The property is very well maintained with an old world charm. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The housekeeping could improve as requests were delayed to upto 4 reminders. Breakfast was very good and the lady playing flute was charming. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Thank you

Clean rooms, friendly staff-- especially jelpful with my daughter, spa massage was done well by Anjali. Basant and Abu were great at cleaning our room. Anshika, Faheem, Neha, and Karan did especially well in dining serving us! Thank you!

Hotel should provide comfortable wireless phone chargers or modern IO such as USB-C. Carpet appear clean but aren’t spotless. People-Food-Courtesy is of top quality which made my experience comfortable. Thank you.
