Fairly convenient location for a stop-over when travelling along the A25 but a lot of confusing signs about 2.1m and other vehicle hight limits which concerned me as I was travelling with a roof box and not on a main route. But I got through with the box at 2.3m. Small room and fairly clean but a few afew dead flies on floor and a few marks on paint work. Fairly friendly staff and hotel near restraurants and hypermarket. Would stay again.

Dette hotel er et ok hotel. Dog skal man være opmærksom på at det værelse vi fik var et lille værelse og der er ikke den bedste udluftning og der kan ikke skabet gennemtræk, så det har været varmt om natten. Sengen har været super god, dog kunne jeg godt have brugt en pude mere men det gik alligevel. Hotellet har gratis parkeringspladser og der er indhegnet med låge fra ca. Kl. 22 til 7 om morgen så det er et plus.

Our Ferry was delayed therefore we arrived later than we planned, 02.45. The gates were locked upon arrival and the advice to use the intercom didnt work. We had let the hotel know via the chat service the time we would arrive. The reception was closed, and i tried calling the number for the hotel with no answer. Eventually worked out another number and the receptionist came and let us in. Thankfully was just a base room, however cramped and smelt of smoke, despite the signs saying no smoking. The bedding had lots of cigarette burns in it. As others have said the bathroom was interesting, and a very small shower. The stay served it's purpose but wouldnt want to stay there for long. The view on the morning was a nice surprise though, as we'd arrived in the dark.

Rooms are very small and cramped and are the same size whether there are 2 or 3 people sharing, I think it would be difficult for 3 people to share a room purely because of the size of the room and the door to the bathroom did not close fully making total privacy very difficult On a plus point parking outside is secure and the gate is locked at around 11pm and the metro is only a 10 minute walk away The staff were friendly and helpful To help improve the stay I would recommend putting a kettle in each room The hotel is on a retail park so there is not much to look at around the location but I did feel safe and the carpark was secure and mentioned previously It is budget accommodation so if you are looking for somewhere to dump your things and got put it is ok

Habitué à mieux pour un première classe. Des poils et des cheveux partout dans la salle de bain , la couette trouée et le sol sale. Par contre le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner est copieux.

J'ai effectué une réclamation et demande un remboursement, la chambre était sale, vétuste , présence de cafards et d'insectes. J'ai quitté l'hôtel aussitôt arrivée !

Chambre pas propre. M&S et de la carotte râpée par terre. Poussière pas faite. petit déjeuner que du pain brioché et cake coupé pas de choix. Très déçu je n’y retournerai pas. Déjà fait des premières classe mais celui-ci à fuire.

Bonjour, A mon arrivée la chambre mis a disposition n'était pas faite! Drap utiliser déchet dans la poubelle. Chambre sale. Après un retour a accueil on m'a attribué une autre chambre, le lit était fait mais le sol sale. Porte de douche cassé. Moisissure sur la paroi de douche. Oreiller minuscule.

The hotel is what you would expect from an inexpensive option. Tiny, dates rooms that are hot all night. You can hear everyone either side. My bed had a cigarette butt in it when we arrived. Room clean otherwise. The hotel is handy for the metro but walking around the back of a shopping centre car park at night didn’t feel safe.

Room was small and very simple. The room was cold when we arrived, luckily the heater worked well. Bathroom door didn't close at all. Beds were ok to sleep in but area was noisy and walls so thin we woke up many times during the night because the noises from other rooms and outside.

L'espace pour 3 lits est vraiment exigu, la douche est aussi très exigüe, la television est alimenté par une prise volante qui pend dans la chambre. Dehors l'eau de pluie coule du toit par un bout de tuyau horizontal faisant ainsi un jet d'eau tombant bruyamment sur l'herbe en bas en formant une flaque d'eau.

Economic stay, so don't expect too much. The shower is extremely small and the water temperature was difficult to control with 2 knobs to turn but no idea what each did. Is just about manageble for a 1 night private stay.

It is a bit far from the city center, located in an industrial area. I recommend that the reception staff try to speak at least one language in addition to French. Communication was very difficult, and there were many misunderstandings for both Expedia and the guests. At a minimum, English or Spanish would be helpful, as they are the two most widely spoken languages in the world. This would prevent many problems.

The room was very warm and not entirely clean as there were surfaces covered in dust. It was very noisy outside in the evenings/nights due to other people hanging around outside of the hotel. The service was not the best and it took a long time to check in. The positive (other than the price) is that it is easy to walk to from the Metro station and the Metro takes you directly to Lille Flandres or Lille Europe.

Chambre correct, arrivée très bien encadrée. Petit déjeuner déplorable, manque de tout sur le buffet, aucune place, personnel désagréable. Literie grincante, discussion en terrase toute la nuit d'une groupe de personne sans intervention du vigile, bref bof bof !

It is a bit far from the city center, located in an industrial area. I recommend that the reception staff try to speak at least one language in addition to French. Communication was very difficult, and there were many misunderstandings for both Expedia and the guests. At a minimum, English or Spanish would be helpful, as they are the two most widely spoken languages in the world. This would prevent many problems.

Fairly convenient location for a stop-over when travelling along the A25 but a lot of confusing signs about 2.1m and other vehicle hight limits which concerned me as I was travelling with a roof box and not on a main route. But I got through with the box at 2.3m. Small room and fairly clean but a few afew dead flies on floor and a few marks on paint work. Fairly friendly staff and hotel near restraurants and hypermarket. Would stay again.

Good value for money for a stay in Lille and only 30 mins into town on public transport. Not high quality but is a decent enough bed to stay a few nights. The breakfast is basic so would not recommend as there is a supermarket and bakery 5-10 min walk away.

The room was very warm and not entirely clean as there were surfaces covered in dust. It was very noisy outside in the evenings/nights due to other people hanging around outside of the hotel. The service was not the best and it took a long time to check in. The positive (other than the price) is that it is easy to walk to from the Metro station and the Metro takes you directly to Lille Flandres or Lille Europe.

Rooms are very small and cramped and are the same size whether there are 2 or 3 people sharing, I think it would be difficult for 3 people to share a room purely because of the size of the room and the door to the bathroom did not close fully making total privacy very difficult On a plus point parking outside is secure and the gate is locked at around 11pm and the metro is only a 10 minute walk away The staff were friendly and helpful To help improve the stay I would recommend putting a kettle in each room The hotel is on a retail park so there is not much to look at around the location but I did feel safe and the carpark was secure and mentioned previously It is budget accommodation so if you are looking for somewhere to dump your things and got put it is ok

Brûlures de cigarettes partout dans la chambre y compris les draps. Les odeurs de cigarettes des voisins de chambre parviennent jusqu'à nous même quand tout est fermé. Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre et quasi inexistant... Beurre dur inutilisable, confiture qui gicle partout quand on tente d’utiliser le flacon pompe, à 10 euros par personne le petit déjeuner... La salle est minuscule... Bref, à fuir.

Great cheap hotel not too far from the metro. They close the gate at 6pm and it’s weirdly hard to get in after that but beyond that I had no problems!
