Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

this hotel should be called Garden Inn not Hilton Garden Inn. It is misleading.

I was greeted by your Friendly staff when i arrived. They explained everything about the facilities (Locations, Hours, etc) They provided me with the same type of room I requested (King Bed) The room was clean and fresh. Keep up the great work

The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. However, the exterior back door to the hotel was unlocked during our whole stay, even though there was a sign posted that you would need your key card to access the door. The housekeeping staff only visited once during out three-night stay.

Hi, I enjoyed my stay. Room was fine. Elevator old and slow. Free parking nice. Gym was good. I really want to acknowledge a young lady in reception - I think her name is Lexie. I travel on business and have been in/out of hotels in 13 states the last 50 days. Boston final stop before going back. The way Lexie greeted me upon arrival with such a positive attitude was so valuable. Worn out after traveling it means the world to meet a kind and helpful person with a customerfriendly approach. She will probably say she is just doing her job - to me she was the one who made the special impression and made me feel good. Others at your front desk could learn from her - you have a few with the “I couldn’t care less attitude” and I just wished I could avoid contact. I hope you value Lexie - otherwise send her to Norway we sure will. Customer service is a rare thing in the US - she deserves appreciation. …..and the meatballs are the restaurant were great😉

I recommend it, it’s family-friendly hotel The girls at the front desk were very kind and immediately helped me with the complimentary breakfast tickets. It’s not a buffet like in other hotels, but the service and entire team was magnificent.
