Everything was good the room was clean the bed was comfy

Room was clean but old. This property could use a remodel. We booked several rooms for family. Several of the doors did not close well. The bathrooms are tiny and have old bathtubs and small vanity. The staff was very friendly and kind. Walls & doors are thin so you could hear everything going on in hallway and rooms next to you.

It was a ok stay. They rented us a room that was having work done in the bathroom that was not finished. Refrigerator was not working, it was running but was not cold.. We were planning on using it, but had to rely on ice packs. It was ok, but stayed at better Best Westerns in the surrounding area.

I checked into the hotel at about 11pm. I booked a room with a king size bed. The room I booked hadn’t been cleaned so they offered a different room with 2 queens. When I got to that room, there were pillows with no pillow cases on them all on a pile on the bed and there were no clean bath towels. I had to call down for the pillow cases and towels. The next night, friends I was traveling with that booked another room at this hotel found a live mouse in their room. We all checked out immediately! At the time we were checking out, there were others chatting out for the same reason, a mouse in their room.

I didn't eat breakfast. parking was fine
