They failed to warm us of the techno fest next door. The noise level was about 70dB peaking at 90dB, which is very not ok. The walls were vibrating and stuff in the room were clattering in tune. The staff was less than helpful and kept insisting they had told us of the event in advance and that they couldn't do anything for us. The place was well kept, clean and the staff was nice albeit not very competent.

The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant served very good food. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. However, despite booking a room with a garden view, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. The room became very warm, and since there was no air conditioning, we had to sleep with the windows open. Unfortunately, this meant a lot of noise from passing cars, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom ventilation was also poor. There were visible stains on the walls and ceiling in Deluxe Room 114, which were likely caused by the lack of proper ventilation. Installing air conditioning and improving the ventilation would make the stay much more comfortable.
