Room was big and comfortable but very dirty. There were broken tiles in the bathroom that could lead to an injury/liability. Pool had poop in it. Continental breakfast was a paper bag with small juice, small muffin and crunchy granola bar. None of which my two year old could eat. Lots of sketchy people hanging around outside. Doors inside building were mostly broken/did not require card access so anyone could get in. Not family friendly. I was very nervous and felt unsafe the whole time traveling alone with my two year old.

The pool online says closed at 9 on the pool days 7 so we was swimming with the little kids and we got told by the maintenance guy he was gonna call the police if we didn’t get out of pool who closed a pool at 7 pm then the second night the pool was full of people and the guy who was working told us all to get out then he did call the police and we talked to the cop and she said they always call police even though they can’t do crap about if and after police left all kinds of people got back in the pool and no one said anything to them only when we all was out there never again will stay there they should have to give us refunds for no true information online that’s not ok and couldn’t get ahold of the person who owned the place either never ever dealt with that kind of hotel and won’t again

Dirty, have out bag breakfast,(breakfast bar & a sunny D, when they ran out that was it, not everyone got a bag, the floor was so dirty, don’t take your shoes off. Had to run the sink while taking a shower or you would hear a long noise the whole time u shower, water pressure in toilet was horrible. 1 set of towels had to get more for everyone else. The hotel wasn’t locked, anybody could be walking the halls. All the side doors were open for everybody just to walk in.

The elevator was out of order and we had specifically asked for lower floor rooms. We were told there were none available. The front desk gentleman told us that the elevator works there is just an out of order sigh so kids dont play on it. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom shower and near the toilet. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Facility is very old....security door would not close. Poor lighting, grout black in bath tile, refrigerator made so much noise i unplugged it. front room door hard to open and shut. Very little parking lot lighting...No one cleaned or serviced the room during my stay....breakfast was offered as a"sack" with no place to sit and eat. NOT a Days Inn or Wyndham property i would ever use again

Absolutely disgusting property. Zero stars overall. Exterior doors of building do not latch, and the whole place including rooms smell like smoke. Many homeless in the area as well. Stayed one night on our way to a second destination. Do not recommend to anyone

Pool was closed for repairs. Carpet wet and tacky and left feet dirty. No continental breakfast. Mold in shower and toilet. Fire safety system not up to code. But was pet friendly. Lower level room with access to small grass patch.

Pool was closed for first two days of our stay and even after it was open, it closed early. Ice machine not working, room not clean and needs major TLC. sliding glass door lock was broken. vending machines empty, and the breakfast they advertise is a bottle of water and a granola bar in a paper bag.

The room was musty and smelled horrible. It was dirty. The bed was hard like attempting to sleep on plywood. I left at 3:30 in the morning due to the smell and the bed. I would like my money back but know that will never happen. I expected more from the Days Inn name.

Worst Ever Hotel. Looks like its a rehab hospital for drug addicts. every single room was dirty/running with cockroaches - had to change 3 rooms. Front staff tries hard but seems management is highly incompetent. pls. remove it from your list of hotels. It gives very bad name to expedia

The hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned, shower couldn’t be used the shower head had such weak pressure, breakfast was a joke - a hostess cinnamon cake, water or sunny D and a snack bar all in a tiny brown bag. Ice all over parking lot and had to bring luggage over thick ice. Had to walk through ice to check in. Covered check in area had door locked to keep it from being used. Horrible, horrible, horrible

This place has ROACHES they were well aware of even telling me "we just sprayed that room." Rooms stank too and we had a 3 yr old with us. They also said because we booked through a third party they couldn't give us a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. And it's a days inn too .

we checked in for a one night stay and woke up to a ROACH crawling in the bed! we took pictures of the ROACH and immediately went to the front desk at 2:30AM! no apology was given to us, we were forced to drive home at 2;30 am, it was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the whole floor smelled like mildew!

Breakfast is a granola bar and bottle of water in a bag, no other options. No elevator, had to use stairs. Tiny lobby, barely room to check-in with a family of 4. Staff friendly. Room was ok, bathroom too small to turn around in. Was ok for the price but will not be back.

The pictures didn't match the room. The "hot tub" was a jetted tub in the bathroom and had very little power. It had a balcony but you had to step out the window and over the AC to get out there.

The rooms were somewhat comfortable with Extra firm beds. Front desk service was very kind. Overall clean BUT hallways smelled like smoke for a nonsmoking floor. Nice having patio doors on first floor. THERE IS NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!! A bag with beverage and granola bars is not a Continental breakfast. This should NOT be part of the hotels description and was a big disappointment. Rooms do have microwave and refrigerator so bring your own breakfast.

Didn’t check in until after ballgame around 11:30, we reserved a king size bed, ended up with a 2 full size beds, one you could feel the coils in it but the other one was okay. We have another room booked for this weeks game so I’m hoping we get our King bed which is reserved!

Beverly at front desk check in was amazing. Very kind. I would book again. The stay was nice the room is big. The pool is big and clean. It has a deep end. This hotel is definitely worth the money. Its homey, the only real thing I could say about it is that the toilet and tub drain slow.

