Sejour impeccable personnel aimable, disponible et au top. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre spatieuse contrairement à ce que j’avais imaginé sur les photos. Nous avons également profité de la piscine de l’hôtel car nous étions en famille Chambre propre et petit déjeuner super. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel !!!

Disappointed that the airport shuttle stopped running at 23:30 since the last flights come in just after that. Beware as you look for free shuttles! The vibe is fun and unexpected. Breakfast was pretty expansive. Decor feels a bit cheap.

The staff are excellent in this hotel and the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is great. We enjoyed the little pool and the hotel is very well set up for children too. It is cheerful and clean with space for them to run around. The table football and pool table were well used and the rooms are nicely organised. I would say this is a strong 3 star hotel and is suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay. Would recommend this convenient and nice place.

The garden was not quite as nice as pictured online, and the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, surrounded by main roads. The rooms were ok- beds quite hard and no facilities to make tea, coffee, nor a fridge / mini bar. The breakfast was tasty and nice- that gets 4*! Traditionally French. About 8 minute drive from the airport.

Spacious rooms and near the airport. only a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel is perfect for a day or two stay. Very clean, hot showers, and excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the fact that hotel lobby was very kids friendly and fun. We would recommend this place.

Très déçu par notre séjour. Les lits sont très inconfortable, draps sales, la clim très bruyante et la propreté de la chambre n'était pas correcte. Le petit déjeuner très décevant aussi, surtout le salé, pas de bacon ou d'oeufs brouillés...

Arrived at the hotel with a lot of luggage. No luggage trolley so had to do two trips. The lady behind the desk was helpful and apologetic that the room was in the other block of the hotel and very far away. Had to cart up a few steps too. Got to the room, unbearably hot. The AC was useless and the room was 32 degrees! Didn’t even get under the duvet or into the bed because it was so hot. No water, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. The room was just too hot. Breakfast was also awful. People mauling the food and poor selection. Never again! Complained about the room to the morning staff and she couldn’t care less. Not even an apology.

Les chambres sont de plus en plus vétustes. La porte de la chambre se bloquait constamment. L’état de la moquette est lamentable. Le personnel de nuit froid… La climatisation défaillante. J’ai laissé mon paquet de cigarettes sur la table du petit déjeuner, j’ai appelé tout de suite après l’avoir oublié, ils ne l’auraient pas retrouvé !

Other than a bed for the night, was pretty awful. Had a siren going off all night from the industrial estate next door. When I complained I was merely told tgeees nothing they could do about it. The one positive was the polite gentleman working on the front desk.

This was a great hotel, loved the updated theme. The check-in staff let us have our room early and that was greatly appreciated. The only reason why I gave the staff a 3 star is because the women in the dining/bar was so unprofessional and rude to us when ordering an afternoon drink. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. Then when we returned to the RESTAURANT for food, because that is what a restaurant serves, she told us that all they had was pizza. Since there was no dining around, we said that would be fine. AGAIN---she huffed and puffed and walked over and grabbed this sandwich-board menu and aggressively slammed it down in front of our table---I was so flabbergasted that we got up and went to our rooms and UBERed in Subway. Her manger needs to speak to her about customer service, my husband thinks SHE IS THE MANAGER---if she is, the owners need a performance review immediately. Her rating would be ZERO stars.

Check in and out was a breeze and always service with a smile. And forgiving for my limited language skills. Fault lies with construction at airport and changed the shuttle pick up protocol. Five stars to the airport manager @MRS who personally escorted me to the correct shuttle pick up station away from construction zone.

The checking was great. Front desk was super friendly The check out was horrible 4:30 am front desk different guy was rude when we ask if we could turn or the coffee machine, kept the main gate close we rang the bell a few time… our uber wanted to leave I had to run back inside couldn’t find the guy for a solide 5 minutes ( you know Ubers don’t wait that long) he was hiding in the back on the phone.

Other than a bed for the night, was pretty awful. Had a siren going off all night from the industrial estate next door. When I complained I was merely told tgeees nothing they could do about it. The one positive was the polite gentleman working on the front desk.

Globalement la chambre est plutot confortable et spacieuse malgré moquette au sol que je n'affectionne pas. Le.repas du soir ne m'a pas laisse une bonne impression. Choix des plats limité en soirée étape, il faut mieux prendre le repas hors formule et nous avons dû attendre 15mn avant d'être installé.

Spacious rooms and near the airport. only a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel is perfect for a day or two stay. Very clean, hot showers, and excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the fact that hotel lobby was very kids friendly and fun. We would recommend this place.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It started off badly when the shuttle driver picked us up at the airport. The driver drove too fast and seemed reckless as he nearly hit another car when exiting the airport. The hotel looked very tired and dirty. The carpet in the hallways had multiple stains that looked like vomit. The carpet in the room felt dirty but you couldn't tell there were stains because of the dark color. The bathroom was ancient and the toilet was awful. It barely functioned and it took many flushes to clear the bowl. There was no coffee or kettle in the room. The hotel did have a coffee machine in the restaurant and we thought we could get tea or coffee during the day but the machine was turned off after breakfast. When we asked about getting tea after breakfast, the employee working in the restaurant yelled at us. The food in the restaurant was barely passable. The only positive was that the outdoor area was ok. This was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed at.

El hostel esta bien, es pequeñito y limpio. El restaurante es regular, hay pizzas y poca cosa más. El servicio de bus al aeropuerto genial aunque nuestro vuelo salió antes de las 6:00 y tuvimos que ir en taxi (60€).

Such a shame. My receptionist on arrival was wonderful, ordered me a taxi, super welcoming etc..: But then it came to dinner and I was treated very rudely by a waitress who refused to carry my wine ! When I asked if I had offended her to the other lady in the bar she said it wasn’t be it was religious reasons. I am more than respectful of such cultures but not when you work in hospitality I felt very humiliated as I was in a crowded restaurant and she told me to do it myself! I shall be contacting accord.
