Amazing. We wish pool was up and running but otherwise it was a great experience

Hotel was ok. Kitchen area was great for extended stay. Pool was closed the entire time and there was air quality alert the whole stay so hard to justify anything better than ok. Spent much more money than we were planning due to pool issue.

Location Nice. Inside our room, Carpet dirty, sofa stained and dirty. Sofa pull out had no cushion,very uncomfortable. Bath room holes, wallpaper coming down, mold in shower,tiles were extremely dirty had to wear flip flops in shower, mold around the door. Pool was closed, reason we booked so kids could swim. Staff needs a training lesson.

We purposely booked a room here because of the indoor pool and continental breakfast. When we checked in there was no mention the pool was closed. When asked, after reading the sign on the pool entrance, they allowed us to go nearby to a pool, however it was an inconvenience. They said it may open soon however it never did. We also needed to use the pull out bed for kids. The mattress was disgusting and all kinds of crumbs were found under it when we went to make the bed. The room itself is starting to look rundown/worn. Minus the couch it appeared clean however. The heating unit kicked on and off all night and was extremely loud. The sewage system must have also been near by because we could hear water traveling through the pipes. We assumed it was every time someone flushed the toilet because it was too often for it to just be the room above us. The bed was not comfy and combination of all of this may it difficult to get a goods night sleep. The breakfast was mediocre in comparison to others we’ve had at similar stays. The staff was friendly, but no one asked how our stay was at checkout. We had to cancel a night due to needing to leave earlier than expected and the manager I spoke to on the phone prior to our arrival was very helpful. Expedia was less than helpful in that process despite paying the extra fee to be able to change/cancel the reservation. Overall, we were glad we only needed to stay 1 night.

This property has a really good staff. My husband and I were there for 9 nights over the holidays. The first night a storm went through and dropped the temperatures to 20 below zero with 2 to 3 inches of snow. I am temporarily disabled and we were in an ADA suite with a roll-in shower. During the night, our suite's furnace went out and the high winds blew in the insulation around the hole in the wall where the furnace lines went outside. We had artic air and snow literally blowing in all night. In the morning when I went out to let them know, Ronnie, the assistant manager and the hotel's engineer sprang into action. They brought in space heaters to warm up the room while they investigated the problem. It ended up to be something that needed a major repair. To put us someplace warm, they moved us to a regular suite and brought in a shower chair. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is showing some wear and tear and the whirlpool no longer exists but signage is still up and it is still listed online. But those are minor. I will stay here again soon.

Unfortunately the outdoor spaces could really use some attention. I know that's not usually a big concern when looking at a hotel, but it is when you are there for an extended stay. Plus it really does set the tone and first impression. Weeds (some waist high) are everywhere. The patio furniture is falling apart and extremely worn. The shrubs are overgrown and make navigating the sidewalks interesting. The sidewalks are full of gravel and tree debris in places, making using the luggage dolly really difficult. The rooms are nice and roomy, but also could use some care and deep cleaning. The carpets leave a filmy feeling on bare feet and the tile is sticky even after housekeeping cleans. And despite being a smoke-free hotel, when the air conditioner kicks on it smells like cigarette smoke. I've stayed at a few Residence Inns for extended work trips (months) and this is the worst yet.

The hotel is exactly what you expect from a Marriott Residence Inn. Cordial staff upon check in although I still find it annoying when staff are on the phone during check in having personal conversations. But it was wrapped quickly and everything else was fine. Pool was being cleaned so they arranged for guests to use facilities at the Courtyard immediately next door. All in all a good experience.

Pool was closed. Was told we could use the pool next door. That was also closed.

Smelled like smoke horribly. Found dead bugs around our room and mold in a second room with people we traveled with. Staff was friendly and property location was good!

I stay here starting on Wednesday night to Monday morning (check out) the room was never clean by housekeeping staff for my whole stay. Toilet would not flush properly even told the front desk about the issue and it was never fixed. The area around the hotel was nice and convenient for shopping, but the overall stay was not pleasant.

All common areas nicely arranged and clean. Hallways vaccumed and elevators moped. Room very nice and clean. Pleasant staff and great service.

