Only issue I had was both elevators where not working which made for long get up and get down time otherwise everything was perfect close to everything food is all around

Excellent breakfast staff food was delicious large variety. The fresh omelette had every topping and filling you could want even choice of turkey sausage. The pool was clean. Staff was warm and friendly. We will return.

The property is good. Breakfast and snacks at night were good. The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one elevator working and it was super slow. You had to wait a long time to be able to use it.

Property said pool with spa but there was no spa for years when asked. Bar tender was grumpy and no smile. They did not gave us the receipt for deposit hold, said that Expedia will send. I don’t know if my deposit hold was refunded.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. Cocktails hour was nice and so was breakfast. The pool was warm as well during Winter. Thank you for making my stay feel welcoming, and comfortable.

It was one night. The staff seemed disinterested in being there. The room was cramped. Worn and beat up. I wouldn’t have paid the rate I did for the room that we had if I had known. Will never stay at this property again. Couch stained. Wood furniture broken. Things not cleaned well.

This property is old - desperately in need to renovations. Our room was repulsively gross - hair all over the bathroom. Pubic hair. The pull out couch mattress was filthy. We were not able to use the pull up out couch because of the filth. Also, the noise in the lobby was awful. There was a family reunion and folks were yelling well into 11pm with no staff asking them to quiet down. I do not recommend this property

Embassy Suites of Williamsburg Va. is a great place to stay. From check in to check out the staff was great, the room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The staff was great but the hotel was not as clean as an embassy suites usually is. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and must. Our hotel room was not clean. There was a used tooth flosser stuck on our drapes. The coffee cups were dirty and clearly used.

Carpet was soak, near air condition unit in my room. There was used soap with hair on it, in an already open box left in the so called clean room. So we were moved to a different room. The second room had a banana on the floor under the table near the sleep sofa area.

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty to choose from. The staff was happy and polite. Our room did have a strange smell and our bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor. The lamp bases where the on and off button is were sticky and the phones were nasty and would not call to front desk.

We had a one night stay at the embassy to enjoy the park in the area. Well the hotel itself was nice and the staff seemed to be nice upon check in. We got to our room and there’s where the problems began. The pull out couch was full of chip crumbs that had been left and not cleaned from a previous stay. The linens were stained and not able to be replaced. Mildew or mold was growing from one part of the ceiling. Called the front desk and they basically said it would be ok because they haven’t had any other complaints. The hotel was maxed out and we couldn’t be moved to a different room. I really expected more from this hotel.

The bathroom lighting was terrible, too dim at the mirror, and the air conditioning was unusually noisy. That said, the sound proofing around the room was excellent and the bed comfortable. Fun pool for the kids and very convenient location for seeing the sights.

While this isn’t the most updated property in the area its rooms are spacious and cozy. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is delicious. Elevators need a serious upgrade but other than that it was a good stay while on business in the area.

Really solid breakfast at this location, so that was great. The hotel seems a little dated and worn. Room was clean but they could use an updating as well. They advertise that the room sleeps six, but the beds are double and the pull out bed was double - so for even normal size human beings that gets pretty tight.

Property was conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg but is old even though they have renovated some parts of the room(s). The air was stuck on low, you could not adjust it to a higher speed and it did not work at all in the bathroom.

Had a great experience as always, but the bedroom area is super tight. You pay decently per night, and I think it’s primarily for the awesome included breakfast. The women who make the omelettes and French toast from scratch are fantastic in just about every way. I’ll be back just to see them again! Nice hotel tho, aside from the smaller space in the bedroom, I’d say it’s otherwise fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites! We experienced a mishap with our vehicle (dead battery) and two hotel employees went above and beyond to get us back on the road! I will recommend this establishment to anyone and will stay here again and again!

Our stay was superb!! I’ve never experienced such happy, welcoming employees!! Everyone from front desk to custodian, housekeeping, EVERYONE always greeted you in hallway, at breakfast, at the pool, everywhere on the property. On our last day I asked Patrick “why is everyone so happy?” His poignant and simple reply, “why not??” What a wonderful attitude! I will most certainly visit this property again!! And to ALL of your employees, Keep Up the Good Work!!

Breakfast and friendly and amazing staff great you with smiles every morning. For the price cannot beat location and free breakfast. Again free breakfast which was not terrible for the price. Walkable right to mini golf. Snacks arw put out at night for later afternoon snack. Quiet. Pet friendly- we do not have pets but an allergy child and no issues with cleanliness of rooms. Had late check in and no issues and front desk was accommodating.

Everything was awesome about this trip. I love this hotel, spacious clean, awesome breakfast- all of the breakfast staff make you feel like your mama's cooking your breakfast. It is close to all of the spots on the Williamsburg main strip of Richmond Road that we like to go to. Even the bed was the most comfortablest. Really loved Corey's soul food another excellent place to eat, added to one of our old favorites, which is Captain George's. It is so welcoming that all of the staff make you feel like they really want you to feel at home and it's not just a job. Last but not least, Meadows, frozen custard is to die for.

Property was conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg but is old even though they have renovated some parts of the room(s). The air was stuck on low, you could not adjust it to a higher speed and it did not work at all in the bathroom.

The rooms were very spacious and up to date. The location was great - just outside of Colonial Williamsburg, but an easy drive. Lots of parking in CW, so not a problem to not be walking distance.

Housekeeper left trash outside the room door when they cleaned the room. I let the front desk know and they said they would get it cleaned up right away. No one cleaned it and it was still there when I checked out. Food is very mediocre; coffee is terrible.

What a great place. Staff was exceptional. The breakfast was first class. It saves me $$ by having a great breakfast, more than I have ever had at any other hotel that said they had free breakfast. Cocktails included at 5:30 pm every day. Didn't need to buy drinks for dinner, another money saver. I will always look for an Embassy Suites when I need a hotel!!!

Hotel was clearly understaffed- workers they did have were amazing - dedicated and kind, professional and helpful. Elevator was ancient. We were on the top floor (5th) and wound up using the stairs 5-6 times a day. Breakfast included was nice - omelets to order, even turkey bacon and almond milk for coffee. Room was always clean. Parking lot had plenty of spots.

Our stay was truly wonderful ! Check in was a breeze , our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed as a family of four . The pool was so much fun , the complimentary breakfast is amazing as well as the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening ! This was such a hit with our kids ! We also ate dinner at the lounge there and it was excellent and beat out the local restaurants in taste and price ! The staff are all so kind and warm and welcoming ! We really enjoyed everything about our stay and can’t wait to return again !

Excellent breakfast staff food was delicious large variety. The fresh omelette had every topping and filling you could want even choice of turkey sausage. The pool was clean. Staff was warm and friendly. We will return.

Great stay, the room was clean but the exterior walls in hallway need to be cleaned and the elevator is in dire need of an upgrade, it was extremely slow. Love the Manager’s reception and breakfast, they are EXCELLENT

Odd smell in room. Kind of musty like they can't get the moisture out of the air. Mattress is horrible. Pillows are even worse. Breakfast is great though! And the evening reception is nice as well. Pool was nothing special but it was there at least so I guess that means something. If it was $50 cheaper per night, I'd give it a higher rating.

I loved fact that its location was in walk or short drive to restaurants, shopping and play areas. Recommend stay for couples and families alike. The free breakfast was phenomenal with fresj real food options. The only packaged food items were the milk (to include almond milk) and yogurt 😋

The hotel has nothing Embassy suites. They have a maintenance issue and more importantly an air conditioning problem. The big fan at the lobby is a bad sign and rooms are moisty so even if they clean. It doesn’t feel clean
