Four stars instead of five stars for a couple of reasons. All of the desk staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast food was the best out of any hotel I have ever stayed at. There is a laundry room but it is poorly ventilated and becomes like a sauna when using the dryer. The bathroom door in the room itself would not close all the way. I stayed five nights. Upon my return after being gone most of the day on the second day, I discovered my coin purse was missing. I reported this to the front desk and canceled maid service for the rest of my stay. Upon checking out, management offered to compensate me for the monetary loss and investigate the matter internally. It's too bad I couldn't enjoy the service of a freshly cleaned room each day. Overall, I give the hotel a good rating and would stay there again.

The room was good apart from the smell it had. The staff was great, they gave us some waters to take to the louder than life festival. Breakfast was okay. It was the same thing every day and there were no eggs, just biscuits, sausage, gravy. After room service cleaned our room, they left us with 1 towel between my partner and I. Definitely not worth the cost $1500 for a 4 night stay.

This hotel gets 3/5 stars solely because the staff was extremely helpful and they did accommodate me and my friends very well! They were the nicest staff I think I’ve ever experienced with a hotel. However, the beds were super stiff and uncomfortable, there were no comforter blankets just very thin blankets so the sheets were basically a blanket, the free breakfast was very questionable looking sausages (I bit into a stiff cold sausage one morning), the TV in our room on the last night exploded when we turned it on and white smoke came out everywhere (not necessarily the hotels fault TV’s break) and we had to replace our room cards I think 4 times or more cause they kept breaking. The staff should be praised though as they were extremely nice and they were always available and helpful! They helped everytime something was wrong with the cards and took the tv out of our room and made sure everything was okay. The staff is who should recognized!
