The pool is out of services, but the promotion said have pool/

The pool was not open for use, ice machine and orange juice machine broken.

Friendly check in. Pool has been closed for a few years now. Toilet was not clean. Both of us coughed in room. Could smell smoke in hallway. I finally took filters out of cooling unit. They were filthy No coffee maker in room. Front desk did say they would make coffee if needed early as breakfast did not open till 7. Last year coffee maker in breakfast room was dirty. Will not stay here ever again I took photos of filters and toilet

No elevator to 2nd floor and not informed. Dirty rooms. Dead bug in the bathroom, candy wrappers on the floor, dresser drawer literally filled with trash. Spent all day out and came back to uncleaned room. Ice maker out of order, pool closed for servicing... Any need to go on? You should be ashamed of yourselves charging for these disgusting accommodations.

Highway traffic was loud. Usually we stay on back side which is quieter. Ice machine seems to be down all the time and couldnt use dryer last time down.

We chose to stay here for my grandsons to be able to swim and the pool was closed due to maintenance and had been for a while. They should notify people of this prior to arrival and discount the price since the stated amenities where not available.

The staff was helpful and pleasant, but the hotel was pretty run down. The bathroom had mildew damage and the bathtub and toilet should be replaced. The room and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The pool was green and not in use which disappointed my kids.

Ice machine was down. But other then that for the little time i spent there it was good.

The public areas of the hotel were gross: the second-floor hallway reeked of marijuana, the pool was caked in algae. The key card reader on my door was shattered (but still functioned). The carpet in the room felt sticky and unclean. Complimentary shampoo was not full. The shower had a vomit smell and little brown spots caked to it. The room had no desk despite having a desk chair and massive alcove. The hotel has no elevator. I also received nearly a dozen emails and messages from the hotel “confirming my stay” even after I checked in. I will never stay here again. (And all the five-star reviews I saw praising the cleanliness and courteous staff … I cannot imagine those are legitimate.)

This hotel is terrible, it’s dirty and disgusting

The carpets from the moment you walk in, and until you get into the room, are disgusting. It looks like a thousand different people vomited all over the place and they didn't bother to clean it up. The room smelled like sex, wet dog and dirty socks. Those were the two worst parts of the stay. There was much more, little things, like a rusted tub with no stopper, no fire alarm with the wiring just hanging out of the cieling. I will never stay at this place again.

The common areas in the hotel have stained carpet and a bad smell. My room had stains on the wall near the microwave, a dead bug in the bathroom, and the blanket on the bed was worn through on the part that was folded down - supposedly, that was the nicest part of the blanket. The lampshades had splatter stains (how does that happen?), the remote did not have a back, and the water had a sulfur smell that made me afraid to drink it. I would have felt safer and cleaner had I slept outside in a tent. The person on duty was kind and gave me another room which had fewer issues, to be sure. And for context, I have never before requested a change in room at a hotel.

The room was dirty and there was no top sheet on the bed. I would have complained about the sheet, but I didn't notice until a climbed in. My fingers were sticky after dropping something behind the dresser and having to move it. Gross! The shower curtain looked like it had been in a dirty puddle, which was even grosser!! Lastly, but least importantly.... there was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, but no coffee maker. There were thermal style paper cups like those used for coffee service. The manager did allow me into the breakfast room to get a cup from the coffee machine, which I heated in the microwave the next morning. Kind of odd. - I won't be back.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is roach infested, terribly. I checked into this hotel in the evening, and after being there for 2-3 hours, I couldn’t bare to be there any longer. There were roaches crawling EVERYWHERE!! On the ceiling, above my head while I was laying in the bed. My own personal cup, with ice water in it sitting on the stand near the bed, roaches were running across the stand and on the top of my cup. The bathroom, big dead roach in the floor. Roaches rubbing across the floor, and on the sink counter, crawling in between the mirror and the wall. There were multiple sizes, from babies to medium-sized. You could tell a litter of them were born in there. It was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. When I went to the front desk to check out and explain what was going ob, the front desk clerk was very nonchalant, unapologetic, and asked me why I didn’t tell him so he could put me in another room…!!?? I said I was telling him now, and that I wouldn’t dare want to stay in another room after seeing all those roaches. The problem was the entire building was infested. Deplorable conditions, and I told them that. I requested a refund, which they did not approve. I contacted Expedia, and they tried to reach out to get a refund, and they still didn’t approve. I’ll probably be filing a charge dispute with my bank, because there is now way I’m going to accept paying for such horrible conditions. Room/bathroom was dirty. Such a nasty hotel. DON’T STAY HERE!

