Nice stay. Dove products available in the shower. Different card/key required for the gym (only 3 machines). Breakfast was ready ahead of time (normally 7 am) which was great as we wanted to leave earlier. Located right next to the Swiss Chalet.

Overall a bit aged hotel but the rooms were in better condition than the rest of the hotel. Good sound proofing and nice beds. Gym room with big dumbells are a bonus that images do not show.

My stay was excellent and staff was exceptional. Only complaint was we paid for ground floor with drive up access. They were having the roof redone and we could not access our room from the exterior door because it was cordoned off for safety purposes, would have like to know that before booking is all.

Clean, comfortable and they allowed dogs! I liked how our room was on a main floor with a street entrance - it made unloading and reloading our suitcases super easy! The only weird thing that happened was someone knocked on our door twice - once at 11 pm and again at 2 am. A bit disconcerting, but we assumed someone was confused? lol.. Anyways overall our stay was a pleasant experience.

The property was getting a new roof during our stay and the ladder from the roofers was directly in front of our two-story window. It was difficult to find parking due to the large section that the roofers had blocked off for their equipment. Our total stay was three nights at this location and for some reason housekeeping didn’t even clean our room on the second night, still curious as to why? The front desk said they will look into that, but I never did hear back from them. I also asked if they have a seniors discount and they said yes because I booked through Expedia they were not able to provide that discount. There was dirt on the stairs going up to the second floor from muddy boots and that dirt remain there during our whole stay.

Property was very clean but there were two bugs (that I saw). Looked like little Beatles. I looked all over and saw no more. There were two doors and one opened up to the parking lot. They might have come in from there. Otherwise the room was fine. Only stayed one night

The customer service was superior! We had made a mistake with our reservation and the personnel went out of their way to find a solution for us, even though it was really late. Everyone was very understanding and pleasant. We appreciated this very much!

We had a great stay. When we checked into our first room (two double beds) there was a bolt loose on the toilet. This made it a bit unsteady. It really bothered our daughter who has autism. We told the front desk and with no hestitation, she moved us to a suite with no extra charge. The suites are much more spacious with a seperate living room and bedroom. Parking is convienant if you are on ground level as you have direct access to your door. Everything you need is also in walking distance (Dollarama, Swiss Chalet, Wendys, Tim Hortons, and Walmart).

From the time we checked in until the time we were leaving it didn’t matter who was working the front desk or any area everybody was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. A slight hiccup with a dead battery caused a delay in getting into the room but staff responded quickly considering maintenance had to be brought in on a Friday night. Stayed 1 night on our way to Cabot trail. Location off the highway was ideal. The room was clean & bed comfortable. The only negative was the breakfast…very basic and not worth eating but I’m sure it’s sufficient if you just want yogurt, toast or cereal

I wasn’t expecting a five star but this hotel failed to meet minimum expectation; the extra blanket in the room had crusty stains on it, the ice machine near my room was disturbingly loud and the breakfast was inedible (I couldn’t eat reheated omelet and the bacon was so thin, it was see-through). I’d skip this hotel and try the Holiday Inn next time.
