We arrived to discover that the accessible room that we had booked was not available. After much discussion we discovered that the error was on the part of the third party agent through which we booked and not the hotel! The third party agent shows images and provides information that gives the impression that all superior double rooms have facilities for a guest with mobility issues- This is not the case. However the staff were very dismissive- “well you booked through a third party and not direct, it’s your problem “. One of our rooms was full of ants - again the staff really didn’t care.
