Ca fait deja 2 ans qu'on sejour dans cet hotel tres bon moment a chaque fois sauf pour le bain bouillonnant a chaque fois glacé et on nous repond soi probleme techniques ou vidange dommage Pour la premiere fois ont a essayer les petit dejeuner la je suis conquise avec une equipe du tonnerres et quel sourire bravo bravo

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour le séjour à 5 en appartement. L’appartement et la literie sont confortables et bien équipés. Très bon espace détente avec la piscine, le bain à remous et le sauna. L’établissement est bien situé, mais les RER B et C étaient à l’arrêt en même temps pour travaux. Difficile de se rendre à Paris. Points négatifs : le hammam ne fonctionne pas, le sauna ne fonctionne pas tous les jours et la chambre n’est nettoyée que certains jours. À 20€ par personne, nous n’avons pas pris les petits-déjeuners sur place.

Vous ou l’hôtel avais oubliez d’annoncer qu’il n’y a pas d’accès au jacuzzi ! Et de base j’étais allez là-bas spécialement pour le jacuzzi ! Sinon dans l’ensemble pas mâle ! Mais pour le prix il devrai quand même avoir un rabais ou geste commercial pour la gêne occasionnée sachant que la faite vous est rejetée déçue

Property is tired, room was marginally clean, furniture is worn, the shower diverter and heat did not work in first room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and changed my room which was better, however fire alarm battery was going dead and beeping. Despite informing front desk, battery was not changed. Will not be returning.

The room heating system wasn't working. The receptionist, Loïc, gave me another room. The new room was well heated. Thank you Loïc. The room wasn't cleaned daily. The towels weren't changed. Apparently, this is the hotel's policy. If you want daily cleaning, you have to pay an extra fee.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. When I asked for cleaning, they say this is an apparthotel and on certain days rooms are cleaned. They only give two package of teas and two coffees for eight days. Also, they only give a single soap. They refuse to wash the dishes, and they're threatening to charge my security deposit if I don't clean up after them.

Lovely stay at this hotel, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, the parking was easy, the hotel was lovely, the pool area was great and very clean. The room was tired, with a quite a bit of wear and tear, but we didn't mind this at all, as overall it was comfortable and fit for purpose! It even had a little kitchen with a full sized fridge and microwave which were welcome bonuses! Was a quick walk to the trains, supermarket around the corner and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you

Hôtel convenable sans plus ! Luxueux a primabord mais ue fois dans la chambre c'est tout autre chose ! Hotel vieillissant et pas tres entretenu ! Accueil chaleureux meme si caution prélevée sans motif ! Piscine agreable ! Bonne insonorisation confort en chambre ++ ( clim télé balcon).

O quarto é muito espaçoso e a localização é excelente (cinco minutos de caminhada até a estação de trem e mais 25 minutos de trem até o centro de Paris ou 15 minutos até Versalhes. A equipe foi atenciosa na chegada e saída do hotel.

Pros: The hotel is located close to Massy palaiseau train station which is very good to get to Paris or CDG airport. Our apartment was spacious enough for family of four and it was clean enough. Cons: We got there after 3pm, and we were told to wait as our room wasn't ready, we waited for like an hour and half after finally checking in, we got to the room and the cleaner was still cleaning. Air-conditioned doesn’t work, so hot in the room. Very uncomfortable and disappointing. The air-conditioned doesn’t work, we couldn't sleep the first two nights as it was too hot in the room, very terrible experience we had.

The space was very comfortable and spacious. Even with four people in my unit, it did not feel cramped. The rooms were big enough, there were enough chairs to sit on even when both pull-out couches were being used, and the little balcony was very welcomed. The kitchen was well furnished with a small fridge, microwave and two top stove. There were plates, forks, knives, and a kettle for heating water. There was also cleaning soap and a scrubbie. The bathroom was big enough. The only challenge was stepping over the high edge of the bathtub to get in and shower. The separation between the bathtub and the sink could have been wider so water from the shower did not wet the sink. Small price to pay for everything else that worked out well. There were also several closet spaces and surfaces to work or keep your personal belongings. 5 minutes walk from the RER, it was easy to get around the city too.

Pas d info assez claire sur la caution assez importante a laisser a l'arrivée du séjour. Quand a la communication, nous avons oublié un sac a main avec des clés dans la chambre le matin en partant, pas dapelle pour prévenir. On s'en est rendu compte le soir en arrivant a 150km. Plus de 30 min pour avoir quelqu'un au téléphone . Le sac avait etait mis au objet trouvé dans un sac poubelle avec le numéros de chambre. Obligé de refaire la route. On aurais apprécier quand nous préviennent.

