Front desk clerk Elijah was very accommodating when I informed him I'd be arriving after office hours. Property was quiet, pleasant, secure and within walking distance of multiple convenience stores/gas stations. Best of all, the price estimated for the stay was the price I paid! No hidden taxes or fees!

Staff was great, this area is really busy with Semi traffic. Unfortunately there is construction going on in the area as well and a lot of the crew is staying at the motel with their big trucks which made parking very challenging.

Easy check-in. Rooms were very clean with new modern furniture and nice bedding. Staff was helpful with accommodating parking for our truck and trailer. Definitely will stay here again. Room looked recently remodeled, fresh and clean.

Overall the stay was very nice. Only complaint would be we parked in a single space lane close to our unit but were told that that space was reserved for autos with boats. Yet an hour later another guest parked there without a boat. Suggest putting up a sign at that spot designating it for vehicles with boats.

Pros: Convenient for our travel needs, AC worked, fridge with freezer section, microwave, tv (limited stations), beds were ok for a night, easy parking. Cons: Towels are thin and stained and need to be relegated to the car washing pile and replaced. They were clean but didn’t look clean. The biggest issue we had was we put out the do not disturb sign and left for a bit, yet someone came in our room anyway and took our towels without replacing them. They didn’t do any cleaning so this made us feel like they only came in to scope out our things. We didn’t find anything missing (thank goodness), but then we also take our valuables with us when we leave any hotel or motel room.

I pulled in and was immediately greeted with racist signage. I couldn't cancel because id already booked without cancellation. Went in and it was like a shrine to Trump. Got my room. The floor was stained. There was blood spatter above the bathroom mirror on the wall. Im a funeral director. So i know blood on a wall when i see it. The bathrub had a hole worn in the plastic coating The mattress was awful. The bedding smelled like stale smoke.

Looks like a typical road side inn. This belies a clean, freshly remodeled and well-appointed room. Nice! Towels could be newer and didn't look so fresh (hey, appearances count). Overall, a good place to stay.

We arrived during a power outage in the entire Biggs Junction area. Regardless, the owner unlocked the door of our room (no power = no keys could be made) The power came back on in a few hours and we spent a very comfortable night. Three Rivers Inn is family owned and operated and a gray place to stay in that area. Even though there are a few truck stop type gas stations near, it’s quiet and calm. The owners are welcoming and the place is one of the cleanest motels I’ve stayed in. It’s my go-to stay while on my way to southern Oregon

The room was clean. The multiple trucks stops outside made for 2 noisy nights, it’s absolute chaos 20ft from the door. They only offer coffee and the lobby itself looks like a swap meet. The towels were dingy and very musty smelling like they’ve been left in the washer too long. No maid service to remove our overflowing trash bags. We won’t be back.

Motor inn with exterior entries. It was clean & in decent condition in the room. Exterior has lots of cracks in 2nd floor cement. Steps extremely steep to 2nd floor. Bed too firm to my liking

The property is old but the rooms have been updated with good AC, micro, refrigerator, TV’s in both living room and bedroom. Updated bathroom. And, overall everything was very clean. Staff was kind, accommodating and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The check-in staff was wonderful, but the hotel is on a very busy corner. The sound insulation is pretty good considering all the noise. The room is clean but the AC is insufficient for the heat. I keep my house at 81-83 degrees (for comparison) and found this room uncomfortably warm.

We only stayed one night but when we walked into our room we were pleasantly surprised to find we had a suite (bedroom/livingroom separate. The room was super clean, beds comfy. There was no way for heat or air to reach into the bedroom and there was no fan so we were pretty warm when trying to sleep. The easy fix would be to provide a fan.

Called ahead to let them know we wouldn’t be in until midnight. Front desk took care of all the paperwork and room key was under the mat when we arrived. Walked in went right to sleep! They couldn’t have been more helpful thank you three rivers.

The room was clean. The water was hot. The bed was a bit too firm and pillows could be replaced. It was in a noisy location. Desk clerk did not give instructions on where to leave the key. But we eventually found a key box.

This property isnt the newest, but it IS the cleanest I have stayed at in years! The owners are very hands on, friendly and accommodating. The location is at a busy interstate, yet it’s been quiet and wonderful sleep three visits now. I will continue to plan my drives around a stay at Three Rivers Inn in Biggs Junction. Thank you.

The room was great for my family of six. What was concerning is the maid service waking us up at 9:00 with a 11:00 check out and then 30 minutes later another maid coming in with his key as we where getting ready for the day. It felt pushy and a little unsafe at his point with him opening the door after the 1st maid clearly knew we where in the room and our car in the parking lot right outside the door.

They say the hotel is per friendly. Not! Here is perfect example of discrimination: we arrive, they ask what kind of dog we have, we said German Shepherd. The guy said we don’t allow German Shepherds because they are big and too much hair. We are like, but you allow us to book it in advance. Nowhere does it says our dog is off limits. In fact if I was traveling without our dog I would not even try to use their washroom. It looks dirty, and run down. So, after driving over 10 hours that day we turned around, walked away and keep driving looking for another hotel. They won’t let us in with our very well behaved older dog. Horrible customer service and a first for us gettin discriminated against our dog.

Several truck stops in the area, so it was very busy. Not many options for eating other than fast food. Cute room and relatively quiet for the busy area. I would recommend staying here but but it is not The Ritz.

The motel was clean and comfortable. The community is basically a giant truck stop, which I didn’t realize until we arrived. The a/c units blocked out any noise, and we all slept soundly. We had superb Indian food nearby, which was an unexpected treat. We were definitely put off by the giant “Let’s Go Brandon” sign hanging on the side of the building. Everyone is obviously entitled to their political views, but it seems risky to hang something so inflammatory on the side of your building and risk alienating customers.

This motel appeared to have been remodeled or renovated since we were in the area last. The room we had was very comfortable and clean. Served our needs at the time. The only draw back was there is not a decent restrantant close bye.

No frills, but a comfortable place to stay and at a great price! It was quiet, especially since it is right off of the freeway. The couple who own it greeted me and gave me recommendations for restaurants (which was to go to the next town unless you like Indian food.)
