We had a quick stop here with our family of 9 plus grandma. So we stayed in 2 rooms. Staff was great. Kids enjoyed the pool- it was a little chilly for mom and dad’s liking but kids loved it! Beds were comfy. We plan to stay here again!

Staff was friendly and it was located conveniently. We were there for two days, and the breakfast was basic with the exact same menu both days. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible- impossible to put on makeup. The exercise room consisted of two treadmills, of which only one worked, and an elliptical. This property needs updating!

Very convenient with restaurants attached to giant parking lot. Easy parking friendly front desk service. Appreciate it greatly extra early Check in for the four rooms of the travelers who had traveled overnight straight through from Texas. The only reason why you got four star for facilities is due to the layout of the room. it would be nice if the bathroom area was located in a way that would not disturb the other sleeping people in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again and again service was five star price was excellent. Location was perfect.

We've been here before and always had a good experience, but this week our room was not clean when we checked in. There was a used glass in our room, mold on the shower curtain, and the sheets on one of the beds smelled pretty yucky. Breakfast was good as usual, though!

Both rooms i got put in had urine and hair on the outside of the toilets, hair in the showers, stuff all over the floor including garbage, hairs on all pillowcases and hair between the sheets. Stains on both of those as well. Dried toothpaste on the sink counter and fixtures, dried food in the microwave, smears all over the mirrors.

My overall rating is strictly due to the cleanliness, or lack of, in my room. There were strands of hair everywhere! The shower. The floor. The toilet. Even the cabinet to the microwave. So of course that made me feel like the entire room was not clean. I had been traveling all day so I dealt with it but it was very disappointing to experience.

Having stayed at a Hampton Inn the previous night, I was so happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The lobby smelled clean and looked neat and tidy. The furniture in the room was new and clean. The mattress and bedding was very comfortable and clean. Water pressure in the shower was even great! Excellent customer service by front desk employees.

We had a weeklong stay in June 2025. The beds were comfortable & the AC worked good but didn’t maintain set temp. We had great hot water in the shower & a spacious suite. The breakfast was good but disappointing they only had waffles on the weekend & lacked fruit options. Plus, seating in the dining area very limited & needs more. The hotel is conveniently located by shops & restaurants.

Great location with respect to restaurants. Lots of dining options. This hotel is right next to the highway. One side of the hotel is a bit quieter because it faces away from the highway. The other side has rooms that face the highway and it is pretty noisy. It didn't make for a good night's sleep. The rooms need a facelift and I noticed that the walls in the room looked dirty in places. We are a family of 5 and now that our kids are teens, even a suite us a bit tight for all of us. We used the pull out sofa and it looked clean, however the sheets smelled like they had been sitting in the closet for awhile during our one visit and during our other visit in the same week, there was no fitted sheet. However, when we requested fresh sheets both times, they brought them right away. Our family really enjoyed the breakfasts and the variety of options. 2 of us have celiac. We asked what they had that was gluten free and they brought out an Udi's breakfast muffin. Our second stay was met by a person passed out near the ice machine on the 3rd floor where our room was. Not sure if they were sleeping or passed out but they were lying in a weird position and their hood was over their head. We let the front desk know and they took care of it

Traveled with family for a soccer tournament. Loved the area and the room was great. Will def stay here again. Pros: spacious, clean, great area, close to lots of shopping and dining Cons: the air conditioner was not working very well and would randomly turn off. I like the room temp to be at 66 and it would turn off at 70

What a nice property. The room we stayed in was a suite— complete with a walk-in closet. The entire hotel is immaculate, including the back stairs. What a shame we couldn’t stay longer. The only negative was the traffic noise from the nearby highway.

Checked in late (11:30pm) just to sleep and then get up early and continue on home while traveling from Florida to Michigan. Got pjs on, used the rest room real quick and climbed Into bed. The noise from I-75 was loud. We weren’t even that close to it. The hotel was quiet since it was so late so I’m not sure if the whole hotel is noisy. Woke up early and jumped in the shower only to find that when I put the toilet seat down, there was feces all over the back of the toilet! Gross! I would have requested another room right away if I saw that the night before but we had hurried to bed. I told the manager and showed him the picture of it. He didn’t seem too grossed out by it. He just said he would Speak to housekeeping about it. I wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was busy and food was not stocked. Milk was gone. Waited for hot food to come out. It was new and looked nice but Cheaper hotels in area would have been better.

The room was dirty upon arrival. There were two hair bands visible in floor and small debris scattered about as though the room had not been vacuumed. There was a glass sitting next to the sign that talked about feeling safe because everything was clean and sanitized. The glass was so dirty that you couldn’t see through it. It was caked in something that looked like tomato juice. Sometime in the night loud noises started happening above us. By 4am our seven year old was even awake. There was no one at the front desk. When I did get ahold of someone, he was short and seemed irritated that I was complaining about the noise. He has apparently been working in the room above on a broken toilet and told me, “there was nothing to be done about it at the time.” Upon leaving a very nice lady asked us how our stay was. I told her about these things. She was kind but all she could do was offer the general managers card to ask for on our next visit. I understand a leak, but we were unable to sleep and some sort of compensation should have been offered or even a room swap.

This property has a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly, and property was clean and maintained. Only suggestion for improvement, would be cooking the hot items on the breakfast a bit longer, especially the breakfast meat. Would stay at this property again if in the area. Thank you.

We were so impressed with this hotel. It was so clean. We were also surprised with the amount of space we had in our room. There was 5 of us, and we had 2 queens with couch. Then the breakfast. It was so good and had great options. My favorite was the individual spinach, Swiss cheese quiche. The only issue I personally had was that the toilet seat didn’t seem to fit right. (Too small maybe). I slide and pinched my leg.
