Worst hotel in Murfreesboro! We were given a room by the most unprofessional/ unpleasant receptionist who requested proof of our service dog after receiving a verbal confirmatuon that she was which is illegal than proceeded to make us pay a 20 fee for the dog if we did not provide her with proof. The place felt unsafe due the the clientel loitering around the hotel and what appeared to be a sex worker around the front of the hotel. Upon entering the room we were immediately hit with a pungent odor of mold and humidity. The room felt damp and humid. The ceiling of the bathroom was covered in mold, the picture frame and most disgusting of all the mattress. The sheets reaked of mold and felt wet. The room looked like it was barely cleaned or maintained. We went to the front to ask for a different room and upon entering that room we were absolutely grossed out by what was a disgusting room as well. There was what appeared to by a dried substance of some sort (looked almost like throw up) on the side of the bed frame and the sheets smelled dirty. When we turned on the air, not only did it not appear to cool down the room but it made a extremely loud banging noise that would not stop. We decided to go to the front desk and request a refund because the state of this hotel was quite frankly disgusting. She said she could not and could only give us another room. We asked her to call her manager for a refund she said he was sleeping. We insisted and he refused as well.

Filthy room. Filthy floors. Filthy property, garbage everywhere. Did not feel safe here. Mold in corners of bathroom. Shower curtain coming off the wall, tv didn’t work. Bugs. If we had not just driven 10 hours we would have left. I can believe Wyndham put their name on this hotel. Do NOT stay here!!!

Check in was a breeze, everyone we had interaction with were very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Everything for the most part was well. The room we stayed in definitely could have used some replacements. The lounger was nearly destroyed to where you couldn't really even sit on it. And the AC wasn't really controllable. It was either off, or full cold Didn't bother us as we prefer the cold but for someone else. Plenty of parking, breakfast was limited to the normal waffles, bagels, toast, juices, and coffee. Pool looked clean but we didn't get to test it out. Would definitely stay again if need be.