Will never stay at this place again. Was not very clean at all. We returned to our room one of the nights and there was a rat running in front of one of the entrances. I usually give places a chance but this was by far the dirtest place I ever stayed at. The bed was comfortable. The walls are very thin, I'm glad we had a sound machine and no children with us. The jacuzzi tub was small but worked, just don't expect any privacy when using the bathroom.

The room was huge and the double king beds was a plus. The TV was tiny for a room so large. The hotel itself was very old and kind of run down. The plumbing in the room was terrible. The toilet did not flush unless you held it down and even then it barely flushed. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised as it being included.

The check in was fine. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and was able to switch me to a non- smoking room because I had mistakenly reserved a smoking room. However, I had a reservation for 170.68 but when the bill came up it was $223.00. The hotel would not honor my reservation. I will never stay at another Days Inn.

The front desk woman was assuming, rude and frankly incompetent. She said the wrong thing almost everytime. It took 30 min to checkin and then the after i che ked in surprise deposit of which the hotel said they were keeping $30 for a maintenance fee. That's bonkets.
The front desk woman was assuming, rude and frankly incompetent. She said the wrong thing almost everytime. It took 30 min to checkin and then the after i che ked in surprise deposit of which the hotel said they were keeping $30 for a maintenance fee. That's bonkets.

The rooms were somewhat comfortable with Extra firm beds. Front desk service was very kind. Overall clean BUT hallways smelled like smoke for a nonsmoking floor. Nice having patio doors on first floor. THERE IS NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!! A bag with beverage and granola bars is not a Continental breakfast. This should NOT be part of the hotels description and was a big disappointment. Rooms do have microwave and refrigerator so bring your own breakfast.

Facility is very old....security door would not close. Poor lighting, grout black in bath tile, refrigerator made so much noise i unplugged it. front room door hard to open and shut. Very little parking lot lighting...No one cleaned or serviced the room during my stay....breakfast was offered as a"sack" with no place to sit and eat. NOT a Days Inn or Wyndham property i would ever use again

The manager is especially kind, considerate went the extra mile. The maintenance man was so sweet and helpful. The front desk people's personality warms the place with a special spirit and a warm home for the night with soft beds, comfortable pillows & soft linens.cold fridge and microwave in rooms.Great hotel with hospitality award winners.

This hotel was in an unsavory part of town. People were asking for money in the parking lot. The side doors did not require a key to enter. Anyone could enter and cause issues. We understood that there was a continental breakfast and there wasn’t one when we asked…due to COVID??? Our bathrooms were outdated with cracked sinks and everything looked dirty. Our garbage cans were not emptied during our stay. We would not stay again.

I have booked this hotels several times in the last few months because it is right off the I64/I75 exits, close to UK hospital, comfy beds, clean sheets, helpful staff, peace and quiet to get good night sleep even though you can hear some interstate traffic go by once in a while.

Absolutely disgusting property. Zero stars overall. Exterior doors of building do not latch, and the whole place including rooms smell like smoke. Many homeless in the area as well. Stayed one night on our way to a second destination. Do not recommend to anyone

There was no breakfast as advertised. The coffee tasted as though it was made the night before. We reserved a king size bed and when arrived, it was not available. Then promised a better room with 2 king size beds. We ended up with two full size. The carpet was dirty and the beds are hard as rocks.

Breakfast was listed as continental and it was a bag meal. They had run out of meals by 8:50 so as I got there at 9:00 no food. They said it’s over at 9:00.( it was listed as until 9:30) So no food and it was going to be 15 minutes until the coffee was ready If you say breakfast I think I will get breakfast. It’s a perk of the price of staying somewhere for 9 hours

If we weren't exhausted I would have requested another room. There was an awful smell. The toilet was sometimes quiet, but sometimes when you flushed it made an extraordinary screaming noise that went on for minutes. If you chose it because breakfast was included, only if you consider breakfast to be coffee and a paper bag containing 2 granola bars and 4 tiny donuts, don't be fooled (to be fair, my traveling partner's bag also had a small orange juice.)

The property was close to my daughter school I was visiting for the weekend. Please let them know to stop advertising room including breakfast, it was a Grab and go! A brown bag with two bars a small bottle of water or a Small Sunny D. Kids size.

Pool was pretty much locked my whole visit. Toilet super low to ground. Found contact lenses in our bedding when neither of us wear them. Clearly they don't check dresser because I found random Metallica pants in there. Shower pressure sucked and the breakfast is a to go bag of mini water with crumb coffee cake from hostess and like granola bar. I won't be returning or recommending.

Pool was closed for repairs. Carpet wet and tacky and left feet dirty. No continental breakfast. Mold in shower and toilet. Fire safety system not up to code. But was pet friendly. Lower level room with access to small grass patch.

This place is showing its age - it's a bit run down and shabby looking, but the rooms were still clean. The app shows that breakfast is included, but that is completely wrong, unless you consider a bag with a breakfast bar and bottle of water a breakfast. At least that was what the person at the front desk tols us was offered. We never actually managed to get hold of one. I see other reviews saying the place is a mess. I think people should give them some grace as they are renovating to update. Our room was spotless. The only thing was the pillows were not comfortable and breakfast was lacking a Would stay again

Room was clean and large, but the floors were dirty. Beds were comfortable. Sink didn't drain well. Hallways were dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast was a joke. A $100 deposit was charged for incidentals which was not found out until we checked in.
