This was the best hotel for the price. great breakfast options, staff was super friendly. bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. internet was free and was fast. I used the washer and dryer and it came with complimentary detergent. the shower was clean, water pressure was amazing, and was super hot water I would recommend anyone to stay here and next trip I take I will be staying here

Went for a soccer tournament. Great value for the $. Comfy bed, nice shower, laundry self-service (2 washers and 2 dryers) and a very good hot breakfast each morning (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, bagels, pastries, juice, etc).

After going to our original hotel and making a switch to the Sleep Inn, we couldn’t have been happier! The pool was awesome, Judie was a sweetheart! Beds were super comfortable!!!

The hotel eli's well-kept though the rooms are dated and carpets are a bit ragged in places. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was fine - basic continental and some hot items. Not vegan friendly for breakfast, but a good tea selection and fresh oranges were available. Usable fitness center.

We had a good stay. The one thing that needs attention to is the indoor pool area. The windows do not open so it can get extermely hot and humid. The kids didn't seem to mind.

At check in we were given a room key and when we got to the room there was already someone in it smoking weed smhh…we went back down and she gave us another room within seconds. That room was good other than the door did not fit in the frame so light came in and it wasn’t the most quiet but not anything we would call to try and get another room for. AC was great and nice we had food every morning. Pool wasn’t very big but it did the job. I would refer family and friends with a budget to absolutely to stay here

Excellent stay!! Andre at the desk welcomed us every time we entered the hotel. The hotel was quiet, well managed, well maintained, very clean, very comfortable. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! The Golden Corral in the parking lot was excellent for breakfast (if you want something different)and dinner! We had no complaints!

Been here before. The staff is always awesome. The rooms are typically a great value. However, this room had a distinct mildew smell that tranferred to everything we brought. The couch and love seat smelled less than fresh.

Aside from the AC in my room struggling ( I think it just needed a tune up) and therefore making it damp, the room was clean and the place was decent. Staff was great.

The front desk clerk, Andre was very accommodating of our needs. His personality was warm and friendly and he cordially greeted us coming and going from the hotel. He made our stay most enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate booking another stay in this hotel.

Judie is AMAZING! She accommodated our early check-in. She moved us to the 3rd floor when I requested the move. She helped my family find fun and offbeat places to eat and visit. I cannot say enough nice things about her!

My bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed and when I called the location to confirm my stay the employee that I spoke with was rude. I told her no need for an attitude and she informed me that’s how she talks to ppl. I spent over $300 I should of stayed else where

Stay was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Andre greeted us when we got there. He made sure our stay was perfect and helped us find food when we got in from Busch Gardens late. Room was also very clean and sheets were soft.

The check-in and check-out processes were flawless. Really easy to do so. the attendant at the desk was very informative and explained where all the amenities were located within the hotel. I checked in rather late, around 11pm so the information from the reception desk in a polite and nice manner was really well received and appreciated.

Have stayed here twice now and the stay is always great. Ms Judi at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and the property is well kept with comfy beds and a shower with great pressure! Will be back again for sure.

Despite being in a handy location, it was quiet and the grounds were quite attractive. The room was super-clean, beds comfortable, and the hosts for both check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious: hot, and lots of good stuff! Breakfast room large and staff attentive.The only minor problem with the room was that the sink stopper was detached from the mechanism so we had to pry it up and remove it in order to let the water drain...we reported it as we left: very minor and I'm sure easily repaired.

The staff at Sleep Inn are very friendly and helpful! The location is well situated, you can walk to several restaurants in the area. It is obvious that they take pride in their establishment! If you are visiting Busch Gardens, the "Busch Bus" is the way to go. The owner, Chris, picks you up and drops off right in front of the gates.

I liked the fact that Golden Correl and other restaurants were close by. The internet service was horrible. I had to go home to pay bills. The rooms were cleaned and personnel were friendly! It was a very peaceful visit! I wish they didn’t serve sane breakfast of sausage everyday but was okay!

Room was odd Oval shower smallest bathroom I've ever seen I a hotel. Breakfast ended early Had to go elsewhere for food. When I walked into the dining area she was pulling everything but it was still there She said we're closed It's over. I guess someone else was going to get the remaining eggs and sausage Fortunately there was a Wawa, and cracker barrel nearby.

Check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. He continued to welcome me back each evening with a warm greeting. Breakfast is expensive with all the options one might expect from a hotel breakfast. (Make your own waffles, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, danish, milk, coffee, tea, juices, etc) The breakfast room seats about 30 and can get busy but people were respectful and aware of the space. The staff member running the area was attentive, friendly, and was constantly checking up on, restocking, or cleaning, the area. The room was comfortable, clean, and met or exceeded expectations for the price. Golden Corral is in the same parking lot with a few other restaurants in walking distance.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Particularly the night shift fellow.. I believe his name was Andre (not sure). Every time we would return to the hotel he would cheerfully greet us with "welcome back!" and actually seemed to mean it. Nice to chat with and very friendly. The breakfast was great except the choice of meat. One day we had sausage and what was supposed to be a biscuit or roll but was a stale hamburger bun with some unidentifiable weird sausage patty looking yuck thing. The next day it was sliced weiners cooked. Kind of strange. Would have been great to have some just plain sausage patties or bacon or something everyone knows and loves as a protein. Very few diabetic/low carb choices. Did have a good variety though.

This was the best hotel for the price. great breakfast options, staff was super friendly. bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. internet was free and was fast. I used the washer and dryer and it came with complimentary detergent. the shower was clean, water pressure was amazing, and was super hot water I would recommend anyone to stay here and next trip I take I will be staying here

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing after long days touring Williamsburg. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hot breakfast was a bit disappointing - there were typical continental breakfast items - cereal, mini muffins, juice and coffee, and then the hot breakfast had scrambled eggs and two forms of sausages each morning. It would be nice to see more variety, such as other breakfast meats and potatoes. On our last day, we decided not to bother with the breakfast that was included in the price of our room.

Our room was spectacular the staff was pretty great!! My only complaint is that it states there is a “buffet” breakfast and there is not. There is a waffle maker, some bacon and sausage and some eggs and then the cereal, oatmeal, yogurt etc. and it wasn’t terrible but it was not a buffet as advertised . Just want others to be aware so they are not disappointed as I was!

The staff at check in was amazingly warm and kind. He made our visit to this no frills hotel worthwhile. The rest of the facility was adequate for one night. The pool was a great bonus for the kids but breakfast was mediocre. The bed was comfy and water was hot. Be weary of black mold starting to grow on bathroom ceiling.