Le séjour s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. Malheureusement depuis le 16/02/25 date à la quelle j’ai quitté l’établissement j’ai toujours pas reçu le montant du dépôt de garantie sur mon compte sachant que nous sommes le 20 aujourd’hui c’est inadmissible de bloquer des fonds des clients qui ont tout laisser propre avant le départ. Je suis très deçu parce que j’ai des urgences. Cdt

Our check in process was good until this morning when we realized we were told incorrect information about breakfast. We were told it was at a restaurant around the corner and even given a paper about it. Restaurants serving breakfast in Paris open at 9. We went down to eat at 10:30 to find that breakfast here is from 6:30 to 9:30 IN the hotel. We missed it and we paid extra for it - $70 USD! The front desk was no help at all and completely unsympathetic to their own errors that caused us loss.

The front desk was no help at all and completely unsympathetic to their own errors that caused us loss.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. When I asked for cleaning, they say this is an apparthotel and on certain days rooms are cleaned. They only give two package of teas and two coffees for eight days. Also, they only give a single soap. They refuse to wash the dishes, and they're threatening to charge my security deposit if I don't clean up after them.

Lovely stay at this hotel, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, the parking was easy, the hotel was lovely, the pool area was great and very clean. The room was tired, with a quite a bit of wear and tear, but we didn't mind this at all, as overall it was comfortable and fit for purpose! It even had a little kitchen with a full sized fridge and microwave which were welcome bonuses! Was a quick walk to the trains, supermarket around the corner and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you

The front desk staff was helpful. It was a little run down but still clean. It was close to local restaurants so we walked. As a group of women with a child we did not feel completely safe walking down the path with alot of men sitting in groups on benches drinking and watching us. That was our own fault for not looking into the area more before walking but still something for other women to be aware of.

The space was very comfortable and spacious. Even with four people in my unit, it did not feel cramped. The rooms were big enough, there were enough chairs to sit on even when both pull-out couches were being used, and the little balcony was very welcomed. The kitchen was well furnished with a small fridge, microwave and two top stove. There were plates, forks, knives, and a kettle for heating water. There was also cleaning soap and a scrubbie. The bathroom was big enough. The only challenge was stepping over the high edge of the bathtub to get in and shower. The separation between the bathtub and the sink could have been wider so water from the shower did not wet the sink. Small price to pay for everything else that worked out well. There were also several closet spaces and surfaces to work or keep your personal belongings. 5 minutes walk from the RER, it was easy to get around the city too.

Verbleven hier zonder ontbijt voor 3 nachten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren hier met 5 personen, 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Er zat een mooi zwembad bij om de dag mee af te sluiten. Het kan allemaal net wat netter, maar was goed te doen. Het is wel ver van het centrum. Je bent toch 45 minuten kwijt met de metro. Het station is daar en tegen wel dichtbij. Al met al een prima verblijf.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, en mi primera habitación la 125, no servía el aire acondicionado, ni la caja de seguridad, ni la secadora de pelo. Había insectos en los cajones de la cocina. Las personas de recepción muy amables especialmente MAE, Ismael y Jeanne. El desayuno es muy bueno.Tienen productos de muy buena calidad, sus thes, los quesos, el pan dulce. Un coulis de frutos rojos riquísimo. Vale mucho la pena.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour le séjour à 5 en appartement. L’appartement et la literie sont confortables et bien équipés. Très bon espace détente avec la piscine, le bain à remous et le sauna. L’établissement est bien situé, mais les RER B et C étaient à l’arrêt en même temps pour travaux. Difficile de se rendre à Paris. Points négatifs : le hammam ne fonctionne pas, le sauna ne fonctionne pas tous les jours et la chambre n’est nettoyée que certains jours. À 20€ par personne, nous n’avons pas pris les petits-déjeuners sur place.

I liked the general cleaniliness, hospitable staff, very friendly but the communication about charges for me and my wife's breakfast wasnt clear. I ended up having to spend extra money i was not prepared for. The breakfast charges should be included on the daily price.

Excellent aparthotel, had everything for my convenience. Area was beautiful with lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. A bit out of town but train station is only three minutes away and only thirty minutes into Paris. I would definitely state there again.

Nice staff, breakfast and great amenities. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel room had many amenities including a dishwasher and 2 televisions. The breakfast had a variety of different food and drinks. I recommend this establishment as it is a great value for money.

Very nice hotel for a trip to Paris for a family with younger children. The area was calm and nice, but also had lots of restaurants close to the hotel. Only 20-30 minutes on the train in to Paris. Nice swimming pool, perfect after a long day of sightseeing in Paris.