Very dirty housekeeper don’t clean

The AC leaked and the carpet was saturated and the room had a mold problem. This didn’t become apparent until i woke up in the middle of the night and stepped on the carpet in bare feet. The breakfast cereal was stale and the pool was the color of a dirty mop water. This property is appalling on every level.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This time it was horrid. The hallways to my room reeked of marijuana. The smell of pot was still very apparent in the room. When i entered the bathroom it smelled as if someone had just smoked a cigarette. When i went to report this to the front desk, especially after having to sign something saying i wouldnt smoke in the room, the person that i told, and her entire family who was with her, acted like it wasnt a big deal.

We left after a few hours. I've never seen a dirtier hotel in my life. Beer cans and trash in the hallway, rooms smelling of smoke, cigarette burns in the blankets (of the beds that had any blankets), no toilet paper in one room, 1 set of towels. We left to get dinner and find a better place to stay. When we came back, we were told we would be charged for the full two nights because we did not complain and leave within 30 minutes of arriving.

The hotel room was dirty, with blood on the bathroom wall, the room had a weird smell, the water was dirty, and had a bad odor. The stay included breakfast, which was cereal. The bagel was stale, and the breakfast sandwich was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel.

This place is very basic. Clean but old. Old fixtures (tub and toilet) fridge with no racks, etc. plus that bad sweetish smell covering up old smoke.

It started off poorly, when walking in to the lobby we found a lot of people milling about, no front desk staff in sight. Waited 10 minutes before he could be found eating his dinner, it was 5:30pm. Got to the room, the frig was filthy, no soap, no shampoo, no cups, no coffee service for the coffee maker, no facial tissues. Asked for a quiet room, he put us in the front of the hotel facing a very busy interstate. In the morning, no fresh water to fill our water bottle. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Liked convenient location, room size and cleanliness. Did not like breakfast options. Bathroom needed some minor repairs.

Room was very clean, towels were very soft, and bed was super comfy! I was just incredibly disappointed on the breakfast food items available.

The place is in need of an update. The room was fine, except for the loud traffic noise. I suggest asking for a room facing the rear. Pool was out of commission.

It's not a fancy hotel, but the bed was clean and the room was quiet. Could use some work all around, the property is well worn, but it was fine for a cheap hotel

The room was clean but had lots of other issues. The door didn’t fit properly into the frame so it wouldn’t shut properly without me slamming into it. There’s a coffee maker with no coffee or cups. The hairdryer was broken. When I checked in there was no TP in the bathroom. Something was wrong with the TV. Every station was a bit fuzzy. Also, not enough parking spaces to accommodate guests!

The blanket had cigarette holes in it and the sheets had stains! The TV doesn't work! The AC sounded like a helicopter was taking off!

They canceled me on the day of my check-in even though I bought the ticket on Feb. 25! I will be lodging NUMEROUS complaints and I expect a complete REFUND!!@!

Outdated atmosphere. Found a stink bug and roach in the room. The cleaning staff were super nice, but the front office was very slow. Lighting around the area both inside and out could be improved. Spend a little more and either go to the holiday inn or comfort inn.

I had such a terrible experience at this location. The front desk personal was very rude and disrespectful. The personal did not seem to care to do his job and did not want to seem like he wanted to be bothered. All in all I paid for a room that I did not get to sleep in. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a hotel staff, I hope the company provides the proper training when dealing with customer service.

Good. Hotel was clean. Check out was quick and easy. . Not so good. Check in staff could use some training on the computer software. . He was a little lost on a few things going through check in.

No one was at the desk to check us in. Another couple said they had waited an hour! When we did get to our room, the bedding was dirty and one bed was missing a fitted sheet. The mattress cover was stained. The carpet was disgusting and our bathroom counter was dirty. There was a dirty Qtip on the desk. When we asked for clean bedding, they offered to change our room. The second room was missing a fitted sheet as well. I would never recommend this hotel. We spent >$140 for something worth a budget motel at $30/night.

Great service!

When I arrived at check in they said they were overbooked and did not have a room for me. I was left stranded. What a horrible experience. No alternative was given. No apology was made.

