The hotel is very old needs upgrading

The room felt dirty. It was extremely loud our last night there and the smell of smoke was so strong I don’t even know if it was cigarettes. I did not feel safe at all. There is no breakfast not even coffee. No coffee in the room. The vending machines had food that looked old. The room was so small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The pool was not even in the stages of being opened. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

We were just there for bush gardens stay so we weren’t looking for a hotel that was expensive because we were literally only there to sleep! We had 3 rooms and the beds were nice and clean but our AC went out in one but the front desk immediately moved us to a suite which was a lot larger at no charge ! The front desk was very kind and helpful! They should not advertise breakfast though . It wasn’t available

Room was overall clean but flat parts and crevices of shower were moldy. Bed had a sheet and a sheet-thickness cover which offered minimal warmth. Bed was overall comfortable, fine for a place to sleep.

Good sleep, but dated. Needed some cleaning.
