I did not like the fact that the elevator broke the first day we were there and had to walk up and down three flights of stairs. I didn’t like that the TV didn’t work in one of our rooms, and the TV that did work in the other continuously had a disclaimer that I had to constantly turn off. All four days of breakfast were the same also did not like that.

The reason for our stay was to let my granddaughter and stepdaughter swim The only reason why we stayed for 4 days was so they could swim but unfortunately you were able to cuz the pool was green and didn't get treated till few days later so on the fifth day which was the day we have checked out is where the water started getting clearer but we weren't able to swim yet because they had to have the pool swept or clean them for algae and whatnot so it was a waste of money because that was the purpose of the trip or the safe I rather say cuz we live in Fort Worth the hotel and the staff is amazing it's just the pool was a disappointment and waste of money

How do you only have one printer in your entire building? I needed a document printed for the airport and the front desk stated they only have ONE in the building and it’s broken. You mean to tell me the GM, the executive committee, the entire operation of this hotel shares ONE printer????

Vert disappointed with the hotel. Pool water was green and it was closed. Parking was impossible. When we got to the room the toilet seat was soiled I had to clean it my self. We did call housekeeping to come and clean the bathroom because floors were dirty. Hotel itself is very run down.

Friendly staff and beautiful lobby but the rest of the building needs some work. There is no way the elevator would meet code - no certificate, ceiling/lighting messed up, buttons don't light or are missing. The room was comfortable but the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling terribly and there was a hole in one of the window curtains. I also think they forgot to vacuum our room - found a big hairball on the floor. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Looks like they have tried to update but have missed some key details. Just average at best.

Very Dirty and outdated rooms! The floor was not swept or vacuumed, the sheets and curtains were stained, (I’m almost sure the sheets were not changed from the previous stay), the shower had hair on the walls, the elevator was filthy, and the room smelled horrible. I would not recommend staying here due to the uncleanliness. I was very disappointed with my stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Breakfast was honestly not good. I’ve eaten at many Hotel breakfast and this one was definitely below par.. Upon check-in, my kids found a cockroach in the first room. They did move us to another one and we did not see any other bugs that were aware of, but there’s always that wonder if one or several crawled in our bag to take home with us.. definitely definitely not awesome in my opinion.

This was literally the most disgusting hotel I have even stayed at. We had to switch rooms because our first one had dirty counters and toe nail clippings on the base of the lamp but the bedding was clean. In the next room the comforters were stained and there were handprints on the headboard but the counters were clean. The room was very noisy, the lobby nice but everything else was unmaintained. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough, might have spent 5 hours to sleep then rushed out. Avoid this place!

What an absolute dump! I'm shocked the reviews on this place aren't worse, but don't be deceived. This place is gross! Had bugs in the room, stains on the pillows and bedsheets, and climate control in the room works when it feels like it. Had to leave halfway through my stay and change hotels. Free breakfast is also inedible. Eggs bounce off the plate, potatoes are raw, and bagels are like rocks. I paid money to eat breakfast somewhere else. Wasn't even worth the very low price online. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel. I would also like to add that I reached out to the Manager twice and never even received the courtesy of an email in return.

There was dried vomit and feces stains on the bathroom wall. It didn’t smell clean nor look clean. There was no way I could sleep comfortably in that nasty place. It looked dirty from the moment I entered the front doors but it was downright filthy in the elevators, hallways, & room

It was very surprising that a La Quinta could be so neglected. The entrance carpet and hallways were dirty, the elevators! Gross, looked as if someone had thrown something on the walls, filthy and worn out really embarrassing staying there. Housekeep would not even empty trash cans forget about anything else. I had to request the service and they told me they only do it every two days our stay was three but they were totally unaware that we were not on the housekeeping list. After that they went in and emptied the trash cans - that was all. We stayed in a King suite with a sofa bed that was about to fall apart, mattress needs to be replaced! It hurt my sons back, Sheets were so thin because of probably years of use that you could almost see through. Disgusting. On the other hand, the bathroom was very clean and well kept. The bedroom was clean also and the bed in very good condition and comfortable. Breakfast ok and good cofee but all together I would avoid staying there again.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Everything is outdated. If you want use the TV it is best to bring an external video device, like a game console The remotes are not compatible with the television. Wifi is terrible. Very slow. Definitely not worth the price

The AC would not get cold enough. When that stopped. Periodically, the room had an odd humming buzz to it. It was not the most stressful of sleeps. It was also connected to an adjoining room. Even though there are two doors, they are a lot thinner than the walls.