The guy at the front desk "Si" or "Sigh" (he doesnt wear a name tag so going by what the girl who works the desk on the weekend said) is extremely rude. My mother was staying there and I was paying for it and had questions twice because the charges were not adding up to what was discussed. The lady who works the desk on the weekends was VERY nice, and actually got me a credit this past Sunday since I was initially overcharged by "Si". Well tonight, I saw an additional charge on my account so my mother went to the desk to question it which after spending about $800 there total so far and about to extend the room stay over the weekend, I think it's acceptable to make sure charges are aligned. (Which he then said wasnt a lot of money, again, rude). He got upset that he was being questioned and then said there are no more rooms available and she would have to check out tomorrow. When my mother asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager, which the lady working the desk during the weekend said he was NOT a manager. I told her to go ahead and check out, and I'll book her a room at Holiday Inn down the road instead.

Pro: Plumbing worked and was reasonably clean. Check in and out easy. Convenient location for Cambridge. Con: Room smelled smoky to me, supposed to be non-smoking room and property. Had manager check and he thought it was cleaning chemicals. I didn't have time to switch rooms, on a tight schedule. When I returned odor was still there. I just bought Febreze and used it frequently when I was in the room. Breakfast was disappointing, only hot item was waffle maker. Hotel has a vibe of being old.

The staff was kind and helpful.

The property is conveniently located on highway 50 and short distance to many dining and retail services.

It was just off the road I was traveling easy to find

The room was clean and the furnishings were in good shape. The bed was comfortable. Checkin was smooth. Price paid was good. Breakfast is cereal, oatmeal, a d they do have refrigerated bacon egg and cheese croissants that you microwave. Unfortunately the apple juice was empty and dispensed water and the orange juice was obviously old because it came out dark and had the super sweet almost sour smell when orange juice gets old. That's ok, the milk was fresh. All in all pleased. Pool is closed tho. I will stay again.

My experience at the hotel was one of the worst I've ever had. The place reeked of marijuana, and it was dirty. The pool was unusable and filled with filthy rags. Although there was supposed to be breakfast available, there was nothing when we arrived around 8 a.m. One of the hotel staff members was seen walking around in socks, which felt very unprofessional. I contacted Expedia to file a complaint, and when they reached out to the hotel, they stated that their policy allows for a full refund only if a complaint is made within 30 minutes of arrival. This policy was never communicated to us upon check-in. Either way, finding another hotel during Ironman race weekend would have been impossible.

Breakfast was pathetic. Two blueberry muffins on Friday or white bread for toast. Cereal of unknown age. The coffee was hot and there were breakfast egg and sausage croissant sandwiches. I ate at a diner across the street. Room was clean but the toilet seat was held together with different fasteners. Squeezing profits. Will not stay again.

There was no coffee maker in the room, and the breakfast area did not serving until 7. I need coffee first thing, and there simply was none to be had in the place. Unacceptable. I had breakfast plans, but I noted that the free breakfast consisted of pre-packaged breakfast items for microwaving, and toast. I didn't stay for that and did not examine it closely. But it was very minimal. It was clean and safe however, and provided me a place to stay at a time and location needed.

They need to STOP advertising free breakfast, because they only had cereal, tea bags, oatmeal packet and waffles. The water for the tea was lukewarm and the milk and creamer was stale. In one of the room we booked it had a stain on the bed and when we got to our room two pillows were on the floor. The garbage bin in the hallway was filled when we arrive which was disgusting. They had a jacuzzi in the room that was a good plus. The front desk clerk was nice. Wouldn’t stay there again

I was disappointed with the breakfast served. Advertisements should say Continental Breakfast is provided. Fortunately, there was a good family style restaurant across the highway.

This hotel is old and not that clean. The breakfast was ridiculous. There was a waffle maker. Bread and muffins in a plastic bag. Nothing else. We didn’t even try anything and just left.

The comforter on our bed had holes in it. It's time to let it go. The tub and sink had hair in them, I'm sure from housekeeping staff but an extra look over won't hurt. Telephone in room was dirty, like someone touched it with food on their hand. Phones need attention to be cleaned also. The price wasn't bad, needed something in the area for the night. Not much to choose from for breakfast, coffee machine broke. Front desk staff was friendly. Room itself was clean and smelled fresh.

Free breakfast was very sad. Everything was dated and tired, very dirty looking. Our room had a piece of toilet paper right by the front door. There was also a strange looking, stained tube of Aquaphor…AC was set on 63, it was freezing. I had asked for a room on the first floor but they put us on the second.
