here. It’s Memorial Day and I’m a marine corps veteran. I was treated with the utmost disrespect all because they did not want to refund. Still have not received my refund. This is after watching another person in line deal with the front desk difficulty in cancelation and getting his money back as well before me. Absolutely Unbelievable.

I came down for toast 5 mins later the “manager” came at another customer with a knife! He was yelling at the guest and the police show up and now Im involved as a witness!! My mom passed the Saturday before this and Im from NY this should have been me dealing with the death of my mother but instead found myself at a knife fight!! Then the female staff gave ME major attitude, like wth!

Dirty rooms. Not worth the money. Pics online aren't accurate. Room is dark so cant don't see how bad it is. Breakfast if you can even call it that was just cereal toast mini muffins waffles. I went to get me & my son food & was told I couldn't take to my room. Then manager called me in my room to tell me they had a sign up & said i I took too much food & wanted to know why i needed that much food. I made 2 waffles 4 pieces of white bread & 3 mini muffins 2 coffees. Paid for 3 people in room but only had me & my 17 yr son. Aweful experience. Got a kitchenette in room & it was terrible! Cigarette holes burnt in comforter. Left 1/2 roll of toilet paper no tissues. Bad location to get in & out of. Traffic by hotel entrance is horrible. Grid lock there every day all day long. Only good thing about the room was the shower head & A/C worked.

Literally dirty panties on the ground by our parking space. The crowd at dark was unsettling at best. The place seems to be extremely busy after 10pm doors slamming, people being loud, and right outside our door was a sketchy couple digging through their vehicle for something and when we went outside heard hey hey hey someone is coming ! As they left garbage and literal hamster cage on the parking lot before they left in a hurry from their handicapped parking spot they weren’t entitled to ! This place is far from worth the money for the room. Rooms smell moldy. Remote doesn’t work for the tv and the Wi-Fi is garbage. Easy way to blow a $100 and feel uncomfortable doing it

First thing - near impossible to turn onto road leading to property (Armory) off of Thompson Rd. Be careful. There is no parking at rear of motel - only the front. Front desk still sports the plexiglas dividers. Room smelled terrible - as if there had been a major water leak that was never properly cleaned and mildew apparently grew - my guess is under the carpet. Had to use half a can of Lysol and then had a candle burn all night to mask the odor. Unable to change the channel on the television. Remote only turned set on and off and adjusted volume. Someone needs to take a long hard look at fixing Room 217. Breakfast was typical - muffins, bagels, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee.

Well, let\'s start with a notification from my credit card that my room was charged on the morning of my stay. Which was booked under "Reserved now pay at the Hotel." I was upset because I wanted to use the travel card I just got. So we pull up and it\'s a hit or miss on a poorly lit area to park. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning, it was continental breakfast. So don\'t expect eggs or breakfast meat. The bagel was good, but we ate at the Hardees down the street! That was good for the price. A guy was in the lobby, a worker asked him if he is going to be staying there he said "no", so she told him to get out or she will call the cops on him. When we leave the lobby we see him outside and he tells us he had stayed there and waiting for his coworkers to come back from the gas station because he had just checked them out. The motel workers would have known this if the guest wouldn\'t be forced to leave their room keys in a basket. Instead, these two counterwomen were sitting behind the desk talking about guests. Before we left, I took pictures of the room and how we left it for no additional charges, which is common for motels to do. Well, if you have a rental car with insurance and need a quick cheap night...This is the place.

Easy access to I-24 and quite a few resteraurants within 1 mile. If you forgot something there is also a Walmart, Sams, or Target nearby. Onsite breakfast is so-so, but remember this is not 4 or 5 star territory, the basics are there and the coffee is pretty good and plentiful. My bed was quite comfortable and the location quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk clerk was rude when we checked in. The night clerk was helpful with the TV situation. Carpet was disgustingly dirty and felt wet. People hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t even worry about breakfast. We would have left but the room was non-refundable so we were stuck as we prepaid. The pictures on the website are totally misleading. Find another hotel and avoid this dump at all costs.

Below average, even for the cost. The staff were okay, not awful, at least not for me. The rooms were "updated" in the cheapest way possible. 1. Breakfast is from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. At 8:55, they are closing up, taking away milk & waffle mix, locking the juice dispenser, removing the yogurts, & doing anything else they can to ensure no one else comes in at the last minute. 2. During breakfast, one staff member watches everyone eat. It creeped my wife out and made her feel uncomfortable. It just made me feel unwelcome. 3. You cannot take food out of the area during breakfast. However, as mentioned, a staff member is watching you the whole time, & the area to eat in is small and doesn't comfortably accommodate all the guests. The staff member previously mentioned got into a shouting match with one guest about taking food out of the room. As a bystander, I thought the staff was out of line and this rule was only there to cut costs. 4. The booking says hot breakfast, but it was a very minimal hot breakfast. Toast and Waffles were the only things that were hot. There were no eggs, potatoes, sausage, or bacon. If there was any fruit, it was all out by the time I got down for breakfast. 5. The shower had great pressure, but the shower curtain couldn't keep water from soaking the bathroom because of the tiny tub. There has to be mold growing. 6. The AC unit was loud, buzzing, and beeping, which affected my sleep. I usually can sleep through anything.

Great overnight stay. Mr Edward greeted us with a welcoming smile! Lobby was clean and nicely decorated for Valentines Day. The first word out of my mouth when entering the room was “Sweet!” Super clean with comfortable beds and great pillows. Make sure you have their breakfast! The waffles are the best!!!
