Rooms clean, big, quiet. Rear door open to the river. Awesome place, second stay there, will stay again

It’s a little dated but works well for a place to sleep and shower. Staff is very nice and parking place is assigned.

The parking was kind of a pain, people were parking in the wrong spots taking up two spots at a time

Offers a balcony room for 20 dollars more on check in. Was not told it was near an outdoor pool where others would be partying and loud all night. Bathroom fan stuck on. Bathroom toilet seat hanging on my one bolt so I fell off the toilet onto the floor at one point. When I told front desk at check out he said I’ll put it on the list. A/c on lowest setting did not cool the room enough to sleep. You have to pay for ice at a very dirty outdoor ice machine. Not a good experience and will not go back!

This place was very dirty, toilet seat was loose. Shower and tub fixtures were loose and felt like they could come off. Things were not kept clean. No shower gel or shampoo at all. Freezer compartment of refrigerator was totally frozen over. No bedside lighting available just one ceiling light fixture. Bed boxsprings squeaked all night long with the slightest movement. Only available coffee was only instant from a machine, and the juices machines were all empty. Would never recommend it to ANYONE.

Room looked clean. Only in the room from 11pm to 6:30am. Saw 2 cockroaches and 2 bedbugs. Sink faucet dribbled all night. Coffee maker switch was broken and didn’t work.

The smelled clean but the floor was sticky and very nasty. We killed 4 roaches. Both doors and gaping holes under them. The beds were very uncomfortable. The lady at check in was very nice but at check out time when explaining the issues she seemed to not care.

Great price, awesome view with balcony overlooking creek. Friendly and fast check in. Very clean room for older property.

This facility is very dirty and outdated. The first room they tried to put us in was disgusting! There was hairs all in the bathroom floor and tub, not to mention the light wasn’t working properly. The carpet and chair was stained in several spots, and the room stunk like cigarette smoke. We went and reported said issues and they put us in another room….it wasn’t much better! There was less hairs in the bathroom floor, but the shower floor had black mildew that hasn’t been cleaned in likely months. I had to shower with my slides on because I refused to go barefooted anywhere in that place! Personally, I think that facility needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. We will never stay at this place ever again!!

Found a roach on the bed. The place is beyond dirty. Wouldn't recommend anybody staying there.

Nice enough place couple of roaches hanging around. Just stayed 1 night and slept well, comfortable beds a little run down but expected with older hotel.

Not at all worth over $150 for one night. After checking in, we went around the building to find our room which wouldn’t open. The front desk said they would send help. After waiting 10 minutes, no one came and we called again to find out that our room was actually in another building across the street. We weren’t told where to go upon check in. The WiFi does not work here! Not only that, my cell service was completely out. I was unable to use my phone for the night. Because of the lack of internet, streaming was unavailable on the tv. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was labeled non smoking online. There are many other places to stay around here, definitely find something else.

Older hotel. I thought beds were weird but oddly comfortable. Fits the bill for a budget.

When we walked into the room it had an odor. The tv kept loosing internet connection and the coffee pot was nasty so before I could make coffee I had to clean the filter part out.

It was convenient and quiet once you're in the room. Me and my boyfriend loved it.

Best feature was the girl who appeared to be the manager. She was very helpful and kind. Worst feature was no lamps in room. So you could not lay in bed and read or study your maps. And my white socks turned black from walking on the carpet in my room. I did enjoy my own private balcony which gives a view of Little Pigeon River. Overall, yes I would consider staying here again.

The stay was amazing. I left a "special request" through the hotels.com system and asked them to do something special for my girlfriends and my 6 year anniversary... I wasn't sure if they had anything special available or if they would even get the message, but they replied a day or two before I got there and told me they had a little surprise for us. When I got to my room the curtains were open, so my girl almost saw the surprise, but I quickly turned off my lights and went to open the door for her. My girl hadn't seen in the window, thank goodness, and I was able to surprise her with 12 pink roses and pink rose petals scattered on the bed!!! It was such an amazing surprise and I couldn't have asked for anything nicer!!! The most romantic thing I could've asked for and I didn't even have to think about what to ask for!!! I highly recommend this place as we got the fancy jacuzzi room, and it was super nice and it was super inexpensive!! They even asked us if we wanted a late departure time on Sunday, and allowed us to stay an additional 2 hours for free!!! 10/10 recommend for a romantic getaway in pigeon forge on a budget!

Limited parking, room floor needs vacuuming When I checked in the desk clerk lied about the room. She said I could be upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the river for $10 more per night instead of the room in the building where I checked in. I said ok. The room she gave me was the room number already on the pre check in form she had. Not trustworthy.

Everyone was friendly. I was asked for another $30 to upgrade to a river view room. I said I didn’t care about the view and was told we could climb 3 floors to our room or pay the $30 for a ground level River upgrade. So I had to pay the $30 because neither I nor my husband can climb 3 flights of stairs! When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered that the phone didn’t have a cord! I called from my cell and after asking my original questions, told the man about the missing cord. His reply was that maintenance would deal with it the next day. 3 days later, we left and the phone still didn’t have a cord. Our last night there, we had someone banging on the door; front door, back door, front door, on and on but they would hide. I tried several times to catch them but couldn’t. I tried to call the desk at 10pm (with my cell) and didn’t get an answer! I finally saw 2 boys and talked to them and watched as they went into a room. One more loud bang on the door. I was going to call the police but it never happened again.

We surprised our oldest and came a daybearly for his bday. The staff went above and beyond and had balloons waiting for him. An older motel but you can definitely notice the upgrades being made. Very peaceful yet right on the strip

Our stay was excellent had connecting rooms the balcony looking towards the river was awsome seeing all the wild life kids loved it would definitely stay again

This hotel was a great place to stay. The service was good and the staff were nice. We were near all of the things to do.

The place was very quite. The river in back was nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice and clean.

Me and my boyfriend have stayed here several times, and each time we loved it and the location is amazing. Would highly recommend this inn!!

Should have been 60 bucks, ducks in the back woke me at 6 am, also the vending machines were not working, the tv has no local tv. No soap in bathroom or sink, the air con was halfway working.