Motors for heater fan and bathroom ventilation very noisy. Internet VPN did not allow use of streaming service. Otherwise, very nice.

Everything was okay EXCEPT the matters. First night I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Mattress was ruined on one side and had not noticed until sat on it late at night. In the morning I asked front desk to replace it and in no time maintenance replaced it with a NEW one. Second night I was able to sleep. Sure enough third night again the mattress went sideways on one side. Apparently Marriott is purchasing the cheapest mattress available in the market. P.S. I am 195 lbs person.

The faucet in the bathroom dripped. They let us change room. In the new room the mini fridge would turn on making a clicking noise from time to time.

Staff was extremely friendly.Breakfast was superb. No ice machine. Our floor stunk of trash and a musty funk. Room was great, only issue was AC running was an extremely loud roar.

Staff......including various folks at the front desk and the lady who handled breakfast.....were super friendly. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was serviceable. It had enough variety to meet our basic needs. Gravy and biscuits would have been a great addition! Room was more than adequate.....well furnished for our needs. . Desk was so much more useable than most hotel desks.....plenty of room...well furnished.....bed was super comfy! I slept well all 5 nights. Stove had one dead burner and the stove overhead light didnt work. Cabinets are on their "last legs".......door under sink hung off its hinge badly.......door dead bolt wouldn't work. Nothing major however and the room appeared clean. Sofa was more than comfortable......accidentally fell asleep on it one night. Good stay for reasonable price. Nice area with plenty of shops and food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Big suite

It was a pretty good RI. Nothing special or memorable to speak of. If you haven’t stayed in these; it has spacious layouts with separated bedrooms and sitting area. Staff at my late check-in was very friendly and very helpful. I just wish RI would refund the security deposits quicker than the month it always takes. I’m at a different one twice a week so it adds up.

We are seniors and had a suite with two bedrooms each with their own bath and TV. It allowed me to watch the ball games while my wife read in the privacy of her room. Easy access to the beltway and downtown. Plenty of shopping nearby.

The only thing I didn’t like was the chairs, couch and tv’s could have been updated. Leather was old, fabrics on the couch was worn and tv’s were small.

Great facility; incredibly friendly and hospitable staff! The "breakfast" crew was wonderful, and even learned our eating habits during our 10-day stay, and catered to us!

This is a great stay for the value. KELLY was at the front desk and was EXTREMELY helpful and always had a smile on her face when passing through the lobby( 10 out of 10 all the way for her)!!!!! HOWEVER, another front desk staff(young girl, was unable to see her name) was extremely rude, spoke over me and was more concerned with getting her point across rather than listening to questions. She was so obnoxious that I told her to "take it down a notch" to which she rolled her eyes, and continued to present in a rude and condescending manner. Not a good person to have to interact with after a long trip! If it wasn't for Kelly, I would have only given customer service a one. This young girl needs to learn how to properly interact with guests, it is not her strong suit!

Front desk associate is always welcoming and was also able to accommodate my request in a timely manner. Also, location of hotel stay has lots of shopping and dining options within walking or driving distance. It was perfect for myself and significant other's overnight trip.

We checked in late & we would have asked for a different room, because the room smelled of smoke (smoke free hotel) & the pillows stank of men\'s cologne. We had just finished a 11 hour drive & were exhausted so we put aside the pillows & dealt with the smoke smell. When I complained the next morning all I got was "Sorry, that shouldn\'t have been like that" No offer of a credit at all. Won\'t stay there ever again.

Stay was average. Rooms were dated and musty, but clean. Breakfast was nearly cleaned out 30-45 minutes before it was scheduled to end, no waffle batter, out of eggs and biscuits/gravy. Think this place is fine for a one night stay if you just need a place to rest, but would never want to stay here long term.

Nice layout! Shower leaks into wall. Ran out of food for breakfast an hour before serving time ended no accommodation for fire stick/roku viewing!

This place was so lovely - quiet, restful, breakfast was top notch. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The beds were very small, they were suppose to be queen but were smaller in size. The shampoo dispenser did not have shampoo. The trash cans were not empty. The breakfast quality was just so so. Not up to Marriott standards.
