When I checked in and was given a second floor room in a facility with no elevators I asked if I could have a first floor room. They told me that every single room was reserved for people with pets. When I commented that I imagined that some pets could walk up the steps easier and my wife with MS the woman told me there was one handicapped accessible room available. I said that she was not in a wheelchair and I did not want to take that from someone who needed it but that stairs were not always good to her. She said there was nothing she could do about it. Also the facility was in great need of maintenance and repair.

When we went down to eat breakfast there were 3 slices of bread , waffle making, coffee , milk, cold cereal and juice. Very disappointing. We had a cup of coffee and juice and left to go buy something to eat for breakfast. The outdoor balconies had piles of dirty mattresses, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and the shower wall and bottom of the shower were yellow with wear & tear. We did not use the shower because of this. The pool had a sign, danger do not enter. We will never be coming back to a Quality Inn, no quality there.

Clean and convenient for the most part. Lacks any area to walk, no sidewalks. Plenty of places within walking distance, no safe way to do it. Also the pool isnt ready yet

Staff were excellent . Hotel VERY tired. Room clean , comfortable bed , sheets and towels very clean. mold in bathroom and around tub . Ice machine not working and that room moldy and dirty . Didn’t try the breakfast .

older motel. very nice entryway and desk area. room was tattered but clean. great electric, great linens and bed, great towels. kleenex provided. liked access from parking. reported toilet paper holder, shower curtain, and cabinet door. chair was very tattered but did not use

The lobby area was nice and clean. However there is no elevator in the whole hotel. Which meant we had to unpack and take stairs to our room in the pouring rain, what hotel doesn't have a elevator? well, this one. Also the tub had black mold and because they allow pets the room just had the smell. The pillows disappeared when you put your head on this. Rough night, wont be staying here again

This was a great one night stay. The front desk gal was very welcoming and friendly. I noticed the chairs and tables to pool toppled on its side, cover over pool with lots of leaves. I guess the pool is not open for the season yet, just looks messy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with soft sheets. No strange smells in the room and clean. Just old floor. Refrigerator worked. I didn’t use shower or tub. No noise bothering me. I felt very safe. Dog friendly and $20/dog. I had two little dogs and was appreciative that they didn’t put me in some horrible, smelly run down room as many places do! Breakfast had waffle maker, small generic cinnamon rolls, bread, microwave, milk juice. Nothing special. See pics.

We were surprised that Quality Inn prioritized dog owner rentals with ALL the ground floor rooms reserved fro them. My wife is in her later 70's and there was no elevator to 2nd floor. It was hard to find a parking space especially considering an empty trailer in a space and trucks crossing multiple parking spaces.

I checked in, exhausted from my drive, and unloaded a few things, and decided to go to bed after i walked my small dog. i placed refrigerated items om the top shelf, noting there were drippings on the bottom. It had not been wiped down. When ising the toilet, there was evidence on the outside bowl it had not been cleaned. The floor obviously had not been swept or mopped, and a bug walked across t he floor. Checked out the shower, i noticed someone had left a nose picking on the wall. The sink had a brown ring around the drain. Too tired to contact desk, repack the car and potentially move, i took a clean towel and spread it on the pillow, and slept with my clothes on on top of the yellowed sheets. I did tell the clerk when i checked out. Of course i want to think there was a miscommunication among the cleanimg staff that would allow this condition, and i know had i contacted them they would have moved me to a clean room, but i was just too tired.

The Quality Inn in Lumberton is beyond dirty -- the room had not been cleaned in weeks (months), dirt on floors, large cobwebs hanging in the corners, the fridge was dry-rotted and moldy, the furniture was dirty and torn, the doors had brown yuk on doors around the handles -- the room was so dirty we paid but did not stay, and had to book a room at another hotel!!!

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. The room that we were given had all locks broken and doors were not even locking properly. Front desk changed the room. Second room was welcomed by a big cockroach. Ceiling was falling. Once you turn the room dark and you can see the gaps in the ceilings. There were mold signs all over the place. My kids felt very unsafe and hardly slept through the night. Even though breakfast was available, we ran away without it. I did look at the breakfast and I would have taken that picture too. It was really as minimal as they can be. I am not sure how county even letting this hotel run. This is a serious security risk. Anyone giving good review are paid reviews. If I can post the picture, I would. Expedia reviews not giving an option to post picture. I am reaching out to County to inspect and shut this place down.

