I had a great stay there. The lady at the dining area was amazing. The room was very clean. Majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only problem was that the pool was not in service. I would consider staying there again.

The property was not too bad the only thing I could say is the pool needs to be cleaned not the water but the pool could use some scrubbing . My rooms tv would not allow me to use the volume on my fire stick but I use it needs upgrades and the phone did not work so I just used my cell to call the front desk it was no big deal .

The hotel is nicely remodeled. The staff could really care less about their guests. Front desk was always abandoned, or the employees on their personal phones. The ice machines were out of order. And as a construction worker always on the road, its nice to start the day off with breakfast. This hotel does not offer a continental breakfast. You could get a bowling alley style meal from their Bistro though for $4-$9. There are better options in the surrounding area. I probably won't stay here again unless the better hotels are booked.

The only complaint we had was the lack of hot water the second night. We had just gone back to the hotel after the funeral for my brother. We were too tired to get dressed and call for a service person or to change rooms. We reported it the next morning at checkout. Otherwise the stay was good.

Let's start with the hallways, at check in on Friday, there was trash near elevators 1st and 3rd floor, check out the trash was still there. Each time I went downstairs to ask for coffee, I always got a dirty look, shower was filthy, there was hair and trash on shower floor, the bathroom floors looked dirty, some trash still in the room on the floor. There was trash on the floor in the elevator since check-in/check-out. I asked for room service to replace towels, wash cloths, hand towels and garbage only, when we got back in the room, nothing was replaced, found out later there was NO clean ones available at all from hotel staff. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly, no complaints there other than the coffee issues. Pool was clean and nice and warm. The bistro prices were quite high, just go out someplace other than the hotel. 1.5 stars because of the high price for the 2 nights my family was there and the place was very dirty, trash not picked up, towels, wash cloths, hand towels not replaced, trashed not taken out and new bags out in and room being dirty. We will not be staying again or recommending this hotel.

This could be a five star review. It just seems like to me that if they had better maintenence they would be better. The fire pit was "out of order" all I did to fix was use matches instead of the ignitor button that was missing a AA battery. Easy fixes like using the right hardware on the shower door instead of just using what you had.

For the price the hotel could have been better. First room we was given was a room that someone had already used. We had to wait downstairs for like 20 mins for them to get us other room. The elevator is scary- almost thought it was going to break down. I will not be back to this hotel. Booked a balcony but due to the room being dirty they down graded us to a handicap accessible room

Had to change rooms 3 times bc of cigarette and marijuana smells in the room. Jasmine at the front desk was very sweet and professional, and made the swaps quickly and easily. Although my 3rd and final room had not been cleaned properly (beer cap in the floor).

Paid via Expedia. Told I hadnt paid upon arrival, and that my room wasnt available. Charged AGAIN for a different room. Told it would be cheaper, it was more expensive. Trash in room, dirty washrags in shower, shower had no pressure. I've been trying for 2 days to speak to a manager, and keep getting the run around. No idea if I'm getting my refund for being double charged. Absolute joke. Avoid.

Outside looks pretty nice and the staff seems very friendly but man this place is a dump. Didn't realize a Ladybug infestation in a room was even possible and why are all the fixtures in the room rusted and dirty?

Electrical outlets did not work. Bathtub drain did not work. Trash on the floor under the desk and the room had a chemical odor. The hotel was full so I was not able to change rooms. The a/c was also not functioning properly.

The hotel is really nice now. The upgrades are beautiful. The rust on the hinges of the bathroom doors, throws off the improvements in the bathroom. The king bed, should have more pillows. Overall, its a nice, comfortable place to relax and enjoy. I will be coming back.

Lights in the room were all the "blue" LEDs...swap those out for modern technology and get an instant increase in ambiance. Don't count on grabbing a drink at the restaurant in the evening...it wasn't open.

Decent hotel. However, the rooms were not stocked with enough toiletries. The cleaning team was plain-clothed and not identified with a name tag or ID. The cleaning team would knock on the door once and then open the door, making the residents feel uncomfortable. The cleaning team was not aware whether the residents were long-term or short-term and then made negative comments.

Room very comfortable front desk staff ( TRE) very helpful. Do not eat in the cafe. Dinner - cobb salad- was iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar, tomatoes and croutons. Breakfast - french toast - cold - obviously reheated food service item served without butter - a few partially ripe strawberries and syrup.