We have stayed at this La Quinta a number of times over the years. They are very accommodating to pets, giving pet owners first floor rooms. I always ask for a specific area of the motel and, although they can't guarantee it, I usually get the room I ask for. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is showing a lot of wear. The vanity in the bathroom was chipped, it could use a fresh coat of paint and overall, every place except the lobby just needs a facelift. Breakfast was fine. Pretty standard. I checked in and out online and the process was seamless.

water pressure in 231 was weak in both the shower and sink. the remote didnt match the tv and couldnt adjust the tv. no guide, settings, select or info button on the remote, but those menus show up on the tv. when i finally got a channel to show up, some pop up consent form showed up and blocked the whole screen. the was a green box at the bottom the screen that said select and to "press select" to comply. there is no select button on the remote. did i let the front desk know. i didnt. it wasnt worth it. she was already having trouble with another remote while i was checking in. i can watch whatever i want on my phone.

30 minutes to check in thanks to there being only ONE staff member checking guests in. NO luggage carts up front, so we had to make several trips to get our luggage to our room. NONE of the remotes would operate the TV's. The bath soap provided IS good, but the shape is lousy - a little square piece of soap is VERY difficult to use! The "breakfast" is sad, one of the very worst I've EVER experienced in a LQ - COLD scrambled eggs, FROZEN biscuits, and some glop claimed to be gravy. All in all, we will NOT stay at this property again unless we are ASSURED these items have been addressed.

The front desk staff was very rude. He did not greet us at all when we walked up to the desk. I finally told him we’d like to check in. He still said nothing. His only words were “I need a couple of initials and a signature” then he handed me our room key and pointed in the direction of the elevator and said, “the elevator is down there.” And then never said thank you, enjoy your stay or anything. I noticed he was like that with everyone. I typically stay at a La Quinta when traveling. This was my first bad experience.

So let’s talk about it. They canceled my reservation and I was not notified at all. I drove 3hrs with my children and got there late evening and had nowhere for us to sleep for the night. I was told I was contacted by phone. They did not call or leave voicemail. The manager said we had some guests to not check out, which again is not my problem. I would not recommend there customer service is HORRIBLE‼️

While the room itself was very nice and comfortable, outside the room, the facility was not clean or kept up. Also, I was not told at check-in that aside from the room charge of $151, an additional $50 hold was placed on my card for “incidentals” whatever that means. I was not offered a receipt upon checkout showing my charges and unfortunately, I didn’t think about it until I had already left the area. I was also told there would be an additional $30 charge if she checked me in at 2:20 pm but I was free to wait 10 more minutes and I could be checked in at no additional charge. I am 68 years old, I’ve done quite a bit of traveling and have never run into these issues at any other hotel. LaQuinta has always been our go-to because of the consistency of cleanliness, service, pet friendly and the breakfast. But I don’t believe I would stay at this location again. The front desk person was not present when we arrived. We waited approximately 15 minutes. We called out hello trying to get someone’s attention. This was incredibly frustrating as we had to get checked in and get to our party. There was a sign that said the he was helping a guest. Being understaffed on a Friday night is not helpful. When he did return he barely spoke to us and offfered an obligatory thank you for waiting. There was absolutely no care to this staff member and furthermore we believe he was sleeping on the job. He appeared to be very groggy upon his entrance. This terrible service is very unfortunate and will make us considered carefully before booking again.

The staff is very friendly & helpful but the facility has seen better days. The area is very noisy at night. Many homeless men hanging around the outside of the property at night. Very loud shouting one night when an apparent fight broke out outside our window. Also the first night police in large numbers searched for armed robber on premises.

The property was located in a decent part of town, but there were several homeless people that were sitting in the parking lot. The room was comfortable and we didn't have any issues. The elevator needed to be cleaned as it had trash just sitting in it.

Overall a clean room, comfortable bed, friendly reception desk. My room was a little noisy due to being on the highway side of the building. The area was very easy to access roads to Ft Worth, but not a walkable area with limited food options without driving. Location aside, I felt safe as a solo traveler and had a comfortable night in a clan room - the two most important things when traveling for business.

Good location for visiting the stockyards, 10 minute uber and your there. My first time ever in a US hotel, and I found the breakfast very basic, but that might just be typical for US hotel breakfasts. Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff was friendly! Would definitely recommend this place.

The location was close enough to Stockyards and Billy Bob's and still affordable. By the freeway but i like sleeping to fan noise so it was no bother for me. Staff was fine, just only one person at front desk made it a long check in process. Breakfast was good and the Community Coffee they provided was good too. Beds weren't bad, yes there may be better but not at these prices. I'd stay here again.

We have stayed at this location several times. This last time was the worse. The pool had an odor and was murky. I waited 30 min to check in because there was only one person work the front while the manager was texting on her personal phone. The breakfast the following morning was late and everything was overcooked. There was mold in the vents. There were transients walking the parking lot and in the hotel looking for food. The fact that we recommended this location to several other families members was very embarrassing for us. This was definitely the worse experience for us.
