As we went in the rainy season in June, they had some spare rooms, so when we checked in, they upgraded us to an upgraded room. The room was chic and overlooked the beach, so we were very satisfied. The staff were all kind, and the housekeepers were lovely young ladies. All amenities were provided. Unfortunately, it is not a 5-star hotel, so the pool faces the road, so we didn't feel like going in. Other than that, it is a hotel comparable to a 5-star hotel. Considering the price, it is perfect.

Personnel très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé, sur un axe principal, pas loin du center marina. Chambre très spacieuse. Bcp de bruit dans l’hôtel et les bruits de la rue sont très présents, malgré le fait que j’étais au 17eme étage. La piscine est presque toujours à l’ombre et n’est pas formidable. Comme un peu partout en Thaïlande difficile d’avoir une eau à température constante pour prendre un bain.

We stayed in the recently new building the room was super neat clean well ventedlated with ac the gym was kinda small but it did its job walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. Recommend it and I’m will stay again on my return in April if October of 2026

Extremely happy with the deluxe room facing the ocean, smiling happy staff, delicious buffet with generous options, huge clean pool with adult size slide (haha), friendly security staff… Hotel is next to the beach. Soi 6 is a bit noisy at night. Best restaurants were the huge Italian Trattoria next door, the French restaurant next to Hard Rock and the upmarket Market Bistro Restaurant next door to Central Mall (Central Mall also has a great international food hall downstairs. Pattaya has come a long way in the last 15 years.

Room in general was alright however was on a high floor facing the soi 6 bars annd Impact nightclub. Could hear the loud disco music throughout the night up to 4am. Couldn’t change room as reception said it’s fully booked . The hotel had a lot of tourist from a particular country … and they were really loud and noisy within the hotel. Also reception wasn’t friendly when I wanted a late check out at 1pm. Otherwise the location is quite central. They have installed aircon at the gym finally.

Det var BÄTTRE än väntat. Man kan säga att allt var bra. Städning skulle kunna vara bättre, det fuskades lite med det, vattnet o te LAS inte fram utan man fick gå ner till receptionen o tigga om det. Efter några dar så fungerade det.

Visually this is an impressive hotel with great facilities but unfortunately it is let down by a number of things. The main issue is the noise - our room sounded like a nightclub until around 3am. I can sleep through most things but this was torturous. It was unbelievably loud and we were shocked we weren’t warned about this. Secondly the towels and furniture were stained and there was ants in the room. On the other hand the pools are stunning and there is a lovely restaurant/bar connected to the hotel with lovely views of the beach. Would be great if it wasn’t so noisy.

Affordable, unique swimming pool, very friendly staff, the restaurant by beach road made a mistake on our bill and over charged us, they contacted us to fix it. The aesthetics of the hotel is nice and clean. The guards were super friendly greating us with a hand salute. Most importantly the staff spoke to us in English. Supe job by the entire staff. The breakfast is phenominal. A lot to choose from.

Great spot. Easy to get to Soi 6, Beach Rd, Central Marina or Terminal 21 by walking. Room was big and clean, huge bed with great bedding. Bathroom included a tub and great water pressure for the shower. I was on the 21st floor so it was quiet despite being right next to the belly of the beast.

L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dalla Beach Road. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono bar, ristoranti, supermercati e tant'altro. Il personale è gentile. La camera era abbastanza pulita e spaziosa. Avevamo anche un ampio terrazzo a disposizione. La nota negativa che la nostra camera nonostante si trovasse al 9° piano affacciava sulla Soi 6 , quindi fino a tarda notte musica e rumori di ogni genere, i quali non ci hanno permesso di riposare bene. Inoltre le camere non sono insonorizzate e alcune persone sono state fuori al corridoio fino a tardi a parlare a voce alta. La colazione a buffet è buona e varia. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliarlo in quanto la notte non si riesce a riposare.

Check in good, lots of friendly staff, pool good. The room itself, I think is overpriced for the area. Yes it’s next to Soi 6, so you will get noise and low bass. However you can get a very similar room/ hotel on soi1 / 2 for 3 times less price. I complained that the room aircon was stuck at 20, ideally needs to be 21/22. The technician came and I showed him you set to anything else and after a second it reverts to 20. They said they have now set it to 24, however it was still 20. Leads me to believe it’s controlled centrally. The tv channels kept going off for ages and you see them using a mouse on a website to find a new feed. WiFi was useless, ended up turning it off. I was in a superior room Dee tower. There are lots of staff and all very friendly and welcoming.

Even we booked king bed, we were given twin bed. When asked for change, they said, they can change next day, but we have to vacate our room at 10am and we will get king bed room by 3pm. Have to fight for to get what we paid for.bSo be careful when you book this hotel. No vegetarian options in room service menu. There were ants too in the 1st room we got.

I decided to extend extra 3 days. Front said just go back on Expedia choose tower Dee and I could keep same room. That was not true , they moved me to more expensive room that had a large bathroom but was seperate from bedroom Basically large bathroom with no AC service vents. I complained staff said I can go back to my room but still would be charge upgraded room… Staff appears to be nice but not accommodating.. was told take it up with Expedia. Also, partial views means you have to go stick your head out balcony and look to your right. Nice location and most of staff is kind

A beautiful hotel with in a great location on the beach and in the middle of restaurants and nightlife. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied, although the halal options are limited, but there is enough to have a good breakfast due to the large number of non-meat items. My stay was in DeeTower , I don't know about the rest of the towers because the hotel consists of several towers. On this base, I strongly recommend the hotel.
