I drove 9 hours here to attend a funeral for my aunt. When I initially saw a roach in the bathroom, I should have known then. But shortly after we got in bed, roaches were crawling on my fiancé! We jumped up and turned on the lights and 2 were running in the bed. Then as I was speaking with the front desk clerk, he asked could he come up and I showed him the one in the bathroom that my fiancé killed— the one on the side of the wall I have a video of and the one beside the bed, he was also able to kill. Yes, another room was offered, but the female I spoke with this morning had such a condescending tone and stated a refund would not be given because of how I booked the room. How I booked should have nothing to do with it under these circumstances! I asked her what if there are roaches in the other room as well— and she stated, “I never had any problems.” Then I asked her as we were leaving to attend the funeral, if housekeeping could throughly clean the two rooms I purchased and she told me it was too late and I should have called her this morning. There’s literally no effort made to make any of this better except offering another room and that is not compensation enough to be bombarded with bugs To add insult to injury, here I am on the morning of departure the next day and bugs are steadily crawling out.Now they are coming out the handle of the toilet.. . If they are like this in this room, they are all over this place. It needs to be vacated & fumigated

Very nice and quiet stay. My daughter and I felt safe and enjoyed the property and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was a bit firm for my taste.