The check in was great. The woman was fantastic. The room needs help. The door that goes to the outside has gaps on the right side that could allow pest and weather to come in. Baseboards in the bathroom, need to be re-caulked and painted. Cleanliness of the room could be improved. The ceiling vent in the bathroom is completely full of dust, the area in it around the mini fridge has not been cleaned and there is dust and dead bugs. Underneath the bed could use a good Swiffer and mopping. The comforter needs to be washed. I own a cleaning company, and this is not the level of cleaning that I would expect for my employees. Everything else in the room was fine The front desk personnel are awesome.

Absolutely disgusting, and should be taken off the list of hotels that are available. Upon arrival the building looks decent. However, there were plenty of vacant rooms that were unavailable for my family which made us stay in the main building of the hotel. We were on the second level room 233. It was disappointing and very dirty. The sheets were covered in urine, dried blood, and what's looks like fruit punch. There were roaches, that my dog kept killing thank God for that. Mold on the ac unit, and a very dirty mini fridge.

The check-in was good. The room was clean Lots of restaurants nearby. The room Did not smell like smoke On the negative side, the outside premises were not well kept. Inside the room. There was only the bed and no place to sit. Also the AC was so loud. It was hard to stay asleep.

We arrived and was welcomed with a smile and our experience went down from there. The room was somewhat clean but there is room for improvement. There was only one chair to sit on. The outside was fairly quiet but the heater for our room was a pretty noisy. They advertise a continental breakfast and there was food available but limited in your selection. The waffles were good, the coffee hot, two types of bread, a flake type cereal, fruit loops. I didn't see any fruit but there was yogurt.

It was a nice big room with no carpet. Paint was peeling off the doors. There was a horrible urine smell coming from the toilet even though it appeared clean. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. The drain in the tub wouldn't open. And there was mold on the grout

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. But, one bed was hard and the other was lumpy, the desk chair was missing, and not all the light bulbs in the room were working.

Easy check in. Very accommodating for my late arrival. Accessible room size was perfect. Clean comfortable bed. Room warmed up quickly, but traveled with my heated throw nust in case. No hot water. Barely warm so at least the room was warm when I got out of the shower. Slept well. Easy ride to breakfast. Had to unplug the fridge as it was very loud. Freezer needs defrosting but I had no time or we would have tried to do it. Will stay when in Lumberton again.

The room was spacious but there was paint peeling from the ceiling and part of it looked half painted. The included breakfast hardly had any choices, so we went out and paid for breakfast. The room price was cheap, so that made up for the few disappointments.

From the unwelcoming attitude of the check in clerk to the condition and location of the room I will never stay here again. I was greated with an unwelcoming what do you want. Given a key to a second floor room when I specifically asked for the first floor. Pretty much told take it or leave. What choice did I have. And don't get me started on the room. Dusty dirty floors. I could go on. Just to let you know I will never stay here ever.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. only issue was one of the lights wasn’t working. i went to plug it in and found the outlet was only half attached to the wall and the coffee maker that was plugged into that outlet, the wires were cut & spliced back together. it seemed very unsafe so i unplugged it and just didn’t use that outlet. staff was very friendly!

Arrived late and exhausted. Greeted by a really nice lady. Checked in and went to my room to find it not so clean. I felt like the area of the hotel could be in a ruff community. I felt better when we left the next morning. They had a breakfast by 6 but was mostly a cold one.

When we went down to eat breakfast there were 3 slices of bread , waffle making, coffee , milk, cold cereal and juice. Very disappointing. We had a cup of coffee and juice and left to go buy something to eat for breakfast. The outdoor balconies had piles of dirty mattresses, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and the shower wall and bottom of the shower were yellow with wear & tear. We did not use the shower because of this. The pool had a sign, danger do not enter. We will never be coming back to a Quality Inn, no quality there.

This one in NC was ok. Very limited breakfast which was weird. The other Quality inn that I stayed in in SC had a good ass breakfast. Eggs, sausage, bagels and FRESH coffee. This place had waffles and toast with machine coffee. Like it was ok but meh

We arrived and was welcomed with a smile and our experience went down from there. The room was somewhat clean but there is room for improvement. There was only one chair to sit on. The outside was fairly quiet but the heater for our room was a pretty noisy. They advertise a continental breakfast and there was food available but limited in your selection. The waffles were good, the coffee hot, two types of bread, a flake type cereal, fruit loops. I didn't see any fruit but there was yogurt.

The holder for door key was worn as if used repeatedly for years. The room was clean and looked recently updated. However, the mattress seemed to have broken spring, squeaked with movement.
