They seemed to run out of plates for the breakfast but other than that it was a good experience.

Overall, it was a great stay. However, there were a few issues. My access door key was not working, and I had to continuously inform the front desk about it. The breakfast was okay; I wish hotels would recognize that not everyone eats pork and could offer turkey alternatives instead. Additionally, the elevator was very slow, so keep that in mind. On a positive note, the staff members were very friendly and professional. The hotel is conveniently located near eateries and shops off Richmond Road, making it a great spot. My family chose this hotel instead of staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and purchased "Day Passes" instead.
