Extended Stay America - Louisville - Hurstbourne

Building was under renovation. First thing you smell when entering is weed and cigarettes. Microwave was 21 years old and filthy. No cookware of any kind despite the description saying otherwise. Floors and walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone and everything.

I was not impressed with the service. I asked for an accessible room and they put me on 2nd floor of main building. I also asked for 2 beds and got 1 beds. The remodeling was never mentioned and I would have liked a room with a stove because I like to bake without interruptions that what made choose the hotel.

The staff was super nice and answered all of my questions.

Front desk was super helpful and polite. Room is quite clean. I would stay again.
