Made a reservation for my wife who stranded on the side of the road with our grandson after the car broke down. It was 3am I made a reservation and was told she could not check in until 3pm, then at 3pm was told I needed to be present in order for her to check in sooooo, they sat in the heat in the the car and at the auto shop all day, was never able to check in, I was not able to get my money back or even modify the reservation. The person that answered the phone was rude and my wife and grandchild was stranded hours away from home

Clean roomy double room. Found huge roofing nails on the floor, likely from a contractor crew staying there previously but concerning that housekeeping didn't find them. Breakfast was not good. Few options, garbage spilling everywhere and coffee was terrible. Pool was nice and also clean. Overall it was fine for a one night stay for my family.
