Wonderful stay!

The hotel staff wasn’t very nice and no one cleaned our rooms the entire four days we stayed there. We had to request towels several times and the condition of the hotel could have been better

Staff was horrible. Waited 15 min and had to yell down the hall for someone to check us in. Then right as we was going to head to bed we looked for bedding for the pull out bed in the suite we booked nothing was in the room. So, we went to front desk asked for blankets and pillows. We was told he could only give us the blankets that pillows don’t come with the sofa bed. Their policy states no extra pillows. So, they couldn’t give us a pillow.

Don’t bring more people to swim not even kids they will keep your deposit I brought two extra kids to swim and they put us out the hotel no warning or anything and it was my daughter birthday and the other two kids were mine as wellI

We arrived late. Check in was a bit slow but OK. The room was clean but showed some signs of wear and tear. No complaints of significance or serious issues. Priced right.
