Nice area for parking, helpful staff and clean spacious room.

I would stay here as a last resort. Unclean bathroom conditions including what looked like nlood stain in toilet, stains on phones, desk, windows that I had to clean. Blown out light bulbs in lamp, not enough towels left for all guests or pillows, sheets sets. I was told by the front desk clerk these issues were being noted and I would be reached out to by management to be comped for stay especially since they did not have another room to put us in and it HAS NOT HAPPENED after almost a week. When I called to get resolved what sounded like a rude young and very unprofessional woman picked up the phone and was so nasty I had to hang up. Do not go here. You deserve a better place to lay your head at night after a road trip

Good Place to stay clean

Room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent

I did not eat the breakfast- but- everyone else seemed happy. I smelled good. Parking was very easy. The room was clean- comfortable and thoughtfully organized. Most importantly everything workedwat- heat - air- plenty of hot water and towels. And amazinglythe little fridge and microwave were clean- new - and worked perfectly- unlike other properties ive stayed at. The little table with chairs was a nice touch. A clean not wirn out blanket was folded neatly in the closet- it was 30 degrees in the morning n the 2nd of May. The only items that might be improved .would be widening the doorway to the elevator. It is difficult to get the very unique and perfect luggage carrier into the elevator. Yes the building did show a little wear and tear on the way up to the room and lobby area. But- for someone who was very tired coming in- it was an extremely pleasant experience overall. I will definitely come back. Thank you for my pleasant experience.
