Cambridge Inn

The room seemed clean. The problem was the overall look and feel of the property. Very old property. Probably has had a few owners. No locks on the outside of the main entrance doors. I did not find an elevator. We were there for the Ironman race. While other properties were full, this one had very few occupants. We did not stay a second night, for which we paid, because there was only one vehicle in the parking lot besides us. Although the room was fine, the property did not seem safe. I would never go back. The staff person at the front desk was friendly.

Bathrooms, rooms are old and overall property is not well maintained. Wi-Fi was not reliable.

The police had to break up noise and disruption - need we say more.

Poorly maintained property. The hotel night manager was sleeping under a blanket on the couch in the lobby. Yuck!!!!

Parking was open and well lit close to hotel. TV didn't work, table in room was broken, no secondary lock in room, very loud through night with longer term residents of hotel talking in hallways.

Large property, exterior remodeled, but interior and large parking lots need work. Convenient liquor store attached.

Had to have management cix the tv oth nights. Car was beoken in to and No security. Tv didnt work. Old and dirty. Had property stolen out of locked vehicle. People hanging around the property. The place was horrible.

No WIFI signal so, I couldn't use my Firestick. Everything was sticky! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH A RUN DOWN PLACE!!!

The motel looked to be recently updated, and was clean and neat. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. Basic accommodations. Room had damp smell. Lighting in room is harsh and florescent. Wifi is terrible. I would not recommend unless you are desperate.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The entire place needs to be investigated and shutdown. Mold everywhere. Bugs everywhere. The bed had stains, burn holes, and was hard as a rock. The owners are in complete denial of the state of their hotel.

Crumbs and chips on the floor when I came in. Refrigerator did not work. It was a cheap stay for the night, but next time I’ll probably fork over the extra $50 to stay at the Holiday Inn down the street.

What an absolutely disgusting hotel. Dirty and stained bed sheets. Dirty floors. Marijuana being used throughout the entire hotel and you could not escape the smell. Bugs on floors in doorway poor lighting and security risks. Wires hanging out of 1970’s era chair cut my hand. I can’t even list it all. Save your money and keep driving.

The bed and pillows where very hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I went to Walmart and purchased our own pillows and blankets. The blanket on the bed had stains on it and clearly had not be washed after the prior occupants. The hotel manager indicated that coffee was available in the mornings, however my wife found the office locked with the manager asleep on the couch, and no coffee to be found.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower had hair in it and the toilet was not very clean. We had a non smoking room but the odor of cannabis was overwhelming. We stayed for a hunting trip and for the price I can't really complain. I guess that's why it's a cheap place to stay.

This place was extremely dirty, especially in the bathroom.

I have a video of the room.. was nasty bed was nasty.. sheet had stains,the matress had holes in it with sprins sticking out.. in the bathroom it was rust coming from the water faucet..the microwave had mold growing in it..I HAVE VIDEO.. The door to the room had a crack under it i could slide my sandle under it..

Customer Service was ok ,Rooms was dirty have like wasn’t clean ,roaches in the walls

Bugs in the vents. The smell of mildew and mold throughout the property.

It was the only hotel available nearby for the half Ironman but really not a pleasant experience. Room smelled notice, musty. Overall very rundown and a flashback to bad hotels of the 80s.

Had to ask for TV to be fixed, floor to be swept, phone didn’t work, ants in bathroom. Shower good, had towels. Beds comfortable, but hard.Didn’t get a receipt. Housekeeping personnel was good.

The room had a horrible smell. No option to set a do not disturb sign on my door but it didn’t matter because in 3 days I was there the room was never cleaned. The sheets and comforter smelled so bad to the point I had to use my clothes to cover myself up. The room doors/walls were so thin I could hear the man next door to me snoring. Do not recommend at all!

Was suppose to get a king size bed . The room I had was a double bed. Remote don’t work right

The property is old but it's clear the staff cares about it and keeps it as clean and neat as possible. My complaint is that the other "guests" were so loud I had to wear earplugs to block them out. There were arguments, doors slamming continuously, and a baby was crying well into the night with adults who thought the best way to quiet the poor child was to tell the baby to "shut up". Also, there was no remote control for the TV in the room.

Desk clerk was very nice. Hallway carpets were dirty, carpet in room was stained, coverlet on bed was stained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom sink finish was pitted, large black mark in tub. We were also unaware that there were unhomed families residing there. Lots of noise in the parking lot late at night. If there had been anywhere else that had available rooms in Cambridge, we would not have booked there.

This place is a health hazard, the sheets were dirty, full of hair and bugs. There were cockroaches all over the room and bugs. Nothing worked in the room, not the phones or the TV I wasn’t able to reach anyone who worked at the place I couldn’t sleep at 5 AM. I had enough and went to the front desk. The door was locked And the person who worked that night was sleeping on the couch

Complementary Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toilet Paper was provided What didn't we like: 1) as we were a bit (1:30PM) early. We knew check in was at 2PM, still we tried to see, if we could check in and there was no body to be found, at the reception desk. We waited for 20min and still no one came. So we left for Lunch to try back later. 2) At first Sight, the Room seemed clean. We then, checked the Room, while unpacking our luggage, then we noticed, dirty Pillow Sheets with Hair and Stains on it. The Drawers from the Cupboards, where dirty insight. All Surface areas, where spotty and had water rings, from previews ??? Hostel Guest ??? The Bathroom Sink Surface, was also spotty and slimy. The Bath Towels had Stains, where old and paper thin. We couldn't properly dry ourselves. Solution We did exchange the Pillow Sheets and also got my Disincentive Wipes out, to clean the surfaces and made it work for our 2 night stay. The surrounding back Parking Lot was shady, with ppl hanging around, you could tell, they probably do not have a Room there, or maybe they did, as the overall conditions of our Room, made us think that. NOTE : We usually do not expect much and are contend with a lot, but when you pay for a Hotel Room, it should be turned around and cleaned after the last Guest. We did not experience that at all.

I tried to get a refund for my 2 rooms weeks before, because I am military and had orders and was NOT given my money back.

Aside from it being quite run down and not overly clean, there were no bugs (bed or otherwise), and it was conveniently located with a wonderful Italian restaurant on the property as well as liquor store. You pay for what you get-this was the cheapest option we could find and we were happy with our stay.

Went to do an Ironman, it was close to historic Cambridge in car. Great dinning a shops near-by. Love the pizza next to the Hotel.

Horrible location, if you like sleeping on plastic covered beds it’s great. Overpriced, dirty sinks, just don’t stay there.

Cheap is not always best but cheap works in a pinch. No coffee is a buzz kill and getting tv to work was a magic trick . Other than that no bugs and comfy bed !! Staff was nice and booking went smoothly !

Definitely not worth the $ for the room quality. The hallways constantly smell like smoke, I stayed two weeks cause it was the cheapest hotel I could find obviously but I wish I shedded more money out somewhere else. I was on business, but the coffee is barely ever going upfront. Half the staff can’t speak English. The maintenance man lived on site he was very friendly. I’ll give it about that. But it’s a run down motel. Hookers on site, I saw two people arrested and several altercations while staying there. I would never stay there with children. I won’t be back there.
