Everything was wonderful from the staff to the hotel rooms to the dining amenities inside, walking distance to a lot of things. Definitely recommended would definitely stay here again.

The room, location, staff, everything was perfect. I don’t have a single complaint. I stayed with my best friend for 2 nights before travelling back home and I only wish we had longer. As 2 females travelling together, we felt safe in the hotel and around the hotel too. All of the staff were always so friendly and approachable and genuinely lovely to see and speak to. The room service was so good too - recommend the gai yang and som tam for sure. It was super busy when we went (just before Lunar New Year) but you couldn’t feel it from the team or the ambience of the hotel. The vibe was nice and calm always. Thank you so much to the whole team at the Conrad.

Clean, comfortable well appointed room. Good, fresh breakfast selection. Staff friendly and discrete. Pool area is largely shaded which is welcome, with attractive planting and attentive staff
